@yovone - I think KDY was just joking but when he repeated it quite a few times, some fans got annoyed. If he got the best couple award with BG, not BoYoo Couple, Yes he deserves the hate...LOL but I am sure it will never happen. Songsong and BoYoo may be winners for this year. 

He also got the hate from some fans as he picked KSH, not YJ. I think in my opinion, he did the right thing as if he chose YJ, then some fans may think there is something between him and YJ, remember he helped YJ to stand up at wrap up party, some fans were crazy and thought there was something going on with them, only just he grabbed YJ's hand and helped her to stand up. I think he is a nice guy and kind to YJ, he treats her well like his younger sister. 

Back in Cebu, DY helped BG and YJ a lot by being a middle man, if not him, BG could not have a buddy to be with and DY took attentions from fans and saved BoYoo in some ways, also at the airport, he joined BoYoo to run away from camera when they were caught at security check. BoYoo image in Cebu looked better when DY was there, it helped if you know what I mean.

And finally I am sure he knows what is what and he will not hurt BG and YJ, he will be their long term friend. So chill out and do not take it too seriously. I like them ( BG YJ JY and DY) all, plus Eunuch Jang too.

I really hope that KDY will not steal any limelights from BoYoo Couple moments during the Awards.

Actually, there are times I felt that KDY was a fleck of dust in my eyes whenever I was looking hard for any BoYoo sightings. On the other hands, he might be a smokescreen/diversion for PBG & KYJ, which is a good thing.

For the special moments at the Couple Awards, I hope that KDY will not be involved.

I rather see SJK & JG Bromance.... ahem!!

So don't panic! I'm 100% sure that KBS would give out one for our BoYoo.

Also, YoungYeon bromance is only quite popular among Moonlighters. Other audience don't know there's such a thing, they only know the romance between the Crown Prince and a cross-dressed eunuch. YoungYeon can't be compared to Song Joong Ki - Yoo Ah In's bromance in SKKC cuz that couple was even more popular than the main couple, even non-fans knew them then. So the chance that DY-BG might win the Couple Award is really really low. 

However, there might be a slight chance that there could be 2 Couple awards given to the same person, just like the case of Cha Tae Hyun - Gong Hyo Jin - Kim Soo Hyun with Producers last year  So I can't say that BoYeon couple will absolutely not happen, too. 

But yes, agree with you all that the Couple Award is only meaningful if BoYoo are the only ones receiving it

Edit: Oh, I watched Happy Together just now, they talked about the Couple Awards in a jokingly manner. So chill guys!

One more thing to note is that Dong Yeon is still very young and quite inexperienced in the industry(he's 97 liner rmb?) so he's not as mature and thoughtful as compared to BG, YJ, JY who's been in the industry longer or are older. His interviews are very light-hearted and I see no harm in his answers, he just said what came to his mind without much careful consideration, that's all. He's also really close to Bo Gum on the set and Bo Gum likes him a lot as a bro too, so I don't think it's right for some of us here to judge Dong Yeon just based on a few lines he said  

Ah, about the ideal pick, Dong Yeon's ideal type has always been Kim So Hyun for years. He picked KSH over YJ right in front of her a few years ago, too. He's just being honest on Happy Together. But that doesn't mean he doesn't like Yoo Jung. Ofc he likes Yoo Jung - as a friend/sister, just not as an ideal type lol. Don't forget how DY always helped YJ when he's around her. He's a good friend of both BG & YJ so stop giving him unreasonable hate!

I'm a silent lurker here and I only post when I have time to write one. Anyhow this my opinion from whats been going on recently about the pictures of MDBC Cast private time spreading online. It's sad to see that PBG supposed fan is trying to reveal something he specifically asked not to be shared. He already said in an interview that at the corner of his heart he wishes that his fans could respect his privacy because there are some things he doesn't want to be revealed to the public as it would hurt him and the people he cares about. He is thinking so much about his fans, how to make them happy but the only thing he's asking them (his privacy), they can't even give him. Yes they are celebrities, it's their job to act and entertain people but when that camera is turned off they should still be entitled to have their own privacy just as how other people have their own privacy when they are off work. True fans should also consider their happiness but some are only thinking about themselves. They say that people who shines the brightest are also the people who are the loneliest, I hope PBG won't be like that. I hope he won't have to feel the need to give up seeing his friends especially female ones because he's afraid there will be rumors. Besides that, right now he's already starting to be wary about his actions, he's already giving up the public transportation he likes so much because he doesn't want to cause trouble for other people if he uses it. Fans crazily bombard him nowadays.  I read some of his interviews and on one of them he mentioned that he felt sorry that the airport in the Philippines became congested and the fence barricade fell down due to his appearance. This shows that some fans actions already hurting him somewhat. I'm glad though that fans from this thread understands these things and are even willing to not see this supposed private moments to protect him and KYJ. I really hope that nothing will be shared and if that fan only cares about PBG's and not KYJ, then at the very least as his fan he/she should consider his wishes. I'm writing this in hurry and I apologize if I seem to be saying random things but I just have to share some of my thoughts out here. I have to go and I hope that despite all our grievances we'll all have a great day, same to our ship.
