To gave us some clue..this is rough translation based on what I could follow from their conversation (to all korean friends in here please don't hesitate to correct me if i'm wrong ):

WWn: Ah..I don't know what you're talking about..

GJ: Chaeryung, before she came to wook's house, she originally belonged to your family. It's part of you and wook's plan to put her in damiwon, right? Not only you all responsible to big brother's death, the whole fabricated rebellion of wang gyu, it also came from wook's brain right? If it's not him, then I assumed it is you who should be held responsible.

WWn: No way. You know me very well that I am not that much capable to do this on my own.

I haven't watch episode 17 just yet as I plan to watch it later concurrently with episode 18, but after swimming through the mood here in this thread after episode's airing ended... I started to feel uneasy. Will I ever ready for the incoming catastrophe of our OTP's precious relationship? Screw logic... I won't evacuate even when all sign heading to the doomed end.. I WILL DEFINITELY GO DOWN WITH THIS SHIP!

Could someone help to elaborate just why exactly did Soo asks So to write so many copies of his poem? I'm not really sure if she's only fond of his handwriting. Is this another significant plot device?

LOL I just can't compromise with the rap. Oh actually IOI's song is suitable too, it was played on their first encounter so it will be sweet if they have it on their final and everlasting encounter.

Now I get curious to how many capital punishment and methods of death that goryeo has? Though I hate Wang won and his sleazy scheming as*, It's indeed sound extreme to have a death sentence by boiling water. He is after all still part of royal family, not just a mere peasant or slave in that era. It serves him right, but not sure I would look forward to see that punishment. (I have a weak heart, y'know?)

From this conversation we magically learns how chaeryung could possibly interacts with and even harbors a special feeling to wang won. She used to worked for his family! All along, I thought she was part of Hae clan' maids that's why they assign her to hae soo. Oh show, one thing that you constantly doing is to push the viewers to do all the guessing, assuming, and connects the dots ourselves..

Yes u can download the app in play store.

But it's very tedious to vote n involve a gmail or Facebook login.

No one knows what Soo had in mind yet. She is fond of his handwriting, but there's a reason why she's asking for so many physical copies. I'm actually really curious about this too. It'll probably end up being something cute and equally heartbreaking.

My take... It is his declaration of love to her. From water to vapor to clouds to rain to water... Never ending no matter what form. It makes her happy with the meaning

The heavy weight of guilt and his consequences

I couldn't help feeling sorry for Yo in the episode 17. He is so sick and weaken due to his guilt. His bad conscience had a terrible impact on his physical and mental condition: the heart attack in episode 16, his paranoia and his lack of sleep. But the final blow comes from his own mother in my opinion: She barges into his chamber telling him . Her only concern is for the throne as she demands from him . She doesn't say anything about his safety and his well-being. For her, Wang Yo has to be thrown away. He needs to abdicate the throne. She knows that Wang So is supported by powerful people. She really doesn't care about Yo. She only thinks about her ultimate goal: making Jung the king therefore she asks for the abdication. She is not hysterical at all: she knows what she wants. She takes paper, brush and ink so that he can do what she wants.

As you can observe in the second picture, she is even the one who gives him the order as she uses the imperative. There is no respect in her way of treating Yo ("your majesty!"). There is no sign of love and affection from his mother at all. Yo was right in the end: he was just a pig for her... she is ready to sacrify him because her true goal has always been that Jung should become the king, something that she hid from him very well. She loved Jung the most and by supporting Yo, she wanted to make sure that once Yo is king, he would leave the throne to Jung. In the episode 16, she had already been pestering to nominate Jung as the Crown Prince, although he already had a son. Some might add that she couldn't accept that the mother of his son would become the Queen Mother. However, if she was only determined to keep the title of Queen Mother, why is she so upset that So is about to become King? She would keep her title too. So her hunger for power and her ambition is only the half of the answer. She hates Wang So.... but she loves Jung more than anything, therefore she is doing everything for Jung. He should be the one who should become King. Yet she knew that since Jung was the 14th prince, he had no chance at all as he was the last on the line. Therefore she manipulated Yo all along, lying to him that the seat was destined for him aso. Yo was actually not a pig for her... he was in reality a tool which reduces even more his value!! Even a pig can receive some "affection" but she never did. She is literally throwing him away like an object. 

But despite his bad physical condition, King Yo hasn't lost his great skill yet: finding people's weakness. Hence my pity for him is reduced to a minimum. Just before Yo dies, he is able to torment Hae Soo. Because her hands are shaking, he finally realises what weakness Hae Soo has: her sense of responsability, her guilt. She always thinks that she is responsible for everything. That's why Yo is blaming her for everything:

And we all know that he is right in the sense that the moment Hae Soo realised that Wang So would become Gwangjong, she blamed herself.

She felt so guilty that her heart problems started from that moment. She had panick attacks, after seeing the vision of Eun's death. Some viewers got mad at her because

1) she broke her promise to Wang So that she would never change

2) she would always trust him

3) she trusted so much the visions and her "false knowledge about History".

But these persons misunderstood Hae Soo's reactions. She was feeling so guilty that she couldn't bear the thought, she was responsible for everything: the future event like Eun's death for example. The weight of her guilt was so heavy that she had to find a culprit: Wang So. When she is freaking out in the episode 9, she accuses Wang So. She is trying to lessen her torment

. Wang So is the one responsible and by making this accusation, she is trying to feel better. Later, she also feels responsible for lady Oh's death, although she is not entirely right. It was lady Oh's decision in the end and noone forced her to act like that. Moreover, lady Oh was about to die. Sure, Hae Soo should have left the palace, when she received the offer but I don't think, Wang So would have accepted her decision and he would have followed her.  Her life would have still been entangled with the palace, especially after lady Oh's death.  

We can see another example of her weakness in the episode 12. Here again, she blames herself that Wang So is sent away from the palace.

But Wang So's reply to her comment is this: . He is willing to take the blame... he wants to relieve her from her burden by making himself the bad one. He is telling her that he is the one to be cursed, to blamed! His words are really telling because after the poisoning event, Wang So understands Hae Soo much better than before. He really saw the reason of her fear and her accusations in the episode 9. He understood what had been bothering her and unlike the words he told her in the episode 9, he accepts from her to be cursed and be blamed for all the bad events.

Now, I would like to analyse Yo's words a little more precisely.

 So he is telling her that the decision to kill his brothers started with the make-up which is actually a lie. In the episode 2, Wang Yo tried to kill his brother Mu and he even hurt Wang So. But since Wook and So never told her the identity of the assassins' leader, Hae Soo is unable to notice his manipulation. She is hearing what she hates the most... it is her greatest fear in the end. And Yo is really manipulating her but she is so innocent. I guess, one of the reasons for accepting it as the truth is that Yo is physically ill therefore she can't imagine that he is still strong enough to lie like that, to intentionally hurt her!!

No wonder if the doctor tells her later that her heart is weak. Yo was suffering so much from his guilty conscience but it really started, when he became king, while Hae Soo's guilty conscience started much earlier (942!!). 

As conclusion, Yo doesn't deserve so much pity because he is actually trying to kill Hae Soo. She should suffer just like him so that we can conclude that he wants to take her with him in his death. Maybe he wants to make sure that Hae Soo dies that Wang So loses her... he knows that Hae Soo is his weakness. My speculation is: he wants to hurt his brother Wang So through Hae Soo.

Probably won't happen, but I would personally want WS to punish WW and CR for treason and murder by complete exile with just the two of them completely isolated to die. CR could live her "fantasy" with WW until he kills her, and then he kills himself because he can't handle the situation he's in and from being alone. Probably not good to move the plot forward nor good for HS still because she'd lose a friend but I'D BE HAPPY AND THAT'S OKAY WITH ME HAHAHAHAHA XD
