A little backtrack to before Han was hit. I had to keep my eyes to one side of the screen.

Next we jumped to hospital scene already??

So I am sobbing madly now. All are gathered outside the operation theatre.....

Just as in preview. The hospital scene.

Park put down her phone with a dark face. Our team waiting in front of surgery room. Kim holding the bloodied picture of him and Han. Gu is cursing Scar Face. Park arrived and asked how is it. Seo told her the surgery is not done yet. Park sat beside Kim. She wanted to comfort Kim but didn't do that.

Doc came out. Surgery is done. I'm pretty sure he didn't die, but the news is not very good. Kim kept questioning the doctor, asking him to save Han.

Hae Il is at the church and crying so hard. I am crying along side him...

 

EDIT: I don't think he had died. bUt it's not good.

OMG... I am really crying where he is pleading with God....

He's going to leave the church.

And shades of Won Bin as the Man from Nowhere...

 

I don't think we will see him laughing anytime soon.

Kim walked away from the scene looking blank. Everyone looked at him with concern. Cut to Kim praying in church, as in preview. He is crying and praying. The church door opened. It's Park. She looked sadly at Kim who was kneeling right in front of the altar. Park started crying too.

 

Sis Kim is being helped by Seo and orphanage Sister to sit down at the dining table. Seo and Gu left.

Kim in his dark room, on the phone with Scar Face, who is still talking to Kim in a mocking tone. Then Kim said as in preview, that he canceled the one week deadline. Scar Face hang up and sighed that it seemed that the guy died. His guys asked him, so how then? what about the money.

 

Hwang in a black hoodie, giving instruction to Seok and Bobby. I think he is asking them to be careful because after him, they'll be chased after too. Hwang is set to go on an investigation of his own.

 

Park in her dark apartment, praying with Father Lee's picture in front of her.

 

Kim standing in the middle of the church in front of altar. He thought about each of the friends he made. Voice over of him saying that he needs to leave to protect everyone. Cut to him handing a letter to the Catholic Head, I think it's a resignation letter? The person shocked. Kim said it doesn't matter to him. He left with a dark determined expression. Cut to his priestly robe folded up nicely on his bed.

So who moved Father Lee's body?

Song Sac and Bread Boy is with Bobby and mentions being friends....

So... could it be that Bobby and minion did not kill Father Lee.  Or it could be Hwang who ordered the body moved? Or did Hwang really kill Father Lee?

Park in her office, updating some stuff with her staff. I think it's about investigation on Kang.

 

Scar Face and guys trying to get ways to get out of the country. They're threatening the person to make it shorter, 3 days.

 

Kim suddenly showed up at some guy's place. He gave a piece of paper to him and asked him to do something.

 

Gu and Seo at Park's office. They showed her the recording they watched. It showed Bobby, and another person (Hwang?) struggling to carry a body. Bobby rather complaining though.

 

Sis Kim and another Sister came back to church to find some police officers waiting outside.

 

Bobby drinking alone in front of YH's mart. SS drove by, and invited him to eat. YH is working at that restaurant. So the three of them sat down and ate together. Okay, the food they're having looks good! Me want!... They left the restaurant. SS said bye chingu. Bobby said who is your chingu? Then police came to arrest him. He turned to ask SS to help him.

Bobby is arrested.

Hae Il is accessing CCTV through NIS. Wow.. so he is going to take Scarface and gang down.

And he found one....

 

EDIT: Bobby being interrogated and claims he can't remember. Even when the video was played in front of him.

Kim hacked into the NIS system. He found some footage. Then he went to a place, only to find one of the three guys killing two men, he ran and Kim chased after him. Hit by the car. That guy got into the scar, driven by Scar Face, and they tried to run over Kim.

 

Bobby is being interrogated by Gu and Seo. He is shown the video, but he said he forgot. Seo said it's okay if you forget, the video doesn't forget. Seo got impatient and grabbed him from across the table. Bobby just somehow confessed he did it. Looks like he is covering up something though.

 

Kang is at a hotel, on a call, very happy. Cut to Park being updated in her office, something about Kang. Then she got a call from Seo. Cut to Park arriving at church where Seo and Gu and the two sisters already there. She is updated about Kim's status. They talked about why he disappeared. Sis Kim guessed accurately. Gu also guessing he is looking for Scar Face and would kill him. Sis Kim said no, he shouldn't do that. Park asked Seo and Gu to find Kim.

 

Kim is cleaning his wounds in a dark toilet, as in preview. He remembered Han who cleaned his wounds, and some other incidents with him in the past. He looked even more devastated.

 

Park leaving a voicemail on Kim's phone. Basically urging him not to become like the bad guy. She hang up and teared up.

 

In a dark alley. Kim walking and entered a building. There is a guy working in front of a machine. He is shocked to see him, calling him Kim Hae Il-gun. He stopped his work, served him a drink. Kim is asking a favor from him. Cut to Kim in a dark hotel room, he's got some new guns now. ~ end of first part.

First half has ended.

Hae Il has his hands on guns, bullets and money.

And he looks very very determined.

Daebak KNG - This is evidence of how a good actor can portray comedy and also a serious "I'm going to kill you' vibe within the same drama.

Bobby moving the body does not mean he killed Father Lee though. Bobby and the rest of the gang are expected to do the clean up. What I am interested in knowing is who asked for Father lee to be assassinated.

Scar face is gonna regret waking up a sleeping tiger lol. Just reading the recap makes father Kim scary when he is pissed off.

Looks like it was an accidental death!

Father Lee was fighting with Kang. And he fell and hit his head.

Actually Hwang wanted to call the ambulance but was stopped by Kang.

Scar Face was there and he saw the whole thing.

Looks like Hwang really did care for Father Lee and did the clean-up.

Even Bobby was shocked to see Father Lee's body.

 

So they did not cause the death but played a part in covering up the crime.

That B*sT*rd just got people to clean up and kept his hands 'clean'

He needs to get beaten up!

 

I think Hwang is pretty disgusted with himself. How he has become so low. Even though he was a gangster but not to this level.
