Even though about 90% of our populations have completed their 2nd jab, infected cases here 

is still not declining.

Sigh, hope that soon there would be an actual medicine manufactured meant to cure COVID. Meanwhile, we can only take care and follow the health protocols, and comply with the preventive measures as we go through the pandemic.

there is a few types of chinese salted veggies.. here's a site that explains quite well with photos!

not in pretty shades of red like the korean kimchi but taste really good!

 

they are mostly preserved with brine/salt. haha and definitely improves the appetite in soups or side dishes!

@sadthe1st  Oh you're good! I prefer a vegan diet and love asian and mediterranean foods.

 

Actually my BF is an amazing cook. He partly lives in Spain, so most of his disches have that mediterranean flavor.
