Oh my interesting revelation about SH on first life...this writer surprises me all the time :o ending was hmmmm...:huh:

but there were some sweet scenes of OTP.

@staygold I peeked at the TOL thread...I don't think they went with the novel. Looks like will be happy ending for OTP , but were you on the CEO's ship?

@triplem Yes i got the tragic vibe from reading the synopsis as well, thats why i'm not so keen on watching it. I'm going to go with Mindhunter i guess. 

 

Curious about Se hee's past now. Honestly I would have liked it if he doesnt have a past at all. Its just too complicated now. I dont like this one bit. Sighhh

Edit : triplem, to answer your question on the other thread, i'm not really interested in Jade lovers tbh. Idk why, i'm not really fond of korean actors doing chinese projects. I mean its good for them, but the shows always ends being disappointing. Sighhh. 

 

ANd believe it or not, i still havent finished the last two eps of wyws. :ph34r:

Sorry for the late reply. I was at Hallyucon yesterday so was unable to reply :)

I already shaved my head when I was into Hardcore. That was in 1998. After that phase I grew my hair again, but decided to shave it permanently at age 26. I was just getting more and more bald and at some point even my hairstylist said I should consider implants. I replied "just remove it all" and she was completely shocked with that statement :D 

But since I had it before, I knew what it would look like so I was okay with it.

So I've been permanently bald since 2006, though lately I've been not shaving it completely bald, but just leaving half a millimeter.

Doubtful. Or they'd have to go "so your mum gave you all the good genes and him all the bad stuff" while talking to me. I suppose that could happen.

@kokodus don’t tell me.  Stranger Things 2... haven’t watched.  Mindhunter is in My List.   Also has Bluebeard there.

 

@triplem @Lmangla @stroppyse @staygold @onlysb1 saw First Life E13.  SeHee’s past is surprising and normal uneventful at the same time.  The reason for his muted personality is not extraordinary or organic (not autism like people were guessing) but of a broken heart.  The note JM left is true... he cannot love again in her eyes.  What they had was quite special... their relationship was promised and broken because of a tragedy.  Think that’s why he doesn’t allow or forgive himself to love again or it would diminish the gravity of their love.  I think JM has to give him permission.  They had to meet again....I really like how she was written into the story.  Most is because SeHee needs to address their story to heal his relationship with his dad.

 

On paper, My First Life has a simple premise... yet the execution is so very unique!
