I just want to say that I'm glad that doctors focus on neurosurgery department. Initially I think I will watch this drama because of shin hye since I don't really like korean medical drama because mostly they show general surgery department or ER or emergency cases. But now I really like the neurosurgery department, get to know about awake surgery and some neurological malfunctions/disorders.

I knew it!  That the preview would come out while I slept. I was right when I said that I would have to read about 10 pages and are eight. 

So, IJ is back and our OTP continue separated. So bad, but you know that the preview editing has always tricked us; so I have hope that things aren't as bad as it look. The return of In Joo could be good for them because maybe she makes HJ understand why  he is like that. IJ cold be their best ally. But if she comes with the idea of reconquering JH, will be a huge mess and we will burn her at the stake!  Will see... But, like I said, I hope things be alot better than we watch in the preview.

Finally we get a preview !!!! I wanna see a jealous HJ but I also wanna see her fight for her man !!! Love is worth fighting for especially for a good man like JH !!! 

But seriously.. my heart broke for HJ when I read what she said "I cant live without JH but what if he doesnt love me anymore"  Its her past catching up on her, she must have been reminded of her parents marriage and why she doesnt believe in romantic love like what she said to YD  maybe she thinks history might repeat itself 

Ahhh HJ.. I feel like giving you a big warm hug and tell you that you have a good man in JH, trust yourself to love him and let him love you and cherish you with all that you deserve

She looks friendly because JH is present....? I'm sorry, but she lost me when she had the talk with HJ only to put her down, behind JH, when she was supposedly trusted by JH to help HJ. I wanted her to be a cool/mature rival of love for HJ, but too bad, in my view, she is too manipulative.

I don't want to speculate too much from the preview. I know we're in for a roller-coaster ride now. There won't be a lot of sweety-lovey scenes no more, I'm sure. We've passed that stage. But actually, I'm quite confident we'll be given at least one swoon-worthy scene of our OTP this week. They need to keep the rating up by giving us viewers baits bit by bit to keep us interested.

they (HJ 's parents) were happy for a while then the stepmom (3rd party) came into pic. 

Now HJ is beginning to love JH as a man and being happy, then IJ came back??

I hope he gives her those flowers soon. IJ must have heard Hye Jung is back and wants to stake her claim. If that's the case we have another delusional doctor on our hands my friends. If things don't go our way in episode 11, I'm sure by the end of episode 12 we will be happy!

My apologies I am cutting out your part. I couldn't help but agree with you. I wish Hong Dad to help out JH and HJ. He doesn't look the pushy scheming type like SW's dad for power. The fact that JH is 40 and unmarried shows that. I am sure he will be a strong supporter of our OTP. I can already see him being a father figure to HJ. The father is miss frm her life.

The ep11 preview make me curious about JH and HJ relationship so much. But, it alway like this, I trust PDnim and Writernim. I will stay in optimistic side that our OTP is not that stupid characters in korean drama world. They are doing good so far. I'm looking forward to another "Good feeling and Warm heart" episode from Doctors.

@Ayame, Thank you so much for the translation. It seems that things are going to get interesting.  I'm truly puzzled by SBS's website also listing In Joo as part of Ji Hong's family.  Before even seeing this, I mentioned that I got a vibe, I hope with all my heart that there's nothing to it.  There is something about dramas that are narrated, of the ones that I watched, that have a common type ending or theme.
