ForgottenSoulx
18 minutes ago, Rania Zeid said: Baseball Season Affecting Drama Times, Cancellations, And Viewership Ratings Fall in Korea means new dramas and the start of the professional baseball season. Baseball is one of the most popular Korean professional sports to watch. The sport has many fans who guarantee high viewership ratings, so all other programs scheduled to air around the same time as a baseball game have started becoming affected by the games. MBC, SBS, and KBS have been taking turns broadcasting games and cancelling shows. Usually, baseball games start at 6:30 p.m. and last for about three hours. This means any programs that start at the 10 p.m. timeslot will be affected, which is the usual timeslot for many dramas. Dramas have already felt the aftereffects of being pushed out of their timeslot. SBS’s “Degree of Love” was cancelled last Tuesday which angered lots of viewers because the cancellation was announced 30 minutes after the regular air time. Previously, “Degree of Love” was the No. 1 drama in its timeslot at the time. However, after the cancellation of the episode due to baseball and the continuing success of KBS2’s “Witch’s Court,” its viewership ratings dropped and the drama fell into second place. MBC’s “Hospital Ship” was also delayed for 30 minutes on October 18 during the second round of playoffs. After the game, the nightly news aired, followed by “Hospital Ship.” The viewership ratings of SBS’s “While You Were Sleeping,” KBS2’s “Mad Dog,” and MBC’s “Hospital Ship” have all declined since cancellations started on October 18 and haven’t recuperated since. The Korean baseball playoffs will come to an end on November 2. Source (1) https://www.soompi.com/2017/10/25/baseball-season-affecting-drama-times-cancellations-viewership-ratings/ oh so this is why ratings are weird, i did find it weird that it didnt hit high's for the recent episodes but it did on Oct 18th. Witch's court just hit its second best ratings though and season high in Seoul though , maybe its because thats Monday and Tuesday?

Rania Zeid
Watch: Suzy And Lee Jong Suk Are All Laughs On The Set Of “While You Were Sleeping” S. Park October 25, 2017 SBS has uploaded a behind-the-scenes video of Suzy and Lee Jong Suk filming a scene of “While You Were Sleeping.” In this scene, Nam Hong Joo (Suzy) and Jung Jae Chan (Lee Jong Suk) are waiting in line at their usual cafe for their morning coffee. However, the two get into a lover’s quarrel when Jae Chan begrudgingly tells Hong Joo about his previous night’s dream where Han Woo Tak (Jung Hae In) hugged Hong Joo, then proceeds to ask her why she received Woo Tak’s hug and patted him on the back. Suzy and Lee Jong Suk stand around waiting for the cue and Lee Jong Suk jokingly asks Suzy why she’s checking him out which cracks her up. Once the cameras are rolling, the laughs are gone and the two actors quickly immerse back into the world of their drama. In another scene at the upper level of the cafe, Hong Joo decides to mess with Jae Chan and talks about how dreamy Woo Tak looks in his police uniform. When Jae Chan argues he also looks dashing in his prosecutor gown, Hong Joo comments he looks like a member of the choir and walks away. Before the cameras start rolling, the two actors can be seen rehearsing to perfect their performance. Lee Jong Suk even pretends like he is holding a cup of coffee in his hand even during the rehearsal. sunshine79
The archer's father believes his doughter was killed . Doesn't it make more sense to kill the one whom he thinks is the killer of her doughter first? rather than the prosecuter which he believes he wrongly released the killer.

gilaswan
So I'm still trying to figure out how this timeline thing works now, and it would appear from last night's episode, it's not just changing the elements in any given dream that would cause a shift in the trajectory of time. Basically, time has shifted from the moment Jaechan saved Wootak, and it's a matter of which other subsequent actions that now follow which can cause further shifts for the better or worse. I'm not sure whether when it comes to life and death, the cosmos makes up for the saving of one with the death of another, or that the soul meant to die must die within a certain time or else (ala Goblin). If the cosmos is balanced through the overall net gains and losses in living beings, then the survival of Wootak, Hongjoo and Hongjoo's mum, must mean some 3 other persons need to die to find equilibrium. I don't like that theory. So let's just say some other soul out there we don't know will work out the balance of life and death, but for the very current, perhaps the twists and turns are making Death knock on Jaechan's doorstep. One thing is for certain so far, life trajectories are constantly shifting, sometimes back onto the same path after a short divergence. We've definitely seen it in the dreams with regard to Hongjoo's life: She dreamt years before she would die as a reporter - Jaechan dreamt she would die by committing suicide at the hospital - Jaechan intervened - Hongjoo dreams of her mountain-reporting death again. Sometimes, the shifts are minor in detail but nevertheless resulting in the same consequence: Hongjoo dreamt that Jaechan was stabbed - he was shot instead, the injury in the same place (lower right abdomen), the incident happening at the same location. And sometimes the guesses in what element to change is accurate in altering the course for the better: Wootak chose to bring Jaechan to dinner instead of his Sunbae, and that saved Hongjoo from getting her palm stabbed because Jaechan is an active participant in the event (Sunbae would have been a passive observer); at others, the wrong assumptions lead to a status quo because the antagonist or protagonist does not change: Hongjoo assumed Wootak's guess that it could be Hakyoung's doing in the dream was right and so when she determined Hakyoung was with Wootak, she believed the antagonist had been removed and so went ahead to meet Jaechan, thinking it would be safe. Unfortunately, there were many other possible antagonists who were not considered and the consequence was still more or less the same - Jaechan is seriously injured. Also, in this instance, my guess also is that even if Hongjoo had decided not to meet Jaechan, Jaechan would still have been shot because the key elements of time, place, perpetrator and victim were not changed. The only way to have changed it was to have changed one of those 4 things. In this case of them not being able to change Jaechan's fate, I reckon it's because they didn't have enough dreams to sufficiently determine who the instrumental protagonist or antagonist in this entire event was. And I suspect Wootak did not dream about this because Jaechan was a passive recipient of the act of violence here. Wootak can only dream of events where Jaechan is the protagonist. Where Jaechan is passive - Wootak does not dream it; likewise, where Hongjoo is passive, Jaechan cannot dream it.
