@Thong Thin The recipes are below. For replacement of hasma, you can use peach gum which is also rich in collagen and nourishing properties. As I dont use exotic animal parts in cooking anymore.

I had Thunder Tea Rice for dinner tonight! @gm4queen I think you will like this since it's vegetarian! Shrimps and onions are normally omitted.

@Wuzetian, I've tried this dish not in Malaysia but in SIN. It tasted like a cross between green tea and vegetable soup. The rice was topped with various finely chopped vegetables, together with  peanuts and others (no idea what they were, though). It was like a less meat, more veg version of nasi lemak. The tea can be added to the rice to create a porridge-like meal.

@Thong Thin, bagels loaded with nuts and seeds on top may appear super yummy but IDK why I don't like it. I prefer eating breads or pretzels than this.

@MayanEcho, I love hot chocolate especially from Tim Hortons & Starbucks. There's nothing quite like warming up with a cup of hot chocolate (hot cocoa is a better option) on a cold rainy day. ... I also love Swiss Miss Marshmallow.
