Jung Il Woo, Yuri, And More Attempt To Fit In With Students With Their Detailed Disguises In “Good Job”

ENA’s “Good Job” shared new stills of the upcoming episode!

 

“Good Job” is a mystery drama that follows the romance between chaebol Eun Sun Woo (Jung Il Woo), who leads a second life as a detective, and Don Se Ra (Girls’ Generation’s Yuri), a woman with super vision.

Previously, Oh Ah Ra (Shin Go Eun), who possessed the keepsake “Queen’s Tear” from Eun Sun Woo’s mother, warned Eun Sun Woo to look out for Kang Tae Joon (Yoon Sun Woo), the general manager of Eunkang Group who is also the son of Kang Wan Soo (Jo Young Jin), the company’s vice president. It was previously revealed that Kang Tae Joon and Eun Sun Woo are at odds as they get into big fights every time they meet.

 

Due to their antagonistic relationship, Eun Sun Woo is unable to investigate Kang Tae Joon himself, so he gives his first mission to Don Se Ra who works as an assistant at his detective agency. The mission is to become Kang Tae Joon’s secretary and monitor his every move. Although Don Se Ra had met Kang Tae Joon at a club before, Eun Sun Woo was sure that he would not remember her.

 

The stills preview Don Se Ra working hard as Kang Tae Joon’s secretary. However, the mood suddenly changes as Eun Sun Woo walks in and faces Kang Tae Joon. Don Se Ra just stares at the two while standing in between them, not knowing what to do.

More stills reveal Eun Sun Woo, Don Se Ra, Yang Jin Mo (Eum Moon Suk), and Sa Na Hee (Song Sang Eun) on an undercover investigation while wearing school uniforms. They are trying to catch the gang who kidnapped Han Soo Ah (Min Chae Eun). To catch those who sell drugs to teenage students, the four decide to disguise themselves as students and visit a popular place where many teenagers hang out. Eun Sun Woo, Don Se Ra, Yang Jin Mo, and Sa Na Hee hilariously pretend to look like delinquent students, putting in a lot of effort to avoid the suspicion of other teenagers in the area.

my understanding is that in like other dramas, they are somehow related but the company belongs to chairman eun. however, since he lost his parents young, manager kang (I hope I am getthing right character) acted as the chairman/ceo. then, when il-woo's character was old enough, he took over the reins. thats why manager kang's son resents him because he thinks he should be successor.

I had watched the first episode, it was sort of hmmmm. 
 

There was a very old British character 'The Saint',  a privileged guy who moonlighted as a detective. The 'Good job' has a chaebok character which reminded me of The Saint. There were many things that the Saint could get away with, being rich, which other 'tecs could not.

“Good Job” is a mystery romance drama starring Jung Il Woo as Eun Sun Woo, a chaebol heir who leads a double life as a detective, and Yuri as Don Se Ra, a woman with superhuman vision.

Previously, Eun Sun Woo was kidnapped and in danger of being killed due to Kang Wan Soo (Jo Young Jin) and Kang Tae Joon (Yoon Sun Woo), but Eun Sun Woo managed to hide while pretending to be dead in order to uncover their true ambitions. He hid at the vacation house in the countryside that is filled with memories of his mother (Kim Jung Hwa).

 

Don Se Ra also set out on her own to find Eun Sun Woo, and when she came across the gang that tried to kill him, Eun Sun Woo appeared to rescue her. In the end, the two hid in the vacation house together, and they learned they were connected more deeply than they realized as Eun Sun Woo’s mother was the “angel-like lady” from Don Se Ra’s childhood memories.

 

The stills depict the two spending time alone together, separated from the rest of the world. Eun Sun Woo and Don Se Ra get to know each other better than before, and the stills capture the process of them gradually growing closer.

 

 

The photos also depict them cleaning the house together. As they clean the dust that has built up over the years from no one visiting the house, the two still have an enjoyable time because they are working together. Another photo captures Don Se Ra treating Eun Sun Woo’s wound, conveying how they have become more trusting of each other. Finding an old photo, Eun Sun Woo learns of Don Se Ra’s connection to his mother and gazes affectionately at her.

On the flip side, the couple also shows hilarious and adorable moments while at the market together. They eat delicious food, wear matching clothes, and enjoy their date at the market. They also ride a bicycle to the lake to have a picnic and share a heart-fluttering moment together like any other couple. ENA’s “Good Job” is a mystery romance drama starring Jung Il Woo as Eun Sun Woo, a chaebol heir who leads a double life as a detective, and Girls’ Generation’s Yuri as Don Se Ra, a woman with superhuman vision.

 

Last week’s episode ended dramatically with Eun Sun Woo, who had faked his death, appearing in front of Eunkang Group’s Board of Directors before getting the CEO position taken from him by vice-chairman Kang Wan Soo (Jo Young Jin). With the bold entrance of Eun Sun Woo, Don Se Ra, and Chief Hong (Lee Joon Hyuk), the board members were left shocked and confused, as if they had seen a ghost.

 

While pretending to be dead, Eun Sun Woo was able to take time and figure out exactly who his enemies are as well as their intentions, making viewers excited to see what kind of revenge he will take against the board members.

 

The new stills shows Eun Sun Woo confidently taking over the empty seat reserved for the chairman. Now that he’s where he belongs, Eun Sun Woo takes a long, piercing look at all the board members around the room. Additionally, Don Se Ra is able to boldly stand with Eun Sun Woo as Kang Tae Joon (Yoon Sun Woo) has now discovered that she’s on his side.
