and for now, i shall get ready head out for a bowl of piping hot udon! @Thong Thin and @Sky Kang got me hungry for noodles soup.. there's nothing better than a bowl of niku udon.. sprinkled with the chili flakes (not spicy) and the pickled ginger slices on the sides..
