At the final battle since OG still wears the GGG, OG is restrained by it and MW plus SM helps JSM with her favor. Then just as the dragon strikes JSM, and everyone thought she died she is saved by their baby since she was already preganant and that she was on the heavenly realm recuperating?

 

That for me would be better. Please drama gods. No deaths, no reincarnations. Just.....babies HAHAHHAHA

The final few minutes were simply epic - there was no reason to even count the kisses because it was pretty much a full-blown make-out session. It's without a doubt my favourite "kiss" scene in the entire drama on every level but it's also the first time I'm completely 100% satisfied with a kiss scene in this show. It's not that the others were bad or anything but all the others were spoiled by tvN when they released the stills beforehand. When you know how the kiss scene will look and when it will happen it just spoils your experience - the shock, the excitement, the surprise are gone. Therefore I'm happy that this time tvN finally did it right.

can I just say I'm currently watching ep .18 raw, I'm at the minute 17, and without understanding anything of the dialogues I'm in tears? That's how powerful OYS's acting is. Brought me to tears without even understanding what is she saying, only with her expressions and the music.

1. I laughed OUT LOUD over the part with MW putting on the tiara. + The continuation of that with SM and the shop kid putting it on. It was a plot device to set up OG taking his GGG off, but I loved it. 

 

2. The part with MW and the shop kid was so good. It was obvious + clear + definite that they were setting up a connection between the two, especially when the kid calls him back to get his umbrella and the two exchanged a look. 

 

3. The shopkeeper showing up randomly when SM needed her seemed to definitely be a clue in that she's not just a shopkeeper.

 

4. I glazed over with the talk of the artifacts....

 

5. Was disappointed that they revealed the Candidate's past and nothing happened. Wasn't the little girl supposed to kill everyone who knew?????

 

6 The ending of this episode both made me happy + scared me. Made me think they are setting up for OG to get killed.... 

 

7. ASN is wavering in this episode. Makes me wonder if as the other shaman in the episode, if she will actually be the one to take in the dragon and be killed. Keep in mind she was the one who said that she can change the death fate. This might be the way...  and it seems they are setting up for the end since zombie's mom is dead.

People on the DC are speculating whether episode 18 didn't include a foreshadowing of SM and OG future child and them having a family. The hint should be the statue of the greek/ancient/celestial? family in the background during this scene between OG and SM and frankly I totally share this sentiment because I've noticed some time ago that this show really does place a lot of symbolic objects in the background in many of the OTP scene - hearts/love locks, vows of love,...

Bear with me. I'm going to try to translate all of the clips in sequence as tvN released them. Hopefully, I don't skip over any. This is drunk SM calling OG to her, and talking.

SM: I called because I had something to tell you to do. (opening her palm) This. Go ahead and try to embed it in the heavens among the stars.

(OG sighs and flicks it up where it becomes a star.)
OG: It’s been embedded. Later, go outside and determine it for yourself.
SM: You’re so lying. There is something that I can do as well. Do you want to see it?
(SM puts her hands on her soup bowl and makes the spoon stand up.)
OG: That is pretty cool, however, let’s just use a hand to spoon up the broth.

(SM sleeps in the bed, while OG sits in the living room.)

KDS: This time, a really powerful person has agreed to give me his strength (meaning: use his money and power for KDS purposes).
ASN: Is that right?
KDS: If you remove my stumbling blocks, and he opens up my future path, this time, I will be able to go to the highest position.

MW: If only the cow is here, I guess it will be a bit empty. (hears the door) Oh, you’re here! Oh, it’s you, Secretary Ma.
Ma: I thought you would be hungry, so I brought you some food.

Ma: The monkey statue did look good in this place. When it’s gone, it will look a little empty.

After the clip, but before the next clip starts, continuation of SM and OG's conversation at the party:
