Quick Poll: Heart Thieves 2021 (Recent favourite Second Leads)

My dear chingu, I hope you will catch up with this drama soon, START UP. The storyline is inspiring and meaningful, not only because of Kim Seon Ho's acting, but in general I like the type of story involving mergers/acquisitions in corporate world, venture capitalists who are keen to invest in new entrepreneurial AI software/IT companies. The whole drama is a perfect combination of inspiration, creativity, emotion and humor. The last episode is an upscale, showing the realization of their dreams. A beautiful story with inspirational meaning at the end.

 

Of course, the second protagonist of this drama, Mr. Han Zhiping (Kim Seon Ho's performance), exceeded our expectations. Because of his role as a mentor and coach in this drama, I would love to watch another project of him, but I doubt I have time to watch them. There are too many good drama coming up in 2nd half of 2021

For recent dramas broadcast in the first half of the year, I would highly recommend you to watch (if you haven't started yet) :

• Beyond Evil
• Undercover
• Move to Heaven - I don't mind 2nd season too
• Taxi driver - All cases are from real stories that happened in South Korea last time. Very interesting and entertaining drama. I don't mind 2nd season and I love the OST.

 

I am anticipating the upcoming new drama :

• Mount Jiri
• The Devil Judge
• Kingdom S3
• Juvenile Judgement
• Black Sun
• Last Night (or One Ordinary Day)

Let's see if the above storylines are as good as the casts presented

1. Han Seo Joon - True beauty, Honestly I did not read the webtoon nor was I ever into any SML in all the Kdramas I saw but recently there have been so many mismatches it hurts Lol. I choose him because he was more Healthier Option than the First Lead and by experience a Mentally encouraging love is way better than All consuming passion Lol.

 

2. Cha Jo Ik- Doom at your service, Simply because he is the only interesting character in that dragfest of a show. He is morally twisted yet makes the Most Sense. and The entire Love triangle if fleshed out and be a Spin Off would make for a far better storyline than the main one lol.

 

 

Special Mention

Lee RANG Tale of the Nine Tailed , That show worked because of his Antagonist and Self victimization tendencies. Lol.

Haiyaaa, I managed 14/16 episodes for Doom, I still have to see the last 2, Maybe I will someday? It's the single most annoying show I have ever seen in a Kdrama that has no story, generally even if romcom or this genre kdramas do have stories this was one just....Well anyhow. My fan service to PBY unnie also has limitations lol.
