Hi girls!! It has been a long time since I have been around, because I had problems with my accounts and my electronic devices and life has also been hectic (and not in the best way). I have been following LMH updates through Twitter, but I am sure I have missed a lot of the good stuff.
I hope I could be around this week to share our views on Pachinko and to enjoy together his amazing performance!! Hugs to everyone!

Hi chingus! I know I am very late and couldn't participate on the event (life is crazy), but I didn't want to miss the chance to thank the event organisers @partyon @confusedheart326 @Sleepy Owl @agenth for setting up this event and to congratulate @CarolynH, @syntyche, @CallieP and @msdot for their work and contributions.
I hope I will be able to be around when Pachinko starts airing this week: only 4 days left!!

@nina_mitrokhina & @Min2206 I don't know how is for him, but when my cat grew old every separation was harder than the previous one, because I knew every occasion with him could be the last one. I don't know if LMH is feeling the same but probably he is and want to spend as much time with Choco as possible without having her going on long trips far from home. He is a caring pet owner and in that regard he deserves all my respect because I totally understand the feeling of not wanting to be far from them but wanting them to be comfortable as top priority.
What happened with our own Lee Min Ho impersonator? The post and the answers were deleted by the administration?

Regarding the ongoing fan war on twitter, I don't get it at all. I don't know why people need to drag down an actor or actress to show their support to their favourite. It does not make sense to me how easily hate is spread instead of sharing the positivity and warmth that we get from Lee Min Ho, or from other actors in the case of other people. That is why I am so happy this thread exists, because of the nice people and good vibes we have here. Have a wonderful Sunday you all!

@gpicris your comments are getting very famous! I have just received an alert for a YouTube video made using your comments on the arrival of Lee Min Ho in Canada. At least they delete the names. I guess everybody wants to know more of him and you are the last one to see him in real life.
@Nikaa94 don't be sad. I also want to have new projects and a lot of Lee Min Ho screen time but I think it's better for him to wisely choose his projects so they are well produced, interesting and challenging for him. Let's trust him and his choices. He is betting now on Pachinko so we must cheer for him.

@SophieH I still am over the moon... my experience? I don't know what to say, we were only 3 fans at the airport and I felt really ashamed about that, he passed close by us since we weren't so many, looking all handsome and happy probably now that he was done with the airport stuff, got in a big black car and off he went...
@syntyche How it was to see him in person? I still can't believe that my wish came true, cried all the way home. And I don't understand why I'm so happy because of it. But I feel like, now that the impossible happened and I saw him against all odds, I can move mountains

You could achieve your goal and see him on person, and even better, there were not a lot of people in the airport and you could take a good look at him! I am so so happy for you! It's also my dream to live the same experience if he comes to Madrid in the future. Enjoy the photos you took and the memory!
Did you hear him talk? I would die if I hear his deep masculine voice in person!

Hi chingus to all of you! Last week was difficult and I haven't been around. It seems like we are in a drought, but let's hope for new content and more news this week.

@CarolynHthank you for the BOF poll! It was a good surprise to came in second place along the always cheerful @Nikaa94. Looking forward to the next one. Also I will come back to the Pachinko spotlight tomorrow.

Even if I went there I would have stayed outside of the site and just take a picture or two and move on. You can't really park there, it's a fenced abandoned hospital. I didn't go because it was dark outside when my work was done. BTW, on Instagram there was somebody that felt the need to admonish me for posting about filming location, almost cried laughing, I don't think Canadians are the types to stalk celebrities and such, quite the opposite, there is no term similar to "sasaeng" in this culture.
Anyways, my fantasy dream nowadays is that somebody posts somewhere on internet about LMH leaving SK in real-time, and that I take a vacation day and go to the airport the next morning and I see him at the arrival gate - 20 meters away from him of course, because privacy - and that would be my one chance to ever see him in person, since he lives on the other side of earth. Good luck to me
I understand what you say about not being able to reach the actors at the filming location and I totally share your dream on seeing him on the airport from afar. I wish you all the luck in the world to achieve that goal.

I agree that the video is way more suitable for LSG, but I think it is weird it was released that way. Anyway, my opinion on this doesn't matter and the important thing is to keep receiving contents.

When he goes to Canada he will quarantine as established. Since the filming lasts until April he still has time to go, make the quarantine and film.
The bad part of this is that we cannot expect a lot of scenes of Hansu because he is not recording so much.

Also, does anyone know what the letters MK stand for?
Thank you and @leeminhosnyfor directing me to the original song. My only knowledge of kpop is through the dramas and by now I haven't seen a lot.

I love the new clip! Didn't know about that song and I loved to hear it on both LMH and LSG voices. I feel like they spent a really good time doing music live and in the open. I think it is a really healthy and fun thing to do.
Thank you @SophieH for the translated part (I miss the subtitles, specially when they are goofing around) and thank you @leeminhosny for the original song.
Even when we feel like we are in a drought Min Ho gives us content and doesn't let us dispair.

Sorry to cut your post. I totally agree with you. I have read about the increase in sales of Pachinko, but to see it in person has more impact.

@willenette thank you for the information on how Koreans celebrate this day. Is there a day when Korean men are supposed to give presents to the girls instead? In my country is mostly chocolates and flowers when you are young and going on special dates and giving presents to each other once you are old, but a lot of people choose to not celebrate because the whole Saint Valentines feels like a huge commercial stunt.

2. Because he saw a bug, and since he fears them a lot got scared and forgot to be far from the pool (I recently saw the BTS of this scene and the bug was real, disgusting).
3. A really expensive pair of diving gogles which pertained to a famous swimmer.
4. I had to look who So Yi Jung was (I am really bad for asiatic names) so maybe this is cheating, but he plays saxo (those BTS are also fun).

I have a problem: I like LMH wearing pink, and orange, and black, and blue, and white, and... I could go on and on. I can't decide which colour is my favourite on him. It is almost sinful that he always looks this good.

Everyone! I'm thinking of changing the first page. Is there anyone who wants to keep it as it is? I'm considering deleting the summaries of dramas and movies and simply listing them. I want to highlight some posts, for example, the only interview I know of with LMH's omma. I think what you suggest for the first page makes a lot of sense!! Everybody can look for the summaries of the dramas on internet and find them easily but the other content is more difficult to find. If you need any help, count me in.

I just read the twitter post that main actors in Pachinko are paid around 1 billion won per epi? according to the blog. Wow!
And they mentioned the producton cost of more than 100 B Won per season. That's a lot! Wait, are we going to have more than 1 season?
I don't think is going to be more than one season. All the old articles regarding Pachinko, even those for when the rights to produce the drama were sold, say only one season. And the budget is huge, it was compared to The Crown budget, which is an amazing Netflix production, so the expectations are quite high. I am looking forward to it.
