I just find it odd that since CS indeed traveled to the past, MW should have remembered him when she met him in the present time (their first meeting in the train).

I am watching from delayed streaming site, they cut it parts by parts. Watching thr first 10 minutes, so the MaGos are running out of something from the tree. Maybe the sprouts or something that they couldnt retrieve it anymore from the current tree. MaGo asks CS to go back 200 years prior to retrieve it.

MaGo instructed him to go through the door from one side of the tree, and when he wsnt to come back, just go to the other side. Do not eat or drink anything from that time, else, he would not be able to come back.
