Queen of Divorce, starring Lee Ji Ah and Kang Ki Young, dropped a second teaser and a poster.

The teaser previews couples living in nightmares after marriage. Kim Sa Ra (Lee Ji Ah) says, "Marriages can end at any time." 

It is none other than a resolver who appears for those who have reached the brink in their marriages, enduring domestic violence and engaging in physical fights even at wedding venues.

These resolvers settle issues even on wedding days, leaving no exceptions.

Following the cheerful ringtone signaling the start of assignments, a decisive kick knocks down the opponent, and Kim Sa Ra's assertive question, "Do you truly understand your wife?" tantalizes viewers.  

The swiftness of the Solution team in finding various reasons to obtain divorce stamps from uncooperative and troublesome spouses smoothly amplifies the anticipation.

Attorney Dong Ki Joon, who initially appeared agitated, opens drawers and gets deeply involved in the strategy. 

The teamwork among Solution's representative Son Jang Mi (Kim Sun Young), team members Kwon Dae Gi (Lee Tae Goo), and Kang Bom (Seo Hye Won) catches attention.

However, suspicions arise with the peculiar appearance of Noh Yul Seong (Oh Min Suk), the ultimate antagonist who ruined Kim Sa Ra's life. Someone screams for their life while tension simmers between Noh Yul Seong and his mother, Cha Hee Won (Na Young Hee).

Especially chilling is Noh Yul Seong calmly warning, "Betrayal between us means death."

A new teaser has landed for JTBC’s Queen of Divorce, ramping up the action as Lee Jia (Pandora: Beneath the Paradise), Kang Ki-young (The Uncanny Counter 2: Counter Punch), and team put their brains and brawn together for the ultimate divorce solutions.

Opening with a montage of troubled marriages, we hear through the angry voiceover that a marriage can be dissolved at any time and there is someone who can help put an end to it. Enter our heroine Sara Kim (Lee Jia).

 

In the trailer’s appearing text screens, we read the company adverts: “Are you suffering from headaches caused by marital life? We will get you a divorce so effortlessly that even the mice and birds won’t notice.” Thus begins Operation Divorce as Sara and Dong Ki-joon (Kang Ki-young) hunt for evidence to help their clients

Unfortunately, though, the bane of Sara’s existence – ex-husband Oh Min-seok (The Law Cafe) and ex-mother-in-law Na Young-hee (Gold Mask) – are still lurking in nearby shadows, poised to be a foil to our heroine’s journey.

But through the continuing sequence and captions, we know that our Sara is determined to give evil spouses their dues and she’s not alone. Along with Ki-joon, Kim Sun-young (Queenmaker), Lee Tae-gu (Be My Dream Family), and Seo Hye-won (Alchemy of Souls), the team is working together to take out the trash with an explosive bang.

As the teaser comes to a close, Sara explains the importance of that final shot to win in the world of divorce, and the text screen announces that, “The solution to life is about to begin.”

With PD Park Jin-seok (Sell Your Haunted House) at the helm and writing by Jung Hee-sun, JTBC’s Queen of Divorce premieres on January 31 in the Wednesday-Thursday slot.

Actress Lee Ji Ah has shared how she prepared for her role in the upcoming drama “Queen of Divorce”!

“Queen of Divorce” follows the story of Sara Kim (Lee Ji Ah), Korea’s greatest divorce problem solver, and eccentric lawyer Dong Ki Joon (Kang Ki Young) as they fearlessly bring justice to “bad spouses” with their solutions.

On why she chose to star in “Queen of Divorce,” Lee Ji Ah revealed, “I liked the fact that it offers unique solutions to people who have been robbed of their happiness due to the fear of divorce.”

She continued, “I was especially [drawn to] Sara Kim because she is a courageous person who is able to face her pain and fears and rise back up even stronger than before.”

 

In the drama, Sara Kim goes from being the daughter-in-law of the family behind the top law firm in Korea to a divorce problem solver after losing everything overnight.

Explaining how she prepared for the character, who experiences a wide range of emotions, Lee Ji Ah shared, “When playing Sara Kim, I focused on the true personality of Sara before her marriage, as well as the things that happened to her, and I tried to stay true to her emotions.”

She added, “Sara Kim is someone who lived by suppressing her bright and bubbly side to adopt a different persona, so after she became a divorce problem solver, I tried to portray who she used to be and what her original personality was.”

Upcoming drama “Queen of Divorce” has released a brand-new teaser!

“Queen of Divorce” follows the story of Sara Kim (Lee Ji Ah), Korea’s greatest divorce problem solver, and eccentric lawyer Dong Ki Joon (Kang Ki Young) as they fearlessly bring justice to “bad spouses” with their solutions.

Lee Ji Ah will star as Sara Kim, the team leader of the divorce settlement company Solution. Sara Kim was the daughter-in-law of the family behind the top law firm in Korea, but she lost everything overnight after being backstabbed by her husband.

Kang Ki Young will play Sara Kim’s business partner and Solution’s advisory counsel Dong Ki Joon. With his sharp looks and bright manner of speech, Dong Ki Joon displayed extraordinary perseverance and intuition during his time as a prosecutor. He’s great at sniffing out the bad guys, and once he bites, he refuses to let go, landing him the nickname of “Shepherd.”

The newly released teaser starts with Sara boldly stating. “I don’t think of things that are not possible.” Dong Ki Joon is heard expressing doubts about Sara Kim’s uncompromising approach, saying, “How do you get a divorce with sincerity alone?”
