I can do 2 eps a day. But Taiwanese dramas tend to have lengthier eps...if an ep exceeds more than an hour, then I think we should do only one ep a day.

It is not available in my country on Viki. I found it in other place, I won`t name.

 

It is not a thriller. It is a comedy, life, school, supranatural. I can`t say i understand much reading the synossis but I will watch.

@partyon and Co. Please tell me where to watch the show. It's not available in netflix or viki. I'm not even able to find it in any illegal site. Youtube has a show with the same name but its not the one. Sighhh. I thought this show was FAMOUS!!! I can't believe how hard it is to find a popular show even now. Or is it my poor searching capabilities. I don't know. Please DM me the link if you guys have already found where to watch the show.

I watched the first episode. I started last night and finished watching today.  I am curious if @partyon will manage to watch without FF button. I know how she is fond of slow dramas. 

 

My thoughts.

My problem is not with the slow pace but reading about the synopsis I have a problem connecting with the plot.

I have questions.

 

First I thought that the boyfriend was dead. Then I thought that he is alive but they broke up and the heroine misses him very much. Then I realised that Quan Sheng is presumed dead. It was ovious that he is not dead. Only in movies or dramas a man who has a plain accident can dissapear and is presumed dead and nobody knows where he is (if he is dead or alive)  but he will appear later. Jeez.  If indeed this is the case, I don`t know how a person could do that to his family.

 

Yu Xuan and Quan Sheng had a happy 13 years together. I understand that she wants to find her boyfriend but I don`t understand what is the point of living someone else's life in the past. But I guess, we`ll find out what the writer had in mind with this story.

 

And we saw a similar scene when Yu Xuan was listening to that song and Quan Sheng entered and asked her name and she said other name, the name Chen Yun Ru. Yu Xuan will wake up in her body in 1998.

Why there are two persons with different names but with the same faces, and similar circumstances? It is a paralel universe? Yu Xuan and Quan Sheng are Yun Ru and Zi Wei now? And Yu Xuan will be in Yun Run`s body. OK.....

 

 

 Will there be a connection between this time and the other parallel universe? I am curious how they will connect the stories of the present and past, in different universes. So the heroine`s mission will be to change the desteny of Yun Ru and Zi Wei? Let see the second episode.

I had the exact same thought yesterday but didn’t want to burst her bubble.  Plus I’d only watched a bit of the first episode so couldn’t exactly remember if it was slow. But now you’ve confirmed it, and I’m very curious how far @partyon will get before she starts complaining.

Finished watching the first ep of someday or one day. I agree about the slow pace but they've set things up nicely to make the viewers intrigued. @larus

I don't think Quan Sheng is presumed dead, he IS dead. He must be dead and this whole process of encountering people that look like them in the past or in the parallel universe is a way to help Yu xuan get through the grieving period?!? This is my theory anyways. Otherwise if he has survived that plane crash, why did he not contact her or his family?!? Maybe he has amnesia?!? But we did get a scene of a guy stalking Yu xuan's social media account. If he is really alive, I hope the show better gives a valid reason for why he hasn't contacted anyone. Because right now I sympathize with Yu xuan sooo much. The poor girl needs closure.

Exactly my sentiment. If he is alive, it is a major let down. Because he had parents not only a lover.

But maybe he is death and the heroine is seeing him as an imagination. But she saw him (aparently) having a paper bag and later she received the same bag with the cake. We can`t trust the imagination of a grieving person though. BTW, the man was much older than I expecting. They are in late 20s and that man did not look like a young man. Sure, he had problems walking (probably from the accident) but he looked so different from two years ago.

 

The man who was watching Yu Xuan`s media platform has a wedding ring on his finger. Who is that? At first I thought it is Quan Sheng but now I think it could be someone related with the  time travel story.

 

The time travel, body swaps or what it is... will come later and I still don`t know why they chose this plot device. But if all of this it will be for Yu Xuan to heal emotionally, to accept the loss of her boyfriend, I am all for it.

 

Yu Xuan and Quan Sheng knew each other for a long time. It is possible that she did not know him completely after all?

 

I did not watch closely the past scenes, when our protagonists met for the first time. I think I had to watch again those scenes but maybe someone will explain what were those scene? Is a paralel universe? I am a little confused.
