I have no idea how the judicial system works in SK. If I recall correctly, when the whole Burning Sun scandal went down and Seungri was being accused for some pretty bad crimes, he was in the process of enlistment. Since he wasn’t yet in court and he seemed to get out of every indictment, he had to enlist. This because he had reached the maximum age before one has to enlist.

As far as I’ve understood he is in the military court because he is a soldier serving in the army right now. Hence the military court.

@partyon I actually do like the cold weather. the sun is always shining  in here when the temp hit's below zero. 

and if there is no wind the weather is not that cold. But I do understand that people who do not know this cold weather would like to stay inside.

I am not going to thinking about it until coming Monday else I won't get to have a relaxing weekend.
