Speaking of this drama. @joccu, I think you watched the writer`s previous work Class of Lies. How it was it? I read that the writer wrote the female leads as annoying, not very important/relevant in the story. That`s sad. I like both male and female lead to be well written.

I rarely want to slap character, even less a female character. Never a vixen. I would probably want to slap a goody to shoes , cinderella type. Those annoys me. It is too early to form an opinion about Jung Sun Ah as  I watched just first episode. I don`t know what to say about this drama. Let see how things will go. I hope for a good written character for the female lead.

@sadthe1st ~ am not really a chocolate person. so a chocolate melt burger doesn't sound that interesting. 

wouldn't mind some liqour chocolates though!

@larus mostly, i want to slap those female character who tried to appear weak in front of everyone but is a thorough bully to the (usual) FL.

 

the trial with yo han in that robe kind of gives me the cult vibes lol although, yes its for the visual purpose since its broadcasted live in-drama.

@sadthe1st ~ am not a fan of cherry liqour. a bartender once described it as "cough syrup with liqour" and it stuck in my head. LOL but I love other flavoured liqours and cocktails....

@larus yeah I did watch class of lies. Good drama. But like you said the FL was annoying. And also the other female characters was not that strong.

you must watch the old classic "beautiful days" where he was originally the second lead and ended up getting the girl! there is so much sizzle that the audience fell in love with that character and the writer tweaked the story in a different way. his performance in that drama is complex, layered and riveting because he isn't a typical second lead. he is more like anti-hero type character but ended up getting the girl when he shouldn't. there are several scenes there that just make your heart go dugun dugun. the way some of those scenes are shot - wowza!!!! so yea, if you can handle the older way of storytelling, do check it out. one of my favourite melos from then.
