No its staff decision, first he didn't know who is his candy, as well as PMY. PMY is like just a guest and Joon Gi is a participant of the show. But in the middle of the show PMY knows who he is because of SNS. Actually TVN prepared a special episode of them but after Joon Gi dating news revealed, they cancelled it.

Aah ok thanks for the clarification. The reason I suddenly got really curious is because during the show, I just have a small hunch PMY kinda had a fangirl crush on him. And to be honest, when I run into stuff like this, I can't help but have thoughts like " this type of guys fit PMY." but then I realized "aah love really do find u at unexpected place and time." LOL and from there I admired PSJ even more. He seems to be everything right to win over PMY.  I don't know what he did or how he did it, but he did it. What a man lol.

About this photo, why people guess these hands are PSJ and PMY?

the guy's hand kinda speculated a lot that it's PSJ's hand cuz that dent on the index finger, it's very much like PSJ. If u guys look at lot of comparison, you'll see that PSJ's hands are like that.

the netizens are wondering now about which couple will be outed tomorrow by dispatch. they predict the couple is somewhat huge/famous.. :sweatingbullets:

hope it will not be park park..

I don't think we need to worry. Rumor is that Dispatch is going after a kpop group. One was speculated to be APINK.

The main stars to be outed by Dispatch tomorrow should be a bigger Hallyu star/KPop idol than Lee Kwang Soo.

I don't think APINK is more popular than Lee Kwang Soo. I think it's an idol from the boy groups. BTS, EXO, WannaOne, SJ, etc.

I think the problem is in knowing how to delete the picture without deleting the entire post we are responding to. When I've tried to delete just the picture, the entire post gets cut.

If you can you explain how to do it right, please, that would be awesome.

I want to laugh when I see PSJ's face. Why he looked nervous :P

I don't think he looks nervous at all. Maybe a little on guard, but not nervous. He's giving careful, thoughtful responses to the fan's question. It shows he's being considerate and respectful.

He always gives deliberate, carefully thought-out replies in interviews. The only times he's goofy and totally relaxed in interviews is when it's with other male co-stars, like with the "Hwarang" gang, and like the ones with Kang Haneul, for "Midnight Runners." But he's always very proper, and his answers are very measured, during interviews with female co-stars.

There is one interview with KJW, where they answer fan questions that come up on a screen, where he's funny, relaxed, and goofy, like he is with his male co-stars/ buddies. It's that interview that convinced me they're *not* a couple because they field the questions and act more like two close friends, rather than a romantic couple.

LOL. With all due respect, I was not comparing per se. I was merely citing a reference to show the reality of their industry. Celebs have a network of people inside which means even if a certain news agency such as Dispatch has this annual and insulting tradition of outing celeb couples, it can make an exception if the above situation or something similar holds true. This is a forum for speculations, assumptions, viewpoints and/or delusions, so naturally, most people, such as myself, would comment accordingly. In fact, that tidbit of info that you shared about them possibly doing an exclusive is EXACTLY what I had in mind because of what I hear from people within. This only shows that the entertainment industry is intrinsically the same no matter where you are in the world. Also, I still beg to disagree on Sports DongA “turning everything into a mess”. It may have inconvenienced them a little as expected but I don’t think it came as a total surprise for them. I’ve seen this play out far worse in other situations so I think they’re fine. Cheers! ;)

I have to agree here. I don't think SportsDongA turned "everything into a mess." If PPC really have been dating before the drama, then that article was probably something they might have factored in. Still very annoying, but not entirely unexpected. If they were just starting to date, both are mature adults, and neither one seems to be the kind to be deterred by a gossip article, especially if the relationship has a future-changing potential. PSJ has said in a number of interviews that if he likes a woman he "just goes for it" and he doesn't pay attention to what others think, only what she thinks.

As far as the SSC comparisons, that's to be expected, and I don't agree that there's anything wrong with that, if it's done logically, instead of emotionally. However, neither couple lives their private lives to satisfy fans' happiness nor to cause fans' sadness. They don't owe fans ANY glimpse into their private lives. So while, yes, SSC did do joint publicity events, that was their choice, and PPC made different choices. Fans might wish for more joint appearances, but to avoid all comparisons because "fans might feel sad" is not logical.  Instead, we should also not forget that SSC took a break from new projects, except for a few commercials, whereas in PPC's case, both immediately plunged into many already scheduled, new projects -- movies, commercials in various countries, fan meets for PMY, spokespeople contracts, commentaries for the Director's cut for WWWSK, etc., and didn't even have time to attend award ceremonies except for one or two.

So it's silly for fans to feel sad if PPC don't do joint events like SSC did.  Nothing wrong with comparing and wishing,  but true fans should look logically at the full picture and be unselfish and happy for the many opportunities both PSJ and PMY are getting and accepting.

I have to disagree with the point that SSC was more established in their careers than PPC, specifically in SJK's case. He had just come back from the military, and wasn't even the first choice for the role in DOTS. Jo In-Sung was the writer's and director's first choice. But JIS turned down the part and suggested that his friend, much lesser-known and lesser-established SJK, who was gone for two years for military service, would be perfect for the role personality-wise and because SJK was still in army-mode both mentally and physically. They trusted JIS's recommendation and contacted SJK. But SJK was not securely established as far as the loyalty of emotional female fans. I think we all remember the nasty posts to SHK.... On the other hand, PSJ is very well established with both male and female fans. He also has a strong female fan base that actually wants to see him happily in love. The conflict among PSJ's female fans is with whom they'd like him to be happy. Lol. He's also a man with a plan for his career and his life, so he's chosen to take all the opportunities he's being offered. Especially since a number of actors his age are coming out of the military and will be competition. Smart man!!  If his relationship with PMY is solid, then he doesn't need to worry about work-related time away, or not having time for joint fan meets or joint awards ceremonies attendances.

Obviously, PMY isn't as established as SHK, but few actresses are! SHK is a legend already,  and can have any part she wishes. But, at least the way I see it, while SHK could take the time to do joint events with SJK, PMY has to take advantage of all the increased number of opportunities she's getting. It's the smart choice to make. Like PSJ, if they're in a solid relationship, she doesn't need to worry about being briefly away for work- related trips or jointly-attended award shows.

This group is all about theories, guesses, "detective work", and humorously delusional speculations, with the occasional factual hints here and there. That's why it's fun!  So there's really nothing wrong with references to SSC or other previous ships, in speculating about similarities or differences, as both are in the same business. I think telling people what they can or can't write takes away the fun and the sense of community.  We've been the fun, no-drama shipping forum, and I would hate for us to lose that.

We just have to remember that we are, ultimately,  speculating (sometimes wildly) about the private lives of actual people, not drama characters. :) Happy shipping!

So the first couple to be outed turns out to be Lee Kwon-Soo (who played PSJ's "brother" and best friend in "Hwarang",  lol) and Lee Sun Bin. But they weren't outed by Dispatch, so the mystery continues.....

Totally agree with everything that you said dear friend, especially establishing career of ppc in comparing to ssc

PPC is very different from SSC. I want PPC to have their own identity. If you do not know it yet, non shippers of PPC even called them trying hard copycats. Which is unfair for our PPC and definitely not true.

Park Park is very different from Song Song. How they handle rumors and everything so for their own sake, I think its better if they have their own identity as a "couple"

this is why too much comparison made by others are not good for PPC.

They have their own identity but the fact that they are different people. The comparisons don't affect PPC in any way whatsoever.

What other shippers call them doesn't matter whatsoever. To call them "copycats" just shows the immaturity of the shippers who do so. So they don't concern me.  I'm also 100% sure that PPC don't care about such ridiculous comments.

Now if people are comparing PPC with any of PMY's or PSJ's previous relationships, that would be wrong and rather nasty. But making references to SSC is harmless and doesn't dilute their individual identities, since we're talking about real people, not drama couples written by writers.
