Omg I haven’t seen the latest episode yet but took awhile to catch up on the goodies ! The forum never disappoints me!
- Kiss yes (1 was axed due to animal noise)
- upset ST over lies & recounting the icy frozen lake (much differently) oh my heart seeing KT cry and why in front of whole hospital the poor guy cannot get a break
- CEO taking bath and I cannot wait to see him and JR (I want them together and shipped them when I saw him love her at first sight)
- KT and MY (her modern gisaeng get up complete with big hat oh my god sexy !!!)
A lot of feels and emotions I am expecting but these tidbits highlights to look forward to when I see the episode

I haven’t watched while episode as fully subbed comes out in a few hours.
- JS is a sweet guy due to DH concern he calls JW. He admits she is cute not beautiful to him (JW). But I love how to JS she is beautiful to me ! Awwww and getting expressions and caring nature to others (omg he is smitten). When asking JW, he admires and liked she worked hard and was passionate about her studies. Proud JS appreciated JW complimenting his GF, as they got drunk JW was like what you got on me? I am younger maybe smarter ? Hehe JS IQ is higher than JW. Lol!
-GJ taking his time looking good to get ready even JS was like you are looking better than usual is there some event I am not aware of? Even DH noticed NH choosing dresses then putting on perfume (hehe then helping herself to Unni’s perfume.) Then by the elevators the Yoon brothers are like—- what is they shiny brightness lol at NH (for looking so good). Dating GJ and NH too cute!
- At the rooftop they sat and GY thoughtfully got snack which NH was like when did you get it. Liking this deleting reminding them of old memories and skipping out (but GJ but one thing- the pouty kiss face that NH rejected was adorbs!
- Sad CY ‘dad’ passed away plus being harassed by leech dongseng loan sharks is too much.

Looking forward to today’s episode (just woke up) to catch up on reading this forum as it’s so fast if I don’t. Lol I tend to choose slowly moving ones except this one.
I know the ST MY issue for KT is huge as he cares for both. I don’t know much about Autism myself but ST needs time to adjust with the evolving KT and MY relationship. He has always known KT as a stable person in his life. Habits and stability are calming an important to him. So when MY cut her hair it was shocking as such sudden change in her appearance. She still had longish hair and looks gorgeous but he is hung up on the drastic change. He is possessive of KT and definitely not used to sharing.
Look at Mangtae, he put in drawer and forgot about it. KT gave to MY without consulting him. Since it was always his, he was upset that HIS nightmare eater Mangtae was with MY. It doesn’t matter he likes her & she ya us landlord, boss and friend. He was concerned it was his property. He fought tooth and nail with MY (who got a bloody nose) from their fight. Only until KT apologized and explained it didn’t handle butterflies and you had no use for it , I wanted to share it with MY who needed it.
So ST needs time to adjust and thanks to the cute drawing he will!

Sigh our fave OTP thanks for the goodies and posts. SSH is too cute and carefree with SJH. Love it! Not boring to watch them again and again especially the BTS of the first kiss way better than what was broadcasted . The fact SSH names the first kiss memorable hubba hubba!
His teasing SJH in the sofa scene & Asking & making the Director to show him how to lower her into the sofa “prettily” as SSH was too low and not using as pretty method for the camera.
Sigh the bandage scene and getting up close and personal not only with the handsome SSH and his chiseled abs- hubba hubba hubba lucky gal was cute.They were very comfy with each other.
Thanks to this forum I have emptiness from the drama end but the couple lives on here in this forum and thus delu delu fan. SSH has dated costars so maybe could be third time is the charm?

@akhenaten I always love the song that SSH recommended. I remember the remake by Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls brought my attention to this lovely ballad. So telling and interesting that he chose that song INDEED. What message is he trying to send to SJH? LOL. Delu Delu mind.
The radio interview was interesting how the host was saying you give the vibes of the eldest not the baby/maknae youngest in the family. So SJH is eldest and SSH is the baby in his family . Interesting.
I liked how they both like rice cakes (spicy) as their food to eat. SSH thinks SJH likes more blander food and he is like I like stronger flavors food.
But their interactions in the BTS are great and he SMILES and LAUGHS so much with her. So much teasing and skinship, I def feel they have a good friendship if not something more later. As we know celebrity news---they start as sunbae /dongseng that led the way to dating. We know that SSH had good relations with other co-stars. Most recent I can recall is Krystal of F(x) in another project. So even if they do not get together, we know they have a close bond. I mean for SJH he is her first ON SCREEN serious good sexy/kiss. Lucky SJH!

I need the weekend more than ever lately. Not because of work but because the weekend is when new episodes of my current favourite show are released on Netflix. Right now, eight out of sixteen episodes are available, with new episodes, one on Saturday and another on Sunday, posted immediately after they air in South Korea. It’s all I can think about through the week, and it gets worse on Fridays because I tell myself, don’t watch on Saturday, wait for Sunday and you can watch both episodes, back to back, and have two plus hours with these people to sustain you for the next five days. Then, inevitably, I cave on Saturdays because I have no self-control. I am not okay for It’s Okay To Not Be Okay. And what makes it worse is that I have no one to talk about it with!
Which is why I’m bringing it to you in this space, so that someone out there will be as hooked as I am and we can start a support group or something. It’s Okay To Not Be Okay is part fairytale, part rom-com, part mystery, and a fashion show. Like every time lead actor Seo Ye-ji shows up, the set becomes a runway. But not frivolously as the wardrobe is critical to understanding the character and advancing the story.
Mostly though, nothing works if not for the chemistry between the two leads – I’m a mess every time they’re in a scene together, and even the cameras can’t seem to help themselves, as if operating on automatic and refusing to cut away when the two are making eye contact. That must be why they’re always lingering on them looking at each other. Ordinarily I’m impatient with that sh-t but with this show, just watching them watching each other is enough – look at these two! I’ve now become that person who wants them to be in love in real life!
Shipping aside though, here’s another example of the point I’ve been trying to make about content and distribution during the pandemic: It’s Okay To Not Be Okay only went into production in the first quarter of this year. They might actually still be filming some scenes for the final episodes. Which means they’ve been able to shoot and begin post-production and roll out the marketing (trailers, promotional photos etc) and GO TO AIR in just six months. North American projects (with a couple of exceptions), meanwhile, have been on pause with no word on when anything resembling a normal production process will resume. At some point, if this goes on, they’re going to run out of the content that had already wrapped prior to lockdown. Netflix, however, may have less to worry about because they’ve already established a robust content acquisition pipeline from so many regions around the world like East Asia where, as I’ve just established, they’re not only producing new material, they seem to be doing it more efficiently.
This reminds me of what Bong Joon-ho said at the Golden Globes back in January where he kicked off Parasite’s award season sweep:
The longer this goes on, resistance to subtitles may no longer be an option. Might as well get over it now, right? Please, for me, watch It’s Okay To Not Be Okay. I am desperate and lonely in this obsession.

Previously, Ji Won (Chani) competed openly with Song Da Hee’s (Lee Cho Hee’s) boyfriend Yoon Jae Suk (Lee Sang Yi) by keeping him in check and sending him adorable threats. Furthermore, after noticing that Yoon Jae Suk and Song Na Hee had fought, Ji Won confessed to Song Na Hee, “I like you, Noona, really.”
The newly released stills reveal an unexpected meeting between Yoon Jae Suk and Ji Won, who look at each other affectionately. Unlike their previous competitive aura, the two share a friendly atmosphere, drawing curiosity over what could have occurred to cause such a drastic change in their relationship.
Another image also reveals Song Da Hee following them and spying from afar. Hiding behind a pole, she looks flustered and surprised by Yoon Jae Suk and Ji Won happily sharing a conversation.

It’s Okay To Not Be Okay has been accused of plagiarism. Viewers of the show pointed out that a dialogue delivered by Seo Ye Ji in the premiere episode is similar to late Jonghyun’s letter.As fans prepare to watch the fifth episode of It’s Okay To Not Be Okay, the makers have found themselves mired with a second controversy. Earlier this week, we reported that the show made the news for its bold content. Korea Communications Standards Commission (KCSC) has received over 50 complaints up until Monday. Now, It’s Okay To Not Be Okay has been accused of plagiarising a letter penned by late Jonghyun to his beloved fans at a solo concert.
As reported by Korean publication Insight, viewers of the show pointed out that the makers seem to have plagiarised the late singer's note in the first episode, aired on June 20, of It’s Okay To Not Be Okay. After a weekend of intense performances, It's Okay To Not Be Okay went a tad easy on us with its seventh and eighth episodes aired over the weekend. The Kim Soo Hyun and Seo Ye Ji starrer continued to shed light on the mental health ailments while fans watched the lead characters' love story slowly unfold. The episodes gave us several moments to cherish. This includes Kim Soo Hyun's Moon Gang Tae get jealous, Seo Ye Ji's Ko Mun Yeong and Oh Jung Se's Moon Sang Tae fight like siblings, and Gang Tae packing in a punch moments.
These numerous moments managed to keep the audiences gripped to the series and resulted in a steady rating. Via Soompi, Nielsen Korea revealed scored an average nationwide rating of 5.6 percent. This is the third consecutive episode with the rating. On Saturday, the tvN series recorded 5.6 percent and a peak of 5.8 percent whereas last Sunday, it recorded 5.6 percent and a peak of 5.9 percent.
While It's Okay To Not Be Okay continues at a steady pace, Once Again recorded a new high! The KBS 2TV drama broke its personal best viewership on Sunday with a rating of 30.3 percent and 33.3 percent. The series has already registered the spot of the highest watched drama on Saturdays. On July 11, Saturday, it recorded a rating of nationwide ratings of 24.6 percent and 29.6 percent.

@chickfactor Yes, I have been wanting the siblings story to be resolved as I want to see CY happy with YD family (not one episode) for sure. She has such a big heart and glad the market people and YD and family like her (after much misunderstandings) and she is now a respected person there.
Though I disliked Leech, she did finally waken up CY that her kimbap was horrible tasting. The staff tried to tell her but were TOO kind and nice. They did not push hard enough about taste when CY refuted no it tastes YUMMY. So when Leech told her and miserable foot traffic, even pretty Unni/Nunas staff cannot keep a steady flow for so long of clients if the food is horrible.
@emerald ox LOL yes Sticky Notes helped but behind them, you need the person writing in to have a simple caring message. The fact despite all the crazy situation, GJ worried about her finger/hand showed her , he was so attuned to her well being. She went out of the way to get specific congee/juk place for him (def thoughtful (granted still ticked he did not get to eat it thanks to BY) but glad he got the sticky note from her. I am glad she realized if she did not GJ was going to leave and since she cannot have him. At least she admitted the error of her ways to let him know.

From what we can get she did live a highly sheltered life. But who took care of her if dad needed help , mom supposedly died. We don’t hear of any other family members. We know that CEO took care of her the last 10 years. Funny though CEO named all his supposed roles even ‘man’ was interesting beyond boss, caretaker , parent etc.
@Thinker I agree MY gaze does appear different with KT than others. Now KT is showing more his emotions honestly in regards to matters and MY too! It is refreshing.

Cute Epilogue : sneaky GJ pretending he’s didn’t know they were together and then snuggling with NH. He missed cuddling NH. Still recall he thought their bed was too big without her after she moved out.
Again proud of his speech to NH about the importance of words with his feelings for NH to misunderstand him. I agree with NH trepidation to go slowly and not want to repeat the past.
YD finding out his sis was NOT dead! Thank god!
We waited 8 weeks for OTP reunite now 9 fir reunion of YD and CY.(?)
Love how DH told JW she loves JS and due to him she loves herself more. He def loves her more. The kiss at the stairs was the right place, glad JS held her hand securely to prevent her running away after the first peck . To have NH & GJ pass by (he is such a busy body & nosy lol)
The stages of depression when GH was waiting for her first order. Lol.
JS learning how to hope about hearing SJ possibly speaking in the future . I hope before the drama ends we hear dad/mom /Unni from SJ!
Loved how JS could care less about GJ sleeping away from home. I had meant to type about it earlier but forgot. Funny NH fibbed about morning meeting.
JR sunbae tried and wish him happiness . Glad he didn’t want GJ empty words and he is right- don’t let NH go!

Yes I loved KT and MY interactions this episode. I agree she def was making him jealous with Daniel Choi! Very smooth how she did move the barely hovering hand over her side to grab it for a firm touch of her waist ! Lol! Finally KT showing he is liking MY and being jealous.
As he hasn’t dated much (?) and been closed off to others and women due to ST, these feelings are more new. When the patient loving AR talked how he felt about AR , KT was comparing it to his with MY. From the wanting to see the person like crazy, wanting to be around them etc, yup our guy KT still likes MY. But I love how both are shedding layers and getting closer .
This suspension for KT, now they will play. The common trope of the OTP at the beach, is in this drama too. (Not going to lie the ocean is intoxicating & love the scent of the sea air too). So if the first peck/kiss is there cool or at least continuing intimacy and closeness.
But we know ST will not be happy next week so calm before the storm.
Not sure I liked the lime green nail color with the cute baby blue suit with uber short skirt. Wow! I didn’t care for the strong white polish but I am not a stylist. I prefer lighter shades myself but I don’t wear polish, too lazy.

@stroppyse I got the pen and fan reference as I remember learning it in Korean thinking they sound similar lol.
I won’t be adding much to the table other than my appreciation and moments enjoyed.
-KT upset with CEO using how MK has to be a certain way for fan service but sharing comments about him ‘smiling like the joker’ or smiles with only ‘corners of mouth lifting up’
-KT and MY skinship scenes, the haircut scene just as sexy to me as the ‘Ghost’ Pottery scene . So sensual but cute she didn’t want a mushroom cap but later loved the cut to only allow him to cut it in the future. Love their smiles and caring expressions to each other.

-MY changing her mind in matters /places after hearing more about the choices ie the jjampong place and from last episode Mangtae. (At least she realizes she is learning more about him.

KT and MY bickering cute and her loving he was jealous. Lol Daniel Choi let her know that he was jealous and upset when she referred him as someone I know . I agree they are not officially dating . So why would she say they are. Lol.
CEO losing his mustache gross and funny. JR mom wanting her to move on . She likes KT but is sorry but JR is her priority . Glad JR was like keep liking him but Mom not a fan of her doing to the point at a cliff’s edge.
As can be seen KT is ST and MY battle starting .ST agreeing to let go of Mangtae but no to KT even he was ok reluctantly to ST. Already change of May hair was too much and later seeing Bro and MY arm in arm to being upset Mangtae giving to MY without his knowledge. Finding that balance so ST knows GT even with MY is NOTa loss from him.
Just a great episode overall and still thinking about it.

@PreciousByTheBay @Ayame Yes correct she has pretty big eyes and she is a good actor. so when he said biggest, the host was like but what about Kim Tae Hee. He stuck to his guns no SJH has bigger eyes. Plus I said before she is married to Rain.
