Yup,  Shuai Ge is abang ganteng/oppa/handsome older bro. Pretty boys we called them Hua Mei Nan (花美男)

The term Shuai Ge is uses for a mature handsome gentleman (Shuai=handsome Ge=oppa/older bro). Example:

 

While Hua Mei Nan is uses to describes pretty boys...(Hua=flower, Mei=beauty/pretty, Nan=male). Example:
