How do you cook the eggplant ?

 

I love to add chopped chillies, minced meat and some oyster sauce.

Taste yummy with hot rice !

@sadthe1st Chingu, I just watched the first episode of 18 Again, and I am hooked. 

I will be watching it. Will try to catch it up by this weekend, otherwise I'll catch it up by next weekend surely.
