Feeling better bit by bit, thank you. It is very rare I have that bad bout of a migraine which knocked off my appetite and made my stomach sensitive.

 

How are you doing? Seems you guys got plenty of rains. Still hot and dry here for a couple more months. 

 

Chia and oats are my staple for the meantime.

Take great care of yourself.

We never know what the booster shots will do to our body but at least we are safe with the ongoing pandemic and hopefully will keep the new virus away from our body. IS so frigtening and sad to know all these NEW virus keep surfacing... no end , sigh !

Feels like the world is no longer SAFE.

 

Currently, I am still hanging on to day to day life, take each day as it is, dare not think what comes tomorrow.

Yup, is raining here towards the evening and weather is cool that you dont need to on the AC.
