Hello guys. I’ve been a silent reader of this forums and after watched today’s episode, i can’t take it anymore. I’m going to kill that girl named Da In!! Seriously i’m so annoyed that she ruined the relationship between DM & RG

Anyway, i did not get to watch the stream today. I am basing my views on the post u guys made. Thank you to all the chinggus for posting bits and pieces of today's episode and the video and image excerpts 

 

But I managed to sneak watched the first 5 minutes. I dont care if it is just imaginary, I love the kiss!! KJW is the man...hehehe

 

So, here are the list of the kisses so far:

 

1. The almost-leaning kiss (Episode 3)

2. The thumb kiss (Episode 5/6)

3. DM's 50 shades of grey kiss (imaginary though - Episode 7)

4. The imaginary couch kiss (Episode 8)

 

So, PD, let's add up to this list with hmm..more creative and hot ones please...hahahahaha..

 

p/s I am preparing myself to watch the raw in an hour time. I dont think I will like it though based on what I read so far but I know I need to brave thru it...huhuhuhu

 

I don't think this misunderstanding will be dragged for more than one episode. I don't know why but I'm sure by the end of ep 9, they will be a real couple. Then the  problems for them will be 

1. Ryan-Lee Seol-Shi An connection. Somehow I believe Deok Mi and her parents will be included in this mystery.

2. How to make Eun Gi and Da In not creating problem for Deok Mi and Ryan (and maybe make them realize that they are made for each other )

3. Deok Mi needs to know that Latte-nim is Ryan. I wonder how she will react to that.

4. The last problem is for Pd-nim. He needs to create a hotter kiss(es) for future episodes.  OMG this is the first time in Korean drama that the female lead had that kind of wild imagination.

Hehe..love ur positivity too chinggu.....hope so, hope so...if this is based on the PD's last drama "Live Up To Your Name", yes, I too think this will be resolved by at most the 10th ep..

Looks like next week, we'll have DM-Ryan back to being snarky at each other like in earlier eps.. Bring it on. Two can play this game.. Today's ep was frustrating and sad, but I think the payoff will be satisfying

No one recapped, I think. This is basically what happened in the episode after the imaginary kiss haha. When she was taking him outside, he asked if something was the matter and seemed concerned (because she didn't upload photos) she was thinking in her had that it's his fault because she likes him, basically it's all trying to spill out of her heart. But she saw the cloth that she used to cover his eyes and was reminded of her secret fangirl life so the moment ended haha. It's cute how he said that next time she should clean, as if he knew he'd be making a house call again.

 

Next morning, Cindy saw Ryan and lied to her mom that she was visiting him instead of stalking Cha Shi An. She deleted her CUPATCH page in exchange for his cooperation to fool her mom so that she could retain her car and her card. Deok Mi tells her friend that she likes Ryan and she wants to confess, but the friend says that she might like him but they aren't sure that he likes her back. So she advises her to delay her confession until she knows that it isn't one-sided. Ryan asks to talk to her outside and she expects him to confess, instead he says that Cindy deleted CUPATCH so they shouldn't be worried anymore. She realizes that if Cindy doesn't stalk them anymore, they won't need to pretend to date. She comes up with a project to keep Cindy in the museum.

 

Ryan tells her to meet him by his car in 30 minutes and to look pretty. She thought he wanted her to pretty up for him but it turns out they're going out to meet Shi An. LOL her fan crush is totally over, she was so disappointed haha. So they met Shi An and it turns out the visual director for his album had a scandal so they need a new one or else he won't be able to do the celeb exhibit because he'll be too busy. Ryan suggests DaIn and says he'll get her agreement. DeokMi goes home to eat with her family. EunGi sees Ryan take her home and talks to him. He asks him if he's interested in DeokMi and he directly says that yes, he is and he sees her as a likable person. EunGi asks if it's a work type of like and asks him not to make DeokMi sway or bothered about him. He asks if he's saying that because DeokMi seems bothered (as in she likes him). He keeps telling EunGi (who's telling him to stop fake dating her) that it's for the two of them (DeokMi and him) to decide and talk about, and that EunGi should butt out. EunGi tells him that DeokMi tells him everything, and that can he have the same closeness that he has with her? DeokMi and EunGi bicker during dinner about how DeokMi is a crazy woman and who would date her. While walking outside later on DeokMi asks him how she is, and what impression she would give if he hadn't known her since childhood and they just met. He says she's pretty. She asks what he'd feel if someone like her confessed to him. He says he'd be thankful and date her right away. But then he'd find out that she's a crazed fangirl at that age... then he phrases it that she needs to date someone who can accept that. He says there aren't a lot of men who can. In bed, Ryan thinks about what EunGi said and he's annoyed lol he looks at the fan site and gets all happy that they also have their own secret conversations and he squeals over that blurred out pic of him in front of ShiAn in the airport. He comments that "he was happy because that was the day they met" although it looks like a comment for ShiAn.

 

The next day Ryan and DeokMi go to DaIn's new workspace where they ask her to work with ShiAn and explain why. DeokMi feels left out because of their bickering. They go out to buy materials for her workspace and they get roped in to make the furniture for her. The hardware/wood store owner asks if DaIn and Ryan are dating, she says no, DeokMi comes in and the owner unknowingly hits a sore point by saying "ah it's not this one over here, but that one over there." lol this ajusshi is a little insensitive haha. While they are working, EunGi calls and asks what time she gets off work. She tells him they'll probably work all night on the furniture and he comes barreling in during that preview scene. They're having a pissing contest being all competitive lol. Then they have dinner where EunGi tries to show off his closeness to DeokMi by ordering for her. He orders a lot saying DeokMi eats a lot... then when they eat jjajjangmyeon he wipes her face and Ryan is in a bad mood. EunGi and DaIn wait outside while Ryan is paying and DeokMi comes from the toilet. EunGi reveals that they're dating is fake. Ryan is snarky with DeokMi and doesn't let her finish talking. When they go out EunGi takes her home. On the drive, he says Ryan and DaIn totally seem like they are in a some relationship. She says that DaIn likes him but probably can't confess because she's scared they can't even be friends if he doesn't like her back (she relates to her). DaIn prods Ryan and says she knows the dating is fake. Haha Ryan is mad just at the word FAKE. She says he really seems to be jealous and that's when it clicks for him that he is jealous because he likes her (thanks DaIn!).

 

Next day he has an interview and DeokMi goes to bring the contents of ShiAn's album concept to DaIn. DaIn says there's no need because she'll do it but her motives are not pure as she wants to be close to Ryan because she likes him... She expects that's okay because she heard they aren't really dating. As a parting comment she says Ryan actually wants to stop the pretend dating (but leaves out the context). We see that he actually said he needed to stop the fake relationship, obv because he wants to start a real one. He buys flowers for his confession, and messages DeokMi that he has something important to say. She thinks he's going to tell them to stop fake dating. So she preempts him by thanking him and saying they should stop the fake dating first and just turns around to go (I slapped myself at this point...). He's obv shocked by what she said, goes after her... but she pulls away not even noticing the intimacy in the gesture of Ryan holding her hand. END.

 

Preview is basically him wanting to know what's wrong and DeokMi avoiding and being petty. Until the end when he looks like he's about to confess. That's it!

 

Oh and what is up with the PD husband stealing Shian pics from his wife. They're so awkward together that it actually made me sad, like they don't seem to love each other and seem to have a shallow relationship if he couldn't even ask for some pictures or tell her about his work.

In some way this was not surprising thing to happen at least for me... the fake dating sure in some way would back fire because of the blurred line between fake and real. beside DM clearly do not know his feelings as she think what he did was only faking feelings. Also he do not know her real feelings as he think her true love is SA. now it is time for the real thing to happens as tension between them is build up. I have the feelings that the misunderstanding is not gonna last long, as I got the feeling one of them gonna spil their feelings in their hot tempered argument  also maybe the fact that Ryan is latte gonna be an importen tool for DM to get a clue on his real feelings?

Me after the last 5 minutes of tonight's episode:

 

 

I wasn't expecting the ending at all, never thought Ryan would decide to act on his feelings right away. Aww I'm a bit of a mess right now, their heartbreak felt like a punch in the gut for me. Kudos to the writer and the director, they played us so well.

 

No worries though, I'm more than sure this will all resolve in a neat manner and not be dragged. Of course Deok-mi wouldn't talk to Ryan first, she's feeling insecure, and although Ryan have always been open with her and showed a certain partiality, there were  boundaries nonetheless. I don't think this is an an uncalled for miscommunication issue at all, on the contrary, she witnessed Ryan and Da-in's comfort with each other and felt out of place. I get Deok-mi's state of mind completely. And to be honest, I'm a sucker for angst done in a good way, it brings out all the juicy scenes, the passionate longing and the passive aggressive cuteness. Bring it on, I dare say.

Huh? What do you mean by this? Are you talking about the mother's memory? From what I can tell, she (DeokMi) obviously had a brother that died (like Reply 1994). He was the one playing with them, and that's why the mom got teary because she remembered her son.

Yeah RG doesn't included in that flashback... i think so too it might be DM has a little brother same age as EG that's why they where close to him. they treat him like their son.

Aaaaaah I was confused then, thanks for correcting me. I must have mixed it with Ryan's memories where he remembers a kid spraying water with a hose on a chalk painted ground.
