but one thing I will accept is that everyone worked hard on this drama. I don’t feel that HB and PSH wasted their talents here. They showcased their abilities very well and I love their expressions in the eyes of their sweetest moments. JW who fought all the way to level 100 and HJ who spent all the time she could with him. it was sweet in its own magical making. I hope they get casted together again as leads so I can watch their chemistry once more. I will be waiting to watch HB and/or PSH’s next drama project.
@Kasmic my thought is since JW literally saved the game, answer for poll 2 is JW. But as I’m very disappointed and feel void of the answers we didn’t get but was made to supposingly get, I will just leave my zombie pic for a week more before changing it. Oh, how my heart aches when I think of that ending. It left a bigger void. I was hoping everything would unfold nicely but instead it just made me feel a bigger void. The beginning to the end..I still have questions unanswered

despite the stupid ending, i did enjoyed the whole drama (except the ending), great to see HB in action. i dont think i will be watching the ending ep, i cannot find courage to see JW turn into "sugar". i am so hurt..betrayed by the writer. i was still hoping for good ending till yesterday before the start of the drama, but never thought she will choose to "pierce" all our heart.

you have very bad planning and putting your script in sequence...and on top of that, you just have to ruin the ending.

i have to say this is one CONFUSING drama that i like. thanks to hb and psh.
they have done a great job, convincing audience..like me, sucking myself into their game realm.
i am not even sure what to say about the writer..as i am totally lost as to understanding why the writer this and that..lol..
but one thing ...the writer did successfully conned me into suspecting many chars as the culprit behind the many crazy npcs that were attacking our beloved jw. from suspecting prof cha, to his friend dir/ceo park, to hj's weird guy friend. weird for me coz he appears out of "nowhere"..and i am still wondering what is the purpose of his char. i am wondering why he has a scene playing the guitar..when we dont have any otp scenes. lol
and uri HB..the scene where he was stabbed by emma and the scene where he was in pain in the toilet...his face, expression...the pain...wow..how did he do that. i repeat that scenes...so many times.
and WHY is JW a bug now???? hmm......
**** and this is also one drama - FLASh BACK gone wrong..

It's a good saguek after MDBC. I pray for happy ending.. (I don't like sad ending but it's too late to stop now) hehe. by the way, I thought only our CP looks good in his costume, but LDG (king in 7DQ) looks good in his costume too.

Costumes in Episode 13, 14 and 15
In episode 13 Ra On asks Ha Yeon to take good care of Lee Yeong, that she is a fitting woman for him. We see Ha Yeon yet again looking like a flower with her green chima (skirt) and the pink jeogori (jacket) which i adorned with golden butterflies. Overall the hanbok is – despite the bright colors – very simple. Same goes for the jangot (a long overcoat used by noble ladies as a veil), she has draped over the arm.
Her hair is adorned with a cheopji (hair ornament on top of the head) looking like it's made of jade and dwikkojis (hairpins worn at the side of the head).
We also get a look at Princess Myeong-Eun's hanbok. I have a feeling her hanboks are little less mature than the ones for Ha Yeon. She always feels a bit younger. She is wearing a bright orange chima (skirt) and I love the jeogori (jacket) which is adorned with ornaments, flower embroidery. She as well has her hair adorned with cheopji and dwikkojis.
But my favourite shot is the one of her shoes... GOSH I LOVE HER SHOES! They're called unhye and they're made of silk and are usually embroidered with flowers and clouds (sorry for the blurry screenshot). The shoes are definitely modern because they have a heel.
With his family planning to find the daughter of Hong Gyeong-nae, Yoon Sung's attire changes from bright to more dark and settled. In the screenshot he is wearing a dark purple and with gold/silver flowers embroidered durumagi (overcoat). His gat (hat) is adorned with a black and simple gatkeun (chain of beads attached to the gat).
In episode 14 though when Yoon Sung saving Ra On from being caught we see him wearing a simple yet light blue silk durumagi. Yet it looks very clean I love the flower pattern on the silk:
When Ra On leaves the palace she also leaves behind her eunuch attire and her durumagis she wore on occasions outside the palace. She is now wearing commoner clothes made of cotton or linen, a plain baji (pants) and long jeogori (jacket). Her hair is more messy, also because she isn't wearing a manggeon (headband) anymore.
We also get another glance at Ha Yeon beautiful hair ornaments:
And another GORGEOUS durumagi (overcoat) worn by Yoon Sung. He is so extravagant! A true yangban (noble man). It's all in black and gold and the durumagi made of silk is embroidered with golden flowers.
And then we see Ha Yeon dressed in a high noble lady attire. She is wearing a red/orange chima (skirt) and a peach-colored long jeogori (jacket) with golden ornaments, showing her status as future Crown Princess. The front of the jeogori is adorned with a round ornament, simply indicating her high status now:
In the scene from episode 14 and episode 15 when Lee Yeong goes to see Ra On he is wearing a dark green/blue durumagi. I also love how you can see how many layers he is wearing. They really went for authentic when it comes to costumes. We also get a glimpse of his shoes, called taesahye.
Also a glimpse of the Minister of Justice – in red – and his minion – in blue and gold. Both are wearing jeongrip (a type of head) with beads. Colors of the uniform usually indicate the rank/status:
Then a scene which made all the Yoon Sung fans go cry and yell in happiness. He saved the little princess and brought her to the evil queen's mother who is wearing a gorgeous black chima (skirt) and a bordeaux colored jeogori (jacket) with flower patterns on it. She is wearing her hair in the style of a married woman, called jjeokjin meori. The hair is brought to the back in a bun, held with a binyeo (hairpin), and the bun is adorned with more hairpins (dwikkoji). But she isn't married but she is wearing the hair like that because she is a kisaeng and a woman who had sex is usually wearing her hair like that. Especially when she is older. She might be the mother of the kisaeng house?
Meanwhile Yoon Sung is wearing a beautiful light green durumagi with flower pattern on it and a white textured collar. The gatkeun on his gat is fitting the color scheme:

Thanks to you I now know what is that heavy thing on the bride;s head ...called "daesu meori". I have always wondered how fitting that thing is on the head. If the bride is clumsy, will that fall off ?
By the way, I love Princess Myeong Eun's shoe too. It's a pretty pair of shoes which can be worn in modern times too if only made with leather. I wonder if that was specially made or can be purchased off the rack. On the other hand, I think CP's shoe is made of leather?

Seriously though, if there had been more, I would have watched it avidly. But, even if there had not been the issue of KYJ being a minor, I really liked how much they actually gave us. If they had given us more overt kissing and skinship, I think it would have been very different drama, and it could have possibly affected how much love this drama got. So, some fans would have been a lot happier, but a number of fans may have been put off by it, especially the older ladies who currently think PBG and KYJ are so adorable. That would have meant lower ratings for this lovely drama.
So, I figure these things all worked out. And, we have a memorable drama that we like to discuss every facet of over and over.

MDBC has the right blend. At the right amount of skinship etc.
Too much will garner different reaction, esp KYJ is a minor. So, it ended with the perfect blend, at least that's how I look at it.
** My brain and emo is still stuck with joseon era. I can't really get out of it...yet! Right now I'm trying to watch other dramas, but feels like my body is trap in a joseon time, me wearing joseon costumes with joseon hairstyle while watching modern drama. Like a lost soul ...travelling from Joseon to the year 2016.

@moodypie i am thinking the same too ... i do think CP n Raon didnt consummate yet ... though i would love to see that ....but they gave me feels that their love are the type of "innocent and pure " love one instead of the type like "lust burning like fire" one ...
indeeed...they did potray as innocent and pure love. But as a normal human being...my imagination would like to think more. So this does not involve minor in my imagination. The writer and the production did well in this...threading on thin ice while producing a love drama with a minor, and yet, the drama turns out so well, well received by the older generation, younger ones, and it even satisfied perverts like you and me? lol

Also, even though I did set out why I think Yeong and RO did exchange physical affection far beyond what was explicitly shown us, I appreciate that others viewing the same scenes are able to draw different conclusions based on what they may be comfortable with and their experiences. I think a little subtlety and subjectivity in interpretation is a good thing and allows each viewer to personalize the experience for themselves. So, I guess what I'm saying is that my thinking that Yeong and RO have consummated may say more about me than anything. Oops.
I like they left it to us to imagine. My own conclusion would be the same as yours!! I love what you said..subtlety and subjectivity is left to our own interpretation. This could be the reason why we hunger for more. We want more...
As for me, I think they did not consumate when they were in the spindle room (in the drama itself) but I would like to imagine they did...
But the time jump of 1 year...my imagination tells me they do have lots of skinship! If they had extended just 1 additional ep for skinship, I would be very extremely happy. But I guess, that's beyond me..haha.

im guessing his narration from beginning episodes must be his narration from the game itself. I’m disappointed in the ending and game concept itself. Maybe weeks from now or even a year from now, I can gather my courage to watch this tragic kind of ending.
We had one hell of a roller coaster ride with this one.

gosh...goblin was long long long ago..haha. actually i cant remember much about me being active in goblin. but i love that drama..so there is a possibility. i still miss goblin.
i haven't finish reading the links that you posted. did you dissect every episode of moa? i have read some and it is interesting and entertaining..hehe. will come back to the explanation once i am done reading ...
