Feeling lazy today, hahaha. Packed the kiddos mini Swiss rolls and watermelon cubes for school. They're celebrating Teachers Day in advance, and didn't have to wear uniform today.

You see, Bogummy has gained weight while enlisted, and it makes him look adorable. Like in a ‘I wanna squish his cheeks’ type of way. It also looks like he has gained muscle mass…

iirc bananas are rich in potassium and sugars.. not suitable for people with kidneys issue. my friend who's under dialysis has to avoid bananas cos of the potassium..

Bananas are sweet and those with health issues like diabetic has to eat less or opt for another type of banana (sorry off hand cant remember the name)

I can eat 3 bananas a day
