Just want to clarify... it does indeed look like he is mouthing something like that from afar, but when the video zooms up close and it's in slow-mo, it doesn't seem like it as much. The actors/actresses are going around and introducing themselves and their characters. I think at that time, one of the actresses Han Ji Eun is introducing herself as a character related to HB's character. Pretty sure HB is looking at her giving her speech on some sort of screen/monitor. I feel like he's attentive to every actor/actress speaking whether it's through looking at them in the monitor or turning his body towards them, even SJH in the back. As much as I want to think this is a sweet receipt... I don't think it's true LOL! Sorry to burst all of your bubbles with this one...

@bingejin I've research about the straw. I almost found it on every restaurant with bar in French Riviera. When i browse about the straw, i found that two straw actually a common things when you order a cocktail. One straw is for stirrer and the ones for drink. I've said about the possibility maybe that photo with two straw on cannes beach, Based on the same menu that Mujin update regarding the south france trip, its seem like that was when they're on Nice beach. Mujin (YJ make up artist) order a cocktail too and the bartender give her two straw.

 

 

I remember that some members ask about reflection at the ship when YJ wearing Pink sweater. Luckily, i could download a good quality image regarding that photo. I process it a bit for deeping the image so we could clearly see the reflection. I post it on spoiler

Yea I had watched the Rampant red carpet premiere in its entirety one day  People kept saying the cast saw them arrive and stuff but she arrives near the end of the red carpet and HB and the rest of them were all gone by then. I think someone mentioned they could be in the holding area but I dont know  Regardless SYJ didn't do an interview on the red carpet. Other people did

Thanks @ElectricHearts for sharing that video. That MC is such a funny gal and always love to tease her guests LOL! Amazing that she was still interviewing Binjin during CLOY kakaotalk. From the time she is single in this video at 24 years old in 2009 to being married and pregnant in 2019 which is a 10 year gap. 

 

While watching this, another video from the same channel popped up. I think it might have been posted here before but want to post it again. There are one interesting comment below the video in chinese.

 

 

 

A very simple summary of the comment below the video :

- I am a Binjin fan but am firstly a YJ fan. As a fan, of course I do not want her to stop or reduce her acting (I think she meant after YJ starts dating or get married).

- But I am not worried as YJ is a strong, wise, self-loving and independent woman.

- YJ has said before that actors are a little afraid of her as she is very serious and dedicated in doing things.

- And 2 years ago, she said that most korean men are very possessive and do not like to praise their wife in front of others. So she wants to find someone who understands her and a man who respects women. This interview was in March 2018. Not long after that, HB appeared.

- What happened after that can be seen on the internet. HB's love for YJ and the admiration that comes from his heart is not something that any ordinary man can do.

 

My comment : Wanted to translate this comment cuz the Mar 2018 interview by YJ was kinda new to me, esp the part about korean men being possessive and not praising their wife. Of course it reminded me of how HB always praise YJ at any chance he got, whether about her amazing acting or how pretty she is.  I also love that last sentence in the comment, about HB's love and admiration for YJ.  And I remember how he always love YJ's passion for acting and how he wants his wife to be someone who loves her work and enjoys her life.  They are a perfect match! And they found each other at the right time.

Have been a shipper close to a decade (yes, ahjumma) and through the years, shipping has evolved with the times. Social media has provided more information & images of couples nowadays, what's a poor shipping fan to do? Of course, one will gobble it up, trying to see crumbs, proofs, receipts, timelines that will confirm that Bin & Jin are together.  But this is all dissection, investigation - brain work.  Actually, this side of shipping has amused me, at times, but also left me in awe of the "Sherlock Holmes" in our midst.

 

Then, there's the shipper's heart ... believing in BinJin.  Since 2018, they have been in 2 projects together ; each has not been romantically linked with anyone else during this time period; and a potential joint Smart project in the works.  I know CLoY is creating all these opportunities for them to still be together but if they really wanted to shatter our ship, one or both of them could have missed the Baeksang Awards night. 

 

I usually operate more from faith & instinct - what sealed it for me was not even the grocery pics in LA.  First was the Swoon interview where he answered happiness being close yet so far & giving her a wistful look.  And then all the BTS where they were laughing together, her grabbing his belt, his head & gently fixing his hair, him being so frazzled with the couples' rings scene ... seeing all these ... there's something there ... let me follow these two & see if they end up with each other ...

@Chewy interesting. I decided to look more into that movie. Yea I guess he could have done it but chose not to. Like he wouldnt have had a break before Confidential Assignment. So he chose CA over the movie. So it was another military role he turned down  Looks like it has mix reviews even though the movie did get Grand Bell Award nominations which the actors only won popularity and rising awards for.

 

@MASTERPIECE that is why I wanted to look at it again. Since we would get a better idea of what happened in October LOL! I couldnt remember if this was after the premiere or before. I just remember it was at a stage greeting. However, I could never find the video again..

1) If HB really has a fan meet confirmed for Manila next year(I cannot confirm those now at press time), then I fervently wish for YJ to be the special guest. 
 

2) I fervently wish for both HB and YJ to appear together in the Philippines for Smart promos. 
 

I will reciprocate such kindness with the first flight I can get on to catch both of them in one frame since I couldn’t in BAA!

And no I am NOT delulu in wishing for these to happen. I am dead serious that it should happen this way? No?

@slowpoked dont know i think they posted a comment in the Rampant premiere video a week ago in terms of having heard that. I think this is why that account brought it up lol. Since people only discovered it today? lol..   Honestly though I also never paid attention to anyone else in the Rampant footage. Plus I dont know korean so I cant lip read  I always could tell he seemed very happy at the premiere. It is obvious because she is attending  

 

I think he is planning on doing fan meetings. the more he takes the over seas endorsements, the first thing he brings up is his fans  Even filming in Bargaining in Jordan, he wanted to do an interview for his Arab fans. 

 

 

I know this was mentioned before but I was more curious of the background of manyo and how it became part of L&P Cosmetics. So it looks like it started rebranding end of 2018. And we know the director signed his manyo contract to direct SYJ CF on Dec 20. We know SYJ was in Singapore before she had to go to Bangkok/later LA. Before I assumed she had signed in early December but now I wonder if it was earlier only because SYJ is such a planner  If she was already planning on going to Singapore and LA, she would need to fit in her trip to Bangkok in there too.
