It's obviously a comment about him and Seo Dan as a couple. And she thinks "he could do better". Not sure what there is to explain. Since Seo Dan is pretty gorgeous i see it rather as a flippant jealous comment than a neutral observation.

That would make sense if Seo Dan treated him cold heartedly. But it's the other way around. And i don't think there is anything we can point to like if she acted super annoying or something. 

It really is just like when the women in the village gossip how Se-ri isn't even that pretty. Are we supposed to take that for face value? I don't think so.

Well....what you said was exactly how the article was written/interpreted it, but when I looked at the interview, I thought differently.  The part when Son Yi-jen said  "I though he (Hyun Bin) would held my hand while we ran, but he let go...Hyun bin said:  Had I held your hand, both of us would have tripped"...and Son responded:  "No, I wouldn't have tripped if you hold on to my hand" and Hyun Bin said " I think otherwise....".  To me this was the awkward moment, especially Son Yi-Jin's facial expression.   But then again, both of them looked rather tired during that particular interview.  Maybe that was why their conversation, facial expression and interaction didn't seem as playful as other behind the scene shots and interviews.   

 

Anyway, I adore this couple.  Hope that their on-screen chemistry can be extended into into real life !

Is this the last line from the epilogue scene that you are referring to? 

If I'm not wrong, Se Ri said this before she took the picture, "남자가 아깝다" (romanized nam-ja-ga a-kkap-da)
The translations that you mentioned is not wrong 'The man could do better' but her comments can also be translated to 'The man is too good (for the woman)'; which can be interpreted as Se Ri thinks Jung Hyuk is too good for Seo Dan.

I agree with the users who wrote that the couple might end up in Switzerland. If you look at the introduction where both leads live their life in their respective country and their path crosses each other, at the end RJH and SR end up in Switzerland and they are shown together.

Since they met each other in Switzerland for the first time, their love story should also end in Switzerland as well.

On Seo Dan: she is proud, confident and determined. We know this much. She is also infatuated,  Attracted and set on her Fiancé. 
 

She has not shown any really negative traits as of yet but you can see she is about to get possessive and that is completely understandable... a strange woman is living  with the man she is set to marry.

 

She may get SR out of the picture temporarily But SD  is going to see he does not have any feeling for her all. Either way there is going to be some heartbreak.

Another thing I find YSR character is amazing is her adaptability. Maybe because the way she was brought up that she needs to adapt herself to the family who don't really want her and surviving alone at a young age, her adapting skills is amazing. Look at how she can control RJH underlings and become so comfortable with them. And how she adapts with the neighborhood ahjumma and befriended them almost immediately in one gathering. She really know how to blend in, she didn't wear something flashy to note that she is from South, she wear the similar clothing to them but of coz with some style. She is just like a flower who adapts well to the surroundings and continue to grow beautifully regardless how harsh the environment can be. Just like the lyrics of Yoon Mi Rae OST, she is the flower that came to RJH life.

Yeah. But kinda wish that they showed a bit more of her complex personality. All those character traits we saw when she was introduced got left at the border. I suspect we are going to see more of those sides when she goes back to korea. But i think they did a better job with Ri Jeong-Hyeok there in showing his different sides.
