HJ woke up on her bed, her mom on her side then told her the operation is done and successful (?).  MOm told her to eat her breakfast.  While she's eating her food mom gave her the ring box and told her about JC meeting her. JC saw opened his eyes and saw that it was HJ walking towards him, got scared at who he is hugging.

HJ came to them and JC got away from hugging MHM, scared.

HJ asked if it's MHM's scarf and gave it to her doing some femme fatale moves

Oh no... lady prosc's son has chronic heart disease and has to have treatment everyday.

HongJoo admits that she remembers. How can she not? But she hated the past where she killed him, she hesitated. She was so grief-sticken, she thought it didn't matter whether the ajusshi and JaeChan died or not because she lost someone she loved too much, the place he left was too huge... for her, back then, JaeChan was a hurt and scar.

 

And so now JaeChan knows how SooKyung's father felt and he closes his book, just telling him how beautiful, how nice, how loved his daughter was by the people around her.
