DRAMAS YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO (March-June)

 

 

 

Chingus, 2022 had a good start when it came to Kdramas, and the list of upcoming dramas of 2022 looks pretty promising. So we decided to put a poll for the dramas which you are looking forward to in Spring (March-June). 

 

I have enjoyed watching the "Through The Darkness", "Twenty Five Twenty One" a lot, and look forward to several dramas from the list, especially "Tomorrow", "Again My Life" and "Red Heart". 

 

Feel Free to comment below and tell us which drama are you eagerly waiting for, and maybe even tell us why are interested in them. Is it the plot, the cast or both? With this you could also inspire us and others to try out those dramas as well

*** I'm anticipating  for these upcoming Korean dramas this year (2022.) I really don't mind if these are webtoon adaptations or not.   

 

* Our Blues - since this is a star-studded series, expect many love stories between the characters that will have us swooning. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been an official release date for this drama, just that it’s going to be one of the Korean dramas in 2022, so I'm keeping an eye out of this. I hope it will start its release next month (April) but we’ll have to wait and see. The show will be released on tvN as well as Netflix with a total of twenty episodes. 

 

* Moving - many K-dramas based on webtoons have been a huge hit. 

* Pachinko 

* Soundtrack #1

* Again My Life

* Dr. Lawyer

* The Police Station Next to Fire Station

* The Sound of Magic

6. Military Prosecutor Doberman (2022)

Juvenile Justice (2022) - just completed. A highly recommended drama to watch, story is sooooo good....

Summary/synopsis not matching has become pretty common now. I don't really trust them, but then again that is all we have to get basic idea on what the drama will be about

I am yet to read the novel which I had decided to read almost a year ago. Still, I will first read the novel and then watch the drama

I might not go for "Why Her" mainly because I am not into Noona Romance, and "Pachinko" since I will read novel before going for it (hopefully).

Red Heart is the drama I have been eagerly waiting for. I hope it will be worth the wait. I am also excited to see Ji Sung play as 2 different characters in Adamas, after his amazing portrayal of 7 characters in KMHM. 

 

Again My Life too seems to have interesting plot, and I will be watching it and so does Insider

Both of these are Disney Plus, so I'm unsure when they will even be available to me, as so far, Disney hasn't bothered to show their Kdramas in my country until well after they are done in Korea. Hopefully they change this by the time these two air...

Well, out of both lists I only have my eyes for Pachinko as I am interested to see what charm Lee Min Ho would bring out this time! Only 4 days left for the premiere?? Time flies!

 

And I don't know if it's just me but many K-dramas have failed to catch my interest lately! Is it because I am still waiting for my favorite guy Choi Daniel's upcoming drama for 2 years?? Currently watching A Business Proposal. It's so much fun!

The hard thing is that they both premiere on April 9, and I have been terrible at watching 2 dramas live at the same time.

 

I'm intrigued by Pachinko, too, but we'll see if it draws me in or if the whole thing is just overhyped. (I know, I am not making any friends here).
