This made me post again. I apologize but this doesn't sit well with me also. FAVE has been doing well, LOEN has been expanding all these years, I don't think they would be resorting into something like this. No chance at all. IU is enough for her brilliance. Being her longtime fan, I noticed that she's not the type to ride on other people's popularity and take advantage of it, much more their misery.
I'm still trying to sort out what I feel about the recent turn of events that's why I refrained from posting.
Chatsire album did well despite Dispatch outing IU's relationship at the time. The criticism was more on the misinterpretation of her song Zeze, leading to some people cancelling their tickets for her domestic concerts at the time. But she has been able to bounce back and stronger if i may add. She's slaying once again.
Much as I disliked LJG's name being dragged into JE's breakup that led to the media paying attention to it, I also dislike seeing JE's name being dragged by haters and hardcore shippers in JHB's and LJG's instagram accounts. There are very offensive posts by some people who claim to be shippers of JoonU/PMY with JG, those are too immature to be honest.
I'm sorry for the long post. I just felt that pinch of pain when such point has been made, we've been suffering enough recently.
Let's hope for the best and get through all this.

I just got reminded that a day or days after JHB came back from her 27-day trip she uploaded a series of food photos (with a caption that her friends welcomed her something like that) but when I checked it again days after that, she had deleted them (Yeah, I stalk like that at times). In the photos released by Dispatch, there was said to be a welcome party for her and LJG was there with some acquaintances as shown in photos (I just rely on Google translate, it might be inaccurate.)
It's a day to drink soju, while sulking in silence. Namoo, please release your official statement already!

Conflicted. Hurt to be honest. Anyhow, I am just a fan. That's all I am. He's a real professional then, I can't even organize my thoughts. My shipper heart is in shambles. Need time to get over this, if it is true (which apparently is based on the photos).

There are too many references for us shippers, I tend to overthink, even when she had finished putting that stamp on the envelope and she patted her chest. I remembered HS weak heart in the drama but in the MV she felt relieved to have written that letter. I need a chill pill. Haha

Let's stick with the mellow, gentle, and sweet impression chingu. Haha
Songs can deliver different interpretations, others might have seen it that way, and indeed we can just ignore it if we feel like it. I also felt a lump in my throat with the first theory.
I just marveled over JE's song and worked hard on the YT views over the last 24 hours. Anyhow, the moment I saw the star in the beginning of the video, my heart screamed P-E-G-A-S-U-S! I guess my heart is very Moon Lovers specific! Haha...
As the song went on and she sang "it's that I love you" in the first verse, I cringed and remembered somebody out of MLSHR zone. That's how strong she has affected me that I was led to think about my own memories while listening to such a masterpiece.
I hope we get answers or concrete hints for this song's inspiration straight from her in the future.

I suddenly have flashbacks of the SAF when he (seemingly out of habit-my heart says so) tried to hold JE's hand. Well, that was a major upgrade from the streets.

Much appreciation for all the encouraging words from all of you guys. I can't deny that I was happy when the breakup news came out but felt a certain guilt for our JE as to what she's feeling these days. I sent her my message of support through her IG as her well-being is still of much importance than my happiness for the breakup. Some relationships work, some don't. That's a reality. Being public figures put more strain as too much attention is given to them.
I was worried about the people who started being pushy on their IG accounts for them to date. Then Namoo made an official statement. I even read a comment on LJG's IG that breakup announcements are for promotions (insinuating that this might all be a promotion). I so wanted to comment back and answer that person but I wanted to be the better shipper. And some of those who were pushy suspiciously have poser accounts, maybe haters, maybe hardcore shippers, I don't know but it weighed me down as I worried for our OTP. There was even one who commented for LJG to stay away from IU.
If only all fans and shippers are as mature as the shippers here who keep analyses, chants, and delulu statements within the boundaries of this thread, then rumors wouldn't have started.
Friends or more than that, I consider our OTP a good influence to each other. I'd like them to be in each other's lives. Although my heart will hope for being more but it's not for me to decide. I remember how close Lee Hyun Woo and IU were but because of the dating rumor back in 2013 as pictures of them were taken in an alleged movie date, they had to take a step back. They did reunite for a photoshoot in 2015 but they said in the same interview, they haven't seen each other since those pictures came out.I also recall Lee Hyun Woo stating that he was bashed by JE's male fans. With fear that our OTP's relationship will be like that, I felt gloomy.
I have more pages to catch up with but I want to say thanks to all of you. Let's stay supportive and be happy in this bubble.

Hello, stargazers.. I've been away from the thread due to my vacations including his Taiwan FM and semester is starting again. I'd like to assure you that his daddy came along with him to Taiwan!! I wanna scream.. I can't contain my excitement. He invited his dad only once to one of his fm after military discharge before.
Hmm, I doubt Jieun's statement of requesting him to take part as a special guest abruptly in hours. Both wore similar printed outfits.. They might have discussed together, and prepared to support each other. And no way Joongi's dad would come see his son's FM in overseas without his request. There might really have his reason to take his dad to Taiwan. What the reason could be..? Like he wanna introduce his ideal girl to his beloved dad off-screen..? It's kinda cute to imagine ^^
The interactions of JG and JE in all 3 events were really cute and there's no pretending in their closeness like for the sake fan service. I'm so glad how they use apportunities and revealed us their geniune in-love stares on each other during Taiwan events. TBH in my opinion, I think they are still close friends but that doesn't mean they have friendzoned. To me, just look like he is trying to make her being comfort around him first to take steps, kkk.
PS. I hope he follows the route of his Two Weeks co-stars, his former leading lady Park Hasun and the 2nd male lead in the drama Ryu Soo Young. The drama also had an open ending but they've closed it off in real-life, heard their wedding is on 22nd this month. How dreamy for our Joongi amd Jieun too if they will be ended up showing their transcendent SoHae love through times

Yes, even one of our chinggus here (a Uaena I respect) edited her hashtags and removed LJG's name. Mature fans don't instigate. I hope there are more mature fans so no one gets offended especially the couple in question. I'm hurt but wishing for other people's pain is not justifiable either.
