Park Hae Jin Confirmed To Star In Psychological Thriller Drama Based On Popular Webtoon
Park Hae Jin will be starring as the lead of the new thriller drama “Crime Puzzle” (working title)!
Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “Crime Puzzle” is a shocking thriller that begins with Han Seung Min, a professor at a police academy, being arrested after confessing to the crime of killing his girlfriend Yoo Hee’s father. The drama will reinterpret the webtoon to make it relevant to the current year of 2020.
The upcoming drama will also feature Yoo Hee, a criminal profiler who reinvestigates Han Seung Min’s case because she can’t believe her lover’s confession. In the process of solving the mystery, “Crime Puzzle” will showcase 10 interviews from Han Seung Min and detailed characterization of those surrounding the two leading figures.
Park Hae Jin will be taking on the role of Han Seung Min, a star professor at the police academy who suddenly rose through the ranks of the world’s criminal psychology field with the thesis he wrote in his 20s. However, with a sudden confession of murder, he becomes confined in prison with a life sentence. Han Seung Min is a mysterious figure who begins a mental game with Yoo Hee, his detective partner, lover, and disciple, in order to steadily solve the crime.
Previously, Park Hae Jin shocked viewers with his acting as the youngest genius psychopath killer Lee Jung Moon in OCN’s “Bad Guys,” and viewers are looking forward to what transformation he’ll make in “Crime Puzzle” after gaining even more experience as an actor.
The upcoming drama will be produced by Studio 329, which produced the YouTube original web drama “Top Management” and upcoming Netflix original “Extracurricular.” “Crime Puzzle” is set to broadcast sometime in the second half of the year.

At this point I have two possible scenarios for the ending.
1. The one that I had thought of and most of us had thought of since the fated encounters in Switzerland and that is they would be living their happy ever after at the beautiful Swiss. JH can pursue again his passion for music playing piano while Seri can manage her business abroad while living as the wife of Pianist Jung-hyuk, raising adorable twins at the Alps.
2. This is something I love with Daddy Ri, when it comes to people trying to overstep him, he is always make sure he's ahead of the game. He wouldn't be Director of GPB for nothing. I don't believe he has no back up plans for his son, he is after all his only remaining son. I almost jumped for joy when CCG rushed and searched his house only to find nothing. Same with the current situation, I take Daddy Ri's words as a foreboding of what's to come. It is highly possible that he would make a way for Seri to enter legally and possibly marry Jung-hyuk thru economic means. Another angle I am looking into is thru military means. CCG crossing the border and being a criminnal in NoKor as well as can be considered a dangerous person for the SokOR due to his illegal trade and drug trafficking. JH could have been assigned in a secret mission to capture him. At the same time, they could make it look like Seri too is under a secret mission since she was elemental in the capturing of CCG. Seri could have been working with JH to capture CCG in bringing him back to NoKor dead or alive.
lols these are just my random thoughts to distract me from the waiting game...

yes i noticed that he had been using that email and portal for OneKorea. As I have mentioned earlier JH is a very intelligent man. He would not rush out to SoKor without plans. I think he is working with some group, maybe secret military operatives composed of both north and south intels.

Been lurking sinceday one...
Just want to share some thoughts before I sleep with a heavy heart.
This is not a rant. This week's episodes were both amzingly beautiful and well done.
The angsr is just too much this week that u want a hefty payback writer-nim, you hear that?
The many things love about this show
1. We got two of the most beautiful and talended leads, Hyun Bin and Yoon Seri. They alone are eye candies but pair that their awesome acting and no one can get away with CLOY.
2. CLOY gave us interesting 2nd leads as well as side characters. Their prrsence made the story more intresting.
3. And a very effective villain or we would not have been well in my case totally infuriated with CCG
4. Writer-nim had shown us that loose ends were always closed neatly. The cSe of the watch, the brother's song, the kitkat, sweetmeat, his brother's death, SR mom's side of tqhe story and the latest and what I was aniticipating, the incident at the hanginqgq bridge. (May have missed something)
5. Each episode proved to be a fulfilling watch, never did encounter a filler episode.
6. The ducklings are a joy to watch. I love how their relationship with SR evolved into something so precious. They are like a gift to sR who never had a real bqqqrother who ares for her.
7. AND SO MANY MORE
On this weeks angst filled episode It my have had my heart aching butmthey are necessary. JH needs to bring CCg down to ensure the safety of his loved one and with such a capable villain it is understandable that they will encounter him several times before JH is able to properly bring him to justice.
Some speculations:
Since day 1 I had always thought of how our RiRi couple will have a happy ending and it has always been my thread of hope that this writerwas able to give a happqyq ending to a human and an alien and zhe definitelyq can make a way for people qboth living in the same earth lols. So yeah the most feasible is them lving together in Switzerland and JH back to being a pianist. Reunification us a far fetched idea and a sensitive one and I don't think writernim would 1v1enture to that.
On JH beigq in soKor, he is an intelligent person and I believe he would never go there without concrete plans. I was thinking that he might have contacts with the SoKor authorities.
I had been thinking all long the same way JH dad answered the military official. I think jH being in Sokor can be dealt with by his dad accordingly. He can always had been sent to track and arrest cCg and I hope when daddy ri said earlier was not just a bluff to the military director.
Tho I am quite worried with the #WhoKnowsWhatWillHappenToRiJungHyuk ending earlier. Sobs
