The very pretty and witty Noona really stole the limelight last night. She allowed That (very special) Man to give his acceptance speech first, then delivered hers to include "Thank you so much", as appreciation for the non-Korean-speaking fans' support, while throwing a big laugh at him (as if teasing him that he forgot to deliver his English line). Too bad,  the camera was not adjusted to show HB's reaction.   

 

She also massaged the ego of the special man, her eagle-eyed bodyguard, relying on his expertise on security matter by asking on the safest way to take leading to the stage.   

 

I liked that these two terrific  and grateful actors appreciated the fans for making them winners of the popular TV male/female actors and as always promised to provide a better projects and show better acting performance in the future. Come to think of it, the trophy they each received was the fans' appreciation for what they did to make CLOY a  worldwide phenomenal romcom/melo. To me the TikTok award they received was better than Baeksang's best actor/actress award, which is rendered by a small panel of appointed jurors. 

 

Congrats BinJin for your outstanding performance on the world's most popular Romcom/Melo drama  : Crash Landing On You!

Let's wait and see if anything will ever surpass its success within the next 40* years!

Binjindiary and binjinsgrocery are just amazing! They are the master of fake subs and hats off to them! i just love every fake subs they post, i’m imagining they are like real life conversations of BinJin couple when they are in private, Just like in CLOY, when they are in private but when they are in public, also just like CLOY where they can’t be lovey dovey, again art imitating life.

 

Like the others, I was disappointed and saddened of how Baeksang did not recognize enough CLOY team especially our OTP for their superb acting category. It was so hard for me to sleep and non stop lurking here and in social media. But again since it’s beyond our control, we just need to respect it and perhaps there are technicalities like others said either political or whatsoever.

 

My point is, BinJin given me so much happiness in my life, they don’t even have to do anything and just thinking about them makes me inspired! it was a roller coaster of feelings that only this ajhumma feels long time ago and now I feel alive more than ever! Baeksang attendance yesterday was just another icing on the cake that solidify my beliefs and faith in them. Just want to see them together and check if all are good with them and smooth sailing and definitely it still is... So again I will wait for the day of the wedding announcement and also the Smart couple CF which I’m so excited about!

 

Honestly, all these expectations we had, since I joined this ship back in Feb, there was so much more happened throughout and that’s why it has now reached 793 pages as of my writing. This ship is envied by many as the receipts are ridiculously good and believable.

 

Hooray for us shippers and shoppers! Cheer-up as another couple event should come up soon, either personal or career. BinJin, I tell you, are unstoppable!

Okay may be I m being too delulu here and trying to investigate too deeply.

So this actress won the popularity award in 2017 along with her on-screen partner.. But wait... where is her partner in this backstage video when she was thanking fans for supporting her....I guess he did it separately..lol!!. Wait... I found her partner.. Here it is

 

Anyways atleast they could show off their two awards individually whereas uri Binjin in their videos had to pose with only one trophy even though both of them got one each.  Look at the above videos with the actors emphasising the "me" word and compare it with Binjin's "we". The mentioned actors thanked their fans separately. Binjin are aware of how ardently people ship them and despite being scrutinized for every step they thanked us together. Wasn't them addressing us yesterday a kind of subtle affirmation of our wishes...It is like they want the best for their relationship but care for fans too.. who worked so hard just to see them together in one frame. It felt like they acknowledged our efforts and were closely monitoring the fans reactions throughout this drought. And I think they feel glad when people root for them to be together.

OMG, guys. Seoul international drama awards 2020 is coming this September.

Hopefully there's no more social distancing rules take place at the time, so we get to see them whispered to each other ear's closely instead of an exam hall "no-cheating" kinda distance. 

Finger crossed, they are nominated. I TRUST them for the name of the award since it has the word 'international' in it lol. I really hope they take international recognition into an account more than BAA yesterday.

 They are just adorable. From TN days to Swoon interviews, to CLoY then last night. Too many candies. If not for the disappointing loss of our drama, I could have died of diabetes already.

This! I am so glad that you mentioned that "awareness", that's what people are missing to notice when they say cold and aloof. 

 

At the cost of sounding like a broken record, I'll say this. When you have feelings for another person the first thing that happens is having that "awareness", these both are acutely aware of each other when they are in the same space. They can practice "not staring", "not smiling", "not showing anything on their faces", but they can never ever practice "not being aware". That is something that happens naturally. I've been married for 13 years now and even now when my husband is in the same space as me I am very aware of that fact. I might not even talk to him for 3 hours when we are at a party, each of us hanging out with our friends groups or managing our kids, but when he's not around I would know. 

 

This "awareness" between our BinJin is what made me fall in love with them. It is too real, too cute and too beyond their control. I am not shipping just based on delulu thoughts (though I do enjoy some of those here and there), I think it is safe to say that I (and all of us here) see their feelings for each other in spite of how hard they try to hide it

 

Sometimes I do wonder why I chose to ship these two people, they're very private, they'd much rather have a simple non glamorous life. It is a hard journey for us shippers I agree, but the reason we ship them is in spite of all that we fell in love with them together, their chemistry, their talent, their maturity. Falling in love isn't something we can control. Our hearts chose them, so let's sail in this ship peacefully. (Gah.. that sounds super cheesy even to me.. but hey in the name of binjin)

 

Lastly, yes, like several others say, I'd rather wait for them to feel secure and steady in their relationship and then announce. They have something very precious to protect. Even if they aren't in a love relationship, they have precious friendship, which is very real. In the cutthroat K-ent industry a friendship so real isn't easy. So I hope they take their time just for that sake. To protect what they have

In These events just like the oscars awards, jewelry companies and designers are giving some pieces of their collection to celebrities to wear them, and after the event  those pieces are returned. 

In this way the celebrities wear the latest collection high fashion clothes and at the same time the designers advertise their collection.
