Yes, it's just so bizarre and unexpected! I don't normally follow news of him at all, but I was surprised at the whole sequence of events there. Does he normally kiss people on the lips? And the other bit is just so strange.

@MayanEcho @the_sweetroad Am in no way defending his actions, but there have been rumors swirling around for 10 years already that he has dementia/Alzheimer’s… So am wondering if that is playing in? He is 87 years old.

I don't either, most of it awareness of him as a revered religious and political figure. I do remember having to read about Tibet and its monks back in uni.

But what he did opens cans of worms. 

 

Most of our elders when they're considered ancients are more outspoken and bold; they would say or do something without much care anymore, without much inhibitions and almost like by instinct.

 

An example would be the late Prince Philip's gaffes in his last years that made the news.  

 

What the DL did though, however it's explained, is hard to accept or brush off. Whether as he was in his normal old affectionate grandpa self, or misbehaving due to dementia, where did the "suck your tongue" come from, given that he is a monk all his life?

Personally though, am gonna hold off making any assumptions on what his true intentions were. I don’t know the whole story and with him being so old…

 

In any case, the whole situation was very strange and weird.

one truck left first..

 

the second truck left a bit later.. the part where Yoo Jung didnt manage to grip on to the hand of the other girl and she got killed by the mini sphere.. so Chun Ho and Won Bin were on the second truck.

 

the driver of the first truck got attacked and killed by a mini sphere near the rural area and it probably went off the trail and overturned.. that's when the group got jolted awake..

 

i mean, that's how i see it.. haha
