:waves: guys!

It's finally Sunday and hope you all are having a nice day today!!! :heart4:

My boss asked me to work today but I admitted that I've got to do my stuff today.. I don't know why he'd always make me work on weekend... So much for an online job! Sigh.. :isannoyed:

Anyway.. To answer @partyon unnie's question about Jung Hae In, I've watched 2 of his dramas so far. He was a single dad but too boyish in One Spring Night. I remember I enjoyed the drama! Then few years later Snowdrop happened. He was looking mature than One Spring Night and I was impressed by his acting skills, specially in the last episode. He seems to be a talented actor but not my cup of tea. I only have a thing for manly oppas with beard, you know. :joy:

Okay, I'll be back later... Have fun, guys! :coolshades:

You should reconsider Prison playbook. It needs a little getting used to at first. But once you are in, you will love that show.

Hmm... I should probably give it another try then. I know a lot of people have praised this drama. @Sleepy Owl dongsaeng too.

@MayanEcho I think you might be right.

Ok, this one I wasn't sure about. What does it mean?

He was a single dad? :wow2:Wish we would have more dramas about single parents.

Yea, he looks quite boyish but am seriously impressed by his acting. I just read this article about him, and I didn't know that he debuted as an actor at 26. He worked hard to become so talented.

Even though he is undoubtedly the romcom king, I think it would be interesting to see him take on a thriller. Apparently he has a black belt in taekwondo. :glasses:

I finished D.P. season 2. It was good. Off now to do some house cleaning.

Did you see news about oppa being offered a role in Pine (by the director of Misaeng)?

By the Misaeng writer and that`s why I am curious about the drama. I loved Misaeng. While watching drama Numbers, I thought a few times why this drama can`t be like Misaeng?

Yup, same writer. Meaning that it will probably be a good script.

Meanwhile me and @Sleepy Owl dongsaeng waiting for the writer of Que Sera, Sera and Children of Nobody to come out with a new drama.

Where Are You Waiting GIF by This GIF Is Haunted

This writer is super talented and am so bummed we haven't gotten anything new from her since 2018. :crybaby:

If there is someone who is looking for the best Korean psychological thriller (along with Signal), please watch Children of Nobody.

No romance. Just psychological thriller twists. :coolshades:

Btw, Lee Yi Kyung - our king of comedy - he's slated to play an evil character in Marry My Husband (starring Park Min Young and Wet Noodle Oppa). He plays the husband of the FL. He has an affair with her best friend and kills his wife (the FL). The FL somehow comes back for revenge. It's based on a webtoon.

It will be very interesting to see Lee Yi Kyung take on an evil role. He did great as a cop in Children of Nobody.

I watched Children of Nobody. Yes, it is a good drama and I hope we`ll have more dramas like this. I did not watched Que Sera Sera, just Achiara's Secret and Children of Nobody. There are some writers that I am waiting to give us more dramas. I don`t know why they are not writing more. Are they not inspired anymore?

(I've Had) The Time of My Life
Song by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes
Lyrics

Spoiler
Now I've had the time of my life
No, I never felt like this before
Yes I swear, it's the truth
And I owe it all to you
'Cause I've had the time of my life
And I owe it all to you
I've been waiting for so long
Now I've finally found someone to stand by me
We saw the writing on the wall
As we felt this magical fantasy
Now with passion in our eyes
There's no way we could disguise it secretly
So we take each other's hand
'Cause we seem to understand the urgency
Just remember
You're the one thing
I can't get enough of
So I'll tell you something
This could be love, because
I've had the time of my life
No, I never felt this way before
Yes, I swear, it's the truth
And I owe it all to you
Hey, baby
With my body and soul
I want you more than you'll ever know
So we'll just let it go
Don't be afraid to lose control, no
Yes, I know what's on your mind
When you say, "Stay with me tonight" (stay with me)
Just remember
You're the one thing
I can't get enough of
So I'll tell you something
This could be love, because
I've had the time of my life
No, I never felt this way before
Yes, I swear (yes, I swear), it's the truth
And I owe it all to you
'Cause I've had the time of my life
And I've searched though every open door
'Til I found the truth
And I owe it all to you
Now I've had the time of my life
No, I never felt this way before (never felt this way)
Yes, I swear, it's the truth
And I owe it all to you
I've had the time of my life
No, I never felt this way before (never felt this way)
Yes, I swear, it's the truth (it's the truth)
And I owe it all to you
'Cause I've had the time of my life
And I've searched though every open door
'Til I found the truth
And I owe it all to you...

Peeps, which drama is better?

a) Prison Playbook - 2nd ML is Jung Hae In

or

b) Jealousy Incarnate - 2nd ML is Go Kyeong Pyo

@sadthe1st Tomorrow is the day when Yul idol oppa's new drama starts. Are you gonna watch it? What about @Learry

Feeling inspired by the name Taeyang today. Here, some SF9 Taeyang gifs. To annoy @gm4queen who has another specific oppa preference :joy:

@joccu You have watched both?

Which Go Kyung Pyo drama have you watched? I forgot how much I liked him in Naeil's Cantabile back in 2014. Would be fun to see a drama with him in a lead role.

More Taeyang gifs (the Tayeang from SF9 that is - not the Bigbang one):

I just realized that he has the type of face that @agenth would find handsome. :kiss_wink:

Ahhhh both are good. Gahhhh It's hard to choose really. Jung hae in is not a second lead in Prison playbook. I guess there is no second lead in that drama. And you should watch Jealousy incarnate because of Jo Jung seok not because of Go kyung pyo.

Jealousy incarnate really surprised me a lot because I went into it thinking that it's your usual romcom. But it was so much more than that. Jo Jung seok has this vibe where he is goofy one moment and hawwwt in the next. There are so many memorable kiss scenes. And the OST is still in my playlist. You should really watch Jealousy incarnate. I made my pitch for prison playbook already. So watch both. Hahaha

But it's 24 episodes Ms. Koko. You know how much patience I have with long dramas. :crybaby:

I'm thinking I should probably re-start Prison Playbook. I just really wish I would remember why I dropped it the first time around.

@joccu Have you watched this documentary yet?
