When i read about both of them got an offer.

I already promise to myself,i don't care about anything.

The plot,the storyline,the other cast,knetz reaction,the rating etc.

As long as i can watch BinJin at least in 16 episode together.

Because some said it is rare to have A List actors in a drama together.

And because Nego is not enough for me.

 

It is lie if i said i didn't feel anything when some people bashed them. 

It was really hurt reading negative comment since their confirmation.

I desperately want to see them together again.

So,i have to be strong.

I want to see their skinship in the drama.

And eventhough i said i dont care about those thing.

Deep inside my heart,i pray that this drama will be successfull,or at least not flop.

 

Thank God,not only this drama is soooo famous around the world,but also got high rating.

I saw a lot of actress from different country post about CLOY.

Vietnam Actress,Indonesia Actress,Thai Actress,Philipine Actress.

Sorry,i can't remember their name.

Some i read it on twitter,and some from FB.

 

So,now with only 2 episodes left.

I won't complaint bout anything.

Whether sad or happy ending.

I will accept what the writer will give us.

I just want to appreciate all their hardwork.

My goodness, these two in the bts video  you can tell they are very close and are very comfortable around each other. Wouldn’t it be great if the scene from ep 14 where SR gets caught by the paparazzi happily smiling while JH helps her up, happens in real life and they get caught cuddling in real life  of course I want them to have their own privacy but I’m also a curious shipper fan who would like the media to capture just one sweet moment of them so I can rest easy knowing they are really together  but if they don’t date (or if it’s just never made public ) I’ll be content knowing they are close in real life too 

And is it just me or do they both get better with age too?

Sooooo many skinship in the bts. I've watched it over and over and over again (prolly gonna watch it until Saturday)!

 

I haven't seen any colleagues in drama show this level of comfort touching each other, laughing at their inside jokes, making secret signals. Closest to this level is YeolRi (Ryu Jun Yeol and Hyeri). I am not comparing, comrades, please calm ya bits. Just an observation on their "closeness". Not that I'm complaining.

I was thinking along similar lines too. I was one of the few who watched heaps of videos of HB and previous acting partners, and also fervently shipped him with another years and years ago. But I have to admit this BTS seals it for me. Sure, I have seen him joke, laugh, look after/be attentive towards his co-star, be thoughtful and friendly, but none quite so like his interactions with SYJ. 

 

I mentioned how he likes to act all smart in front of her and one of our fellow shipper commented that its his dorkiness when he is with her. THAT, not many men will act all silly and dorky in front of a friend, much less a colleague. Just in this one BTS, we can compare them with the 2nd leads who no doubt display their own chemistry, but seem more like your regular friendly colleagues who get along at work.

 

It is HB-SYJ's level of familiarity with each other that has won me over and got me fervently rooting for these two  (not to mention how they simply just bring how the best in each other!)

@cybertron Thank you again for starting this thread. I want to echo every line you said in this post especially these parts I highlighted. I’m actually so sentimental and happy right now. The journey we all shared here in this thread starting from the early days when this opened, well actually starting in the SYJ’s thread where our shipping sentiments were first posted, and up to now, reinforced my belief in fate/destiny.  And, that if we just don’t wish ill and do bad to others, somehow we will be rewarded in the end. CLOY’s high ratings and reviews are such rewards. I know it was not easy for us shippers especially at the start. For more than a year (since 2018), our patience was tested not only with the long wait for the drama, but also we had to control ourselves not to be discouraged with the doomsayers and bashers who were so negative even before the drama was shot & shown. I’m so happy to see this thread grow and I applaud all binjin shippers who post and lurk here. And I love reading all the different POVs of the Binjin shippers now. It’s quite refreshing to read how similar our minds work and interpret on a particular scene/pic/statement.

I’d like to add on this. I also remember someone posting about this too (either in this thread or in CLOY thread, I’m not quite sure). I think someone posted an IG post of a Chinese-speaking  SYJ fan who translated an interview of Binjin during their meet with the foreign press after their CLOY presscon ( @Pretty_noonaa If you can read Chinese, then maybe you might have read this interview in a Chinese article on CLOY.)... I think Binjin was asked by the reporters if they remember when they first met and HB answered that it was during an awards show about 4-5yrs ago and that they only exchanged greeting then. (Unfortunately last time I checked -as I bookmarked the IG link for future reminiscing  because I was so struck by this revelation said IG account is no longer existing.-  I regret I didn’t get a screen cap of that post tbh.)

Anyways, by that time frame, it is only the 2014 PIFAN Producers Award where Binjin really formally/personally met. They may have so many common acquaintances and friends as they belonged in the same business, but they were never really introduced together. They knew of each other (as they admit they watch most of each other’s works) but they didn’t know each other, not until Negotiation happened. As for the lack of HB’s reaction towards SYJ during this night, I attribute it to HB’s shy and private nature. He also cannot glance so much at SYJ’s direction given that SYJ was wearing such a revealing dress in the front. Besides, I recall some of other men’s testimonies saying that when they meet a girl they sincerely like or were a fan of for the first time, they get stiff and can’t even look at her direction. This might be the case here too. With HB’s clear answer and recollection of when they met first, this only means one thing, he wasn’t as unaware of her that night as he appeared to be and as what we  somehow see in their past PIFAN vid.

After watching BTS and squealing with the rest of you, now I know why I love this drama so much! We have been saying it here for weeks that their actions and movements are so natural that the lines get blurry between what is reel and real. CLOY is all HB and SYJ acting as HB and SYJ themselves!  I actually enjoy the closeness of the BTS more than the actual drama scene
