@kokodus which sites that keeps arguing about the wrist grab? Lol.  Same here, I don't find it offense or that bothering. For wrist grab in dramas, most of them r quite reasonable for several situations like what @Lmangla has elaborated. Well it could be other ways when it applied in different other situations maybe.

See this is why we get along very well. Hahaha. Most of the people complain about wrist grab. In all sites. Sighh. See Heirs is the second kdrama I watched. Right after I finished BoF. I really really reaaaallllllllllllly enjoyed it. I have rewatched it like a million times that I can say all the dialogues by heart. I almost liked it more than BoF. At that time I didn't know about these kdrama recap sites. If I had known about them while I watched it, I sure wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as I did. These sites do influence my kdrama watching, which is a pity. Sighhh. Only so many negative reviews you can ignore, when no one else is liking the show, and you are the only one enjoying it, you start questioning yourself about your taste. I don't want to be like that.

@Jillia, You Who Forgot Poetry looks promising actually. I like the cast. The three leads are all solid actors that I like, and a number of the supporting actors are lovely as well. Nice to see Shin Je Ha again after his brief appearance in Prison Playbook.

@triplem, the male lead Lee Joon Hyuk was pretty sleazy in Secret Forest, but he was so lovely and sweet as a righteous prosecutor in City Hunter. One of the reasons I can’t watch that drama again is because of what happens to his character. :(

Only thing is that Lee Yoo Bi has a naturally girly face, so I wonder if I’ll end up shipping her with her younger co-star rather than the more mature male lead.

I had the same reservations about LJH after Secret Forest. I changed my mind after Naked Fireman. In spite of its sleazy sounding title, he was a real sweetheart there. It’s a drama special - 4 episodes. Check it out . Mystery crime with some romance

truth be told in dramas I see wrist grabs like kisses , a plot device to bring us to the next level in OTP’s relationship. So find it quite romantic if done gently . IRL, I’ll smack the person ‘s head if he wrist grabs me against my will.

I’m looking forward to those as well. @stroppyse I liked Cross. A well made medical drama , not much fluff but had a good cast . FoCusses a lot on the cat & mouse chase btwn GKP’s character & the villain. They had to handle  the Jo Jae Hyun sexual assault scandal , but it did not disturb the storyline .

Sweet dreams of WDH!

if the oppa is hot , he can grab my wrists . But do these things even happen IRL?

kekeke... think it depends on the culture you are in like @stargazer187 said; so am standing in some wedding and felt a tug on my wrist and looked to see a trio of pint size boys (who I didn't know). "aunty can you get us some custard?" asked the oldest who was around 8 or 9 maybe pointing to the buffet table.  turns out they couldn't reach the buffet table and the waiters were not there or something. their parents were busy chatting. think it was the kids second or third serving of dessert. hahahah... so wrist grab can happen in all sorts of places. you just need to be prepared! hahahaha.....

@kokodus ~ had a similar reaction to yours where I felt the reviews and recaps were destroying my enjoyment of the drama... so now I only read reviews and recaps for dramas that I am not going to be watch because I am too lazy or don't have time or patience. and I basically skim read (just see the pictures) and read the last graph so I can satisfy my curiousity without having to sit through hours! hahahah....

@stroppyse ~ thanks for explaining your perspective. guess, it is one of those cultural things where it is offensive in one and harmless in another.
