Thanks for the get well wishes, today I'm feeling much better. Though I'm still in soup/liquid/soft food diet, and my arm still a bit sore, I think I don't need Panadol anymore today, yay!

yesss!! hahaha singapore is a multi racial country, so we have many types of yummy food from various ethnic groups here!

 

papadums are available freshly made at the biryani stalls!!

In any case, I'm having coffee currently. I baked some scones, so am looking forward to having them with afternoon tea later today. The pic @Thong Thin posted of scones, jam, clotted cream and strawberries is exactly what I have to look forward to this afternoon.

hahaha okay let me rephrase.. the stalls fry the raw ones and sell along with other food on the menu!

i love dipping papadums in dhal and mutton gravy!!

We have both raw and cook papadum here.

 

As mentioned by @sadthe1st those ready made are available at those briyani stalls.

They are sold at RM 1.50 per pkt .

Should I have guest coming in for dinner, then I would get the raw type and fry myself.

Your katsu looks yummy by the color and crisp.
