I don't know if available there, the kapsa/kabsa mix for the biriyani rice for easy cooking.

 

 

Oh okay @MayanEcho  Will go check it out but I doubt they the specific mix like yours.  I have seen chinese fried rice, malay fried rice, kampung fried rice, vermicilli fried mix ... maybe briyani / kapsa mix might have.   Thank you.

I also found out that to order just briyani (plain) without the fried chicken, egg or any other condiments - it's RM6 per pack / pax.    That would be like USD1.50.    Is that cheap?

Yes. Usually it's around 10-15AED (2.5-3.5USD) here per packet, the quantity enough for at least 2 people.
