As much as I’d love to believe that HB is bringing SYJ’s bag, I’m pretty sure it’s his own bag. That amount of luggage may seem excessive for a 2-3 week trip but LA weather fluctuates a lot (cold at night, warm during the day), so it’s good to pack layers, plus golf attire, and whatever else he may need plus extra changes of clothes as I’m sure he doesn’t plan to do laundry while traveling. Maybe he planned to do some shopping as well? Who knows. Just don’t think we can assume it’s not all his luggage. 
 

Also you said it was SYJ’s staff who was pushing the cart with the silver luggage. How do you know he works for SYJ? From what I’ve seen, the male staff member who is pushing the cart with the silver suitcase at the airport going to Mongolia looks like the same guy escorting HB in the airport pics when he returned from LA. Based off that I would assume he works for HB. But I don’t know for sure. Can someone verify this?

The girl with 1st pushcart went her own way (with the other guy), HB and guy with yellow luggage stuck together 

 

Then YJ and assistant 1 came in

 

assistant 2 (previously low-key greeted HB outside) rushing to catch up (seriously dude where have you been, you went inside earlier than HB?!)

 

 

YJ and Assistant 2 at the check in (look at the luggages on queue), HB on the right counter

 

 

YJ looking for something inside her wallet, suddenly looked to her left side (asst 2 also looked -- maybe someone called their attention?), as HB seen walking past them at the back. no reaction from YJ.

 

YJ proceeded to return her wallet in her bag, when she looked up she noticed the camera. She waved and smiled to the camera guy (but not to HB earlier? Hmmm.)

 

ok so now what am i supposed to see here again? 

IN CONCLUSION... im definitely definitely shipping these two now... (cue music: Flower)

LOL I can't believe now I am curious about luggages @MatthewMay Love it looks like when he flew back on Sept 21 he had his backpack and the yellow, black, silver luggage. Although he is a guy, those are clearly not all of his  Actually looking at the Sept 16, footage the black luggage is hers. So does that mean they arrived back the same day but no one caught her  or he just left her with the blue luggage and brought the rest back with him

I'm a K-drama newbie and Crash Landing was the very first one I watched. Since I've been hooked on BinJin, I've only watched their K-dramas or movies since then, but I watched Revolutionary Love on a whim because the trailer on Netflix made me laugh. I didn't realize the female lead there is Kang So-ra, HB's last confirmed gf. All along when she is on the screen, I keep on thinking, what did HB like about her?  I keep on imagining what if HB and YJ are out in the open, and what kind of eye candies will we get on a regular basis?  Ahhh- wishful thinking!

I did see their Mongolia one before but I never looked at the luggages lol. Although I did look at the videos during his fan meetings last year and I was like where is his luggage/backpack  No one is carrying nothing. He definitely has to change even if he is there for 1-2 days lol.

“Crash Landing on You” and why we want Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin together

 

“Crash Landing on You” captures millions of hearts all over the world. It is a Korean romcom not without flaws, yet we are telling each other to watch it and watching it over and over.  The reason is simple: “CLOY” soothes us.

 

Think about this, after seeing a white policeman kneeling on a black suspect’s neck and killing him in the process, who wouldn’t want to gaze at a sexually attractive soldier crouching down to put shoes on for his underage subordinate?  Or, in the midst of curfews, shelter-at-home orders, social distancing practices and whatnot, who would want to turn away from a group of middle aged women sitting under the same blanket eating steamed potatoes and gossiping?  And while we can’t fathom why some people would go to any extent including violence to block themselves off, we can just let tears wipe away all the sorrow from witnessing two people in love with each other being pulled apart by a seventy-year-old armistice.

 

“CLOY” makes us laugh. It makes us ponder.  We amuse ourselves with Se-ri’s obnoxiousness, Dan’s arrogance, Joeng-hyeok’s silliness... and we reflect on Se-ri’s thoughtfulness, Dan’s resilience, Joeng-hyeok’s kindness...  We become grateful; there are so much around us that we don’t value enough.  We become optimistic; who’s to say we can’t hope from a reality where people in one of the most civilized countries blatantly broke into stores and took what was not theirs to a world where a conman, who’s been driven by revenge and money all his life sacrifices himself for the woman he loves?  We get reminded, yet again, that in life we can have a lot of expectations and lamentations, but at the end of the day, we need to go on living well, as Joeng-hyeok tenderly told Se-ri.

 

Joeng-hyeok and Se-ri together painted a picture of love that is as mesmerizing as the snowcapped Alps mountains.  Be it his anguished eyes or sulky gestures, her mischievous looks or streaming tears, they keep us fixated on every moment they shared with us.  We follow them earnestly from the minute she “crash landed” on him to their grudging first kiss, their bicycle ride, her commanding him to try on one suit after another, his stepping over the border, her somber wish to relive the past, his agonizing “don’t run” yelp....  We smile and cry with them.  And even left with unanswered questions, we find contentment in watching them go on with their separate lives, not knowing when or if they’d be able to meet again.  We achieve harmony, just like Se-ri and Joeng-hyeok - the yin and yang complimenting each other with their attributes.

 

Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin continue to paint that pretty picture of love, except that in reality, their characters are even more enhanced.  We are smitten by their affectionate interactions with each other - whether obvious or subtle, minutes long or nanosecond short, their glamour, humility, and generosity. We feel important by their intertwined messages promising us better works, her Instagram post wishing us a nice day, and his hand written letter asking us how we’re doing.  We compose poetry, create fake subs, make fanfic... in their honor and imagine them in their little family. Their children must be adorable.  They must be loving parents while working diligently to advance on their acting careers.  We await their wedding announcement as if it were personally the best news that could happen to us.

 

“CLOY” brings us twenty hours of joy.  Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin prolong that joy.  We long passionately for it to last, because only then will we strengthen our beliefs that true love does indeed exist and that the world is still a wonderful place.

P.S.  Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin are two beautiful human beings whose work we have come to  love.  Regardless of what they choose to do - marry each other, marry someone else, remain single or come out as homosexuals, we respect it and wish them the best.  After all, the world will still be a wonderful place.

Just to bring some rationality to the table, if we just assume that the silver suitcase is in fact HB’s, it is not surprising that he would bring it both on his LA trip and to Mongolia. We don’t have any proof that it is actually SYJ’s unless someone can verify it’s the same one in MITH. If the suitcase can’t be linked to SYJ in any real way I think it’s all just hopeful thinking, and doesn’t really prove anything.

 

Hope I’m not coming off as insensitive or anything. Believe me, I would love for these two to be together in real life and would love as many pieces of evidence to support this wish, but this suitcase one seems like a bit of a stretch to me. Fingers crossed that we will discover other clues that hold actual validity.

Yeah @MatthewMay Love you're sharp enough to take notice of the luggages! From the Mongolia trip its hard to distinguish which luggage belonged to whom, if it's all HB's or he carried some of YJ's or could actually be owned by their team members (they need clothes too!)... the yellow luggage was not with HB in the first pic (return from US) but he had light-colored one (was it silver or white?) but it was not visible enough to compare with the white/silver luggage from the Mongolia trip.
 

Assuming he traveled back from US alone, 2 medium luggages + carry on + knapsack isn't that much considering it was the cold season. What i find interesting, he brought that much stuff and confirms our collective theory he stayed there (with her) for that long (2-3weeks), and was not a business trip.

I'm actually confused as to why one trip has to be associated with the other. On his return from LA, HB had the silver hard case suitcase and a black soft case one. In Mongolia, he had four hard suitcases - one which is the same silver one. The black one isn't even the same one from LA. His staff did not take the same flight as them so would assume all the luggages are his.

 

Her manager rolled one black case and the assistant had two. SYJ's assistant had his passport with him so I assume he at least boarded the flight so possibly one of the suitcase is his.

 

Just my observation.

 

@gloriousCh33se I'm pretty sure HB's silver one is Tumi as well lol. But I've seen him carry Tumi before so chalking it up as coincidence. Perhaps they online shopped together?

I esp loved this video!! Just want to give a little more depth to the word he uses in Korean that is translated as "dull," in the video. He actually says two different things... the first part, he mentions he doesn't really laugh a lot so that's why he's looking for someone who does. And then when he elaborates... The word HB uses to describe himself is "무뚝뚝 (Moo dook dook)," and on Google it translates to "blunt," which actually isn't a bad translation. Good job Google! Haha. I'd further define this word as dry/stiff/curt/blunt/wooden and it can even be seen as seemingly brusque/cold/unfriendly. It's usually used to describe someone who doesn't show much expression in manner or speech, which may result in them coming off stiff/cold even when they're not that way. I think HB has an accurate view of himself, and even though he can be humorous and expressive at times,  he tends to be more reserved, resulting in some people interpreting his actions as "cold," like what happened at BAA. He knew/knows this about himself and wanted someone who laughs a lot and is not like him in this aspect (or else he said it'd be boring)... so it's no surprise that YJ completely stole his heart! She laughs so easily and doesn't seem self-conscious about it because she always goes all out when she laughs. This is why we see him as such a fun version of himself when he's with her...
