Wow. Episode 2 is not fully subbed yet. What's the deal with viki?! 

Based on what I've been reading from you guys, I can see why she doesn't know about his death. If his Mother doesn't like her, she's not going to bother to notify her. I know I wouldn't. It will hit YE HARD, once she found out about her ex-boyfriend’s death and harder to be with JG.

Its understandable that most drama not shoot based on episodes.. especially with JKY enlistment,they have limited time to shoot with him,so logically they would finish all important sequence that need him on screen..n of course the ending have been shoot although there is few other shoot that not finish yet..n it proofed by SHK,CHS,KJH n PHJ was few of actors n actresses that still shooting after JKY enlistment..

 

 

 

The reason I remember is simple, it is because I opened a Twitter account for NWBU in French to help a little to spread the wolrd, I am not sure it works, anyway I had to look back at all the info that was posted by people, and noted it on a note book, it is why I remember. I opened in September so not long time ago

 

I know they had to film in prior JKY scene due to his enlistment, it is why I thought they would have film in order, but it does not seems so.

 

The brown cloth we see in the trailer are those one, and this scene was filmed at the end of July. In the trailer I am not sure the put scene from the end of the drama

 

By the way, it is not Ha Young Eun's father front of them?

 

 

 

I am not sure I understood about the filming. But they are done filming. The are done since September. The last day of filming was September 10th or 12th. Parj Hyo Joo is starting another drama or movie, Song Hye Kyo apparently started to film The Glory.

@redbeanbunsWonder what happen with her father for them to be at the police station. Hope it has nothing to do with the dead brother, I hope this story will end next week.

 

Just a reminder, there is Drama I will not watch and wll not like, but do not bother to criticized,,,,especialy when we know  how hard cast and crew are working to make it especially on Covid period. If people prefer a drama like One The Woman good for them. I do find NWBU better and really more realistic

So I hope everyone including her knows he's dead and that her problem has simply been she loved him too much and no other man has measured up to him. 

 

3) If she slept with JGY because he reminded her of SWY, then the drama is even more cheap, because that means she sees the dead guy in the 'brother' / relative of the dead guy! 

 

4) The FL actress SHK has been working for a very long time, and is very famous, and is pretty, but frankly, is a robot, expression-wise, and so is the ML. But ML is filmed as extremely hot and SHK looks old and frigid. The 10 year age gap is not mentioned either. Why would a young successful guy go after someone that middle-aged just over a one-night stand and then get fixated because he was friends or family of her dead lover? 

 

This drama is looking like an attempt to sell clothes and merchandise by showing PYTs going through a simulated hard-to-believe forced tragic-romance. And since it's SHK's first come-back drama after divorce, she is bound to make money on and off screen from this one. Even if she remains as wooden as the first frame.  

 

6) I think this faux-drama is more about the FL breaking up with the ghost of memory of the 'great' love of her life as opposed to any break-up with the new guy. I think it's supposed to be a healing / progressive relationship for both because both have commitment issues in their own way. But I have a problem watching this drama if the ML is the dead guy's brother and FL doesn't know dead guy's family, and if the mechandise-placement is too much and too obvious, all the time. 

 

7) OST is very good. 

 

Taylor Swift's song 'All too well and 'Pablo Neruda's line 'love is short, forgetting is long' comes to mind. 

 

To think this faux-tragedy drab-fest money-maker follows One The Woman!  

Obviously, being kind is not your forte. You don't have to like the drama, but there's absolutely no need to put actor/actress down either. Why can't you just say it's her first comeback after taken a few years off? Why do you have to bring the divorce up? We can all be an adult and discuss our differences about the drama WITHOUT belittling another person.

About the brands worn by Song Hye Kyo and product placement. One of her brand becomes partner of NWBU, it is Sulwhasoo. They decided to do it, Song Hye Kyo did not force them. 

 

Some clothes have been sold out after she worn them in the drama, The one making profit it is certainly not Song Hye Kyo but the brand itself. It is a drama about fashion where she is a designer, it is normal to see the band she is ambassador of in it. It was probably easier too than having other brand. Plus, it is a good publicity for all the brands there not just her... It is a win win situation for everyone.

 

 

 

It is easy to criticize Song Hye Kyo for those brand when she is not the only one. Jang Ki Yong helped his brother's brand, who was a partner in the 1st episode. They showed his clothes during fashion scene. And We can see his character having Lancome parfum which is a brand he is ambassador of

 

 

 

 

All drama are doing product placement even Jirisan with all the material for hiking, Here the brand Song Hye Kyo is ambassador of fit realy well with the theme of the drama itself. If she was playing a poor woman we would not have see it those brand.

I need more. lol I loved the second episode even more. I adore her team and excited to see more of them. 

 

The second lead couple is funny. 

 

MiSook got more screentime. I adore the friendship with HYE.

 

JG's Mom is gonna be a big problem down the line and The Director. 

 

Some shots were just gorgeous. The rain falling on the window in the car, the final scene at the studio.

Ha Yong Eun is poor even by being a team leader in a big company

Girl paid her dad debts, she still has mortage for her appartmement and part of it, the toilet and balcony belong to the bank. No wonder she ask for a 3 month payement for her dad suit. She has to lie to her parents and pretend to be successfull while she is far from it  . I feel for her really. In my opinion except Mi Sook no one is worry for her and look for her...while she is there for everyone and work her a... off.

I like the talk between YE and MS...

 

The scene in the office with the 4 leads, how CS can be director while not knowing what a photographer does. She looks like someone really really stupid at 38 years old lol. She is really an embarrassing friend  and a represetant of the company. Her dad is really blind even if YE take care of her mistake.

 

 

Waiting for this scene to be out, I cannot stop laughing. t is so funny to see and hear SHK insulting someone in a drama, and it is hard to imagine her being saying that in real life lol. HYE is so calm when she said that to HCS lol

Fun 2nd episode, except Chi Sook encompasses the type of person that drives me crazy: lazy, looks to other people to do her work, doesn't take responsibility for her position or her actions. If she continues this way I'll have to FF all her scenes otherwise I'll be triggered.

 

HYE's dad is so proud of her and so sweet, and her mom reminds me a bit of Mrs Bennet from Pride and Prejudice.

 

The OTP has great chemistry and the story is building up their relationship little by little. Jang Ki Yong is so fun to watch; the only other things I've seen him in are My Mister and Sweet and Sour, and it's nice to see him here as a decent, sweet guy.

 

The only thing I wasn't crazy about this episode was the fact that YJG had to "rescue" HYE by bringing in his noona to save the 30th anniversary event. I wish HYE could've been able to resolve the situation herself without YJG's help....I like my female leads clever and self-sufficient.

I wonder if it was before her relationship with Jae Guk's brother or if it was after. If it was before it means they were destined to meet and be together (regarding the drama plot)
