Our Add Subtract chingus, welcome to The Soompi +2 - 2 = 0 Awards!   Since we have known each other for a long time already, we EOs thought it would be nice to give out awards to all members! Yay! Also, in the spirit of the Olympics, shouldn't we be awarded for our tenacious gossiping, oppa stealing, fangirling / fanboying, oppa wars, food pics and random knowledge sharing too?   We will reveal 3 awards every day. But I have to say that the ahjussi in your first pic is super talented and very sympathetic. I always enjoy seeing him in dramas.

As for your oppa, he's talented alright, but there is something that bugs me with his acting style. That is one of the main reasons why I don't necessarily go for his dramas. Sorry chingu.

I've only seen him in Triple (the pic is from this drama and it's a drama with LSK) and he did do a good job!

I totally get it, chingu. In his earlier days I think he tended to be a bit overstated or was overacting (if that's what you're talking about). His turn in My Mister was very difficult for him because his character is completely reserved and is the opposite of LSK's natural personality. He had to draw from a deep well for that role...and did it brilliantly. That's the role that completely drew me in. Watching his earlier roles through his more recent roles, he has grown a ton as an actor, but there are a few quirks that are constant. I love them...but I know his acting style is not for everyone. :):kiss_wink:

Ha ha... Unnie, I first saw Oh Jung Se in The Musical drama! He was playing as Daniel's best friend. Then the drama I most enjoyed of Oh Jung Se was Uncle. He was just perfect by all means!!! I'd love to see him in a rom-com if possible. An ajusshi boyfriend for a change... :joy:

He's such a good actor and I loved him in Uncle and in It's Okay to Not be Okay. Two totally different roles and he did them so well. In Uncle he was so funny, too, and he had a bit of romance with that teacher. That was cute. :wub:

 

I like Kim Tae-woo as well. He was so sweet and funny in Romance is a Bonus Book:

I am a huge fan of champagne. Even though Spanish cava and Italian prosecco are popular (as well as the French crémant), I almost always choose champagne purely because it tastes better.
