Well, unlike her, Yoongi doesn't look at others as if they're beneath him? I can't say the same with her. Her gaze seems too calculating for me. In fact, that "way of looking" reminds me of a previous idol and actor who's currently in jail.

OMG, dongsaeng! We have been talking about Seo In Guk and Ahn Jae Hyun for weeks on this thread. They are top actors. You've never watched anything with them? Seo In Guk is Ms. Koko's oppa since Shopping King Louie.... Sigh.

Yep, First Frost even as novel is way darker than Hidden Love. Drama version of HL was toned down probably due to the FL being still a college student. First Frost can be expected to be matured as in the main part of the story, they're already graduates from college working adults: ML as a bar owner and FL as a news reporter.

First of all @kokodus has more oppas than a year has days. She could swoon for a different oppa each day for a year and never repeat herself.

To keep up with that I would need to study it for a decade.

 

I never watched a drama with either of them, I checked. I am really bad at remembering male actors, but I think I would have noticed. 

 

Ohhh, yes I know the old MV and this one too. But I couldn't connect the dots. like I said, my brain is full of female korean beauties/actors/idols.

I see many mentions of Jennie/Blackpink in the thread. 
 

I thought she was cute, fun and exuded wholesomeness until I caught a whiff of HBO’s The Idol she chose to take part in.  That changed my impression of her pretty drastically. Then one distasteful thing led to another and I wrote her off.

 

 

 

I hold the people I like to a fairly (cos no one is perfect) high standard. Kekeke.
 

But seeing all these comments made me wonder again what went wrong - was she not managed well or was it that true colours finally emerged?
 

Whatever it is, being in the limelight isn’t a bed of roses, and the (social) media is a tool that can both help and hurt.  Celebrities have little freedom and privacy - the more popular, the worse it is. So many things can go right and so many can go horribly wrong.

It is the life most of them chose though, and to quote my FA friend, "we are paid so much because we have to work well and brightly smile even if we're wrecks inside". Once she's with other people not her normal staff, wherever she is, she's already under public scrutiny. 

 

I don't believe she doesn't know that what she was doing that time was wrong. An idol and handlers would be very, very aware of what they shouldn’t do.

i thought everyone wanted to window seat but bc it shocked when a lot in my acquaintance circle choose aisle. Yuck 

 

I just was in a flight where the window seat girl started leaving WhatsApp audio recordings 15 min pre flight and 15 min AFTER WE WERE IN THE AIr.

 

plus she immediately removed her shoes and sat in what we call Schneider Sitz.

 

and then when the sun set… she never looked outside until she took a freakin selfie but no flight pics.

Yeah, no blue or black clothing if traveling to tsetse fly areas (in green), as the tsetse fly is attracted to those colors:

You'll encounter tsetse flies in most national parks of Kenya and Tanzania.

 

No tsetse flies in Victoria Falls, Botswanan national parks, Namibia, South Africa. So there you can wear also black and blue. For me, Botswana is the number 1 country for safaris! Can't beat Botswana.

 

EDIT: I want to elaborate why I like Botswana the best despite being the most expensive country to do safaris in. Botswana is doing the most for wildlife conservation in Africa. They have the strictest and most efficient anti-poaching measures in place and no commercial hunting is allowed in the country.

 

Also, they have some of the coolest national parks there and lots of water, which means an abundance of elephants, bird life, hippos and crocs. I saw the Big 5 and everything else in Botswana.

 

Some of the other countries' national parks (*cough* Kruger in South Africa *cough*) is suffering from overtourism. And poaching is a big problem. Botswana is a forward thinker in all aspects of tourism.

When flying solo, its an aisle seat or an exit row for me - I can be talked into a window seat if traveling in the company of others. 

 

In First or Business, I don't really care as long as I have leg room
