This Portrait of Annisa Pohan With Lee Min Ho Makes Others Jealous

 

Lately, Korean drama fever is being felt by most Indonesian people. No exception for celebrities in the country. Many Indonesian celebrities idolize the actors who star in the Korean drama. In fact, some edit photos to appear side by side with the idol.

 

One Korean actor who is idolized by many Indonesian artists is Lee Min Ho. This is evident from various uploads of the artists. Some of them, such as beautiful artists Chika Jessica, Ashanty and Mulan Jameela, showed their congratulations when Lee Min Ho had his birthday last Monday (6/22). They either uploaded photos of Lee Min Ho or their edited photos with him.

 

However, different from some of these celebrities, model Annisa Pohan successfully made fellow artists envy her. This is because the wife of Agus Yudhoyono recently uploaded a real portrait and not an edit with Lee Min Ho on her personal Instagram.

 

 

Along with the upload, Annisa Pohan also wrote a birthday wish to Lee Min Ho.

"Me with my brother ages ago, when we were young, anyway happy bithday Minhoo !! She wrote on Instagram account on Saturday (6/27) yesterday.

 

The upload was immediately flooded with comments. Not a few fellow artists became jealous upon seeing the upload. Moreover, singer Ashanty who has been idolizing Lee Min Ho left a comment with a crying emoji.

 

Not only fellow artists, many netizens felt jealous and envious of her uploads. A lot also praised her for having a portrait with Lee Min Ho.

 

"I'm jealous, mbaaak," write an Instagram account @ rina.putra.9883.

"Ma'am Anisa is the envy of kdrama fans," wrote the Instagram account @asti_fabia.

Because actors can't read 100% of the scripts in advance, I think they will consider it's more reliable to do with a famous writer or PD.

would love to see him in a slice of life kind of drama where he plays a different role , like a normal guy (not king/chaebol) a doctor perhaps or office. But with his trajectory career wise may not happen. With the looks of it, he will be participating in a blockbuster type suited for his stature (fantasy or action like Healer, City Hunter, Sageuk or wartime maybe?) 

 

but on your list, would like a Prisoner type trying to escape (maybe like Prison Break type)?

I really hope if they can come up with a good story, and big budget and it will be a Netflix series, LMH will accept it.  Another writer could do the next season if KES does not want to, she could sell her rights to title of the Story and another writer could take over. 

 

 

The documentary had 4 episodes and he was there in the wild suffering the cold and harsh conditions for many months.  It was not an easy project for him.

 

I was wondering since money heist was a big hit, perhaps LMH could play a bank robber. Anti-Hero.  Hero Villain. 

 

I don't think she would wanna sell it tho because that is her baby but I think she will be back for S2 together with the 2 main lead on netflix. It's an unfinished chapter and I believe they all wanna captalize on this somehow. rolling the dice and see where it goes

In terms of not getting hate, I think MCW is a very safe FL. I don't think anyone will hate them. MCW is not strongly and crazily shipped with any specific actor. 

 

 

Yes, they are always both number 1 popular Korean actor and actress overseas. Imagine what happens to China??   I think even China's president's wife will tweet about them! 

The hate though.. Is there a way to avoid? ... If their drama only air on Netflix, maybe better? Not sure! Lol!

I had to research some of their works since i'm not familiar with all of them, so here we go..

 

1-Yoo Young-A (Movie: Kim Ji-Young: Born 1982, On your wedding day, because I love you, Drama: Encounter, entertainer)I

haven't seen this writer's work, but Kim Ji Young would be the type project that can help LMH break out if his Kdrama Heart throb status, and i definitely love stories that challenge societal standard. However, i'm not sure what kinda of Image LMH and his agency tried to uphold. I remember that his sex scene on GB either cancelled out or edited out, due to his hallyu status (what a waste right? heheheh). So, as for me personally, i would like to see LMH in project like this and/or movie like "Silenced". It ruffles the feathers of SK society/culture, but, I am not sure if this is what they/he wants for his career.

 

2- Im Sang-Choon  (Fight for my way, when camellia blooms)

Yes to this if he wants to do mature/upper 30's heartwarming romance, which at some point i'd like him to do, no rush, but maybe in 3 years? also for those who are sceptics with Romance stories, i believe you can have a good romance stories with good character arc. After all, we want him to have dramas that a re loved by SK people right? and as long as it's well done, it can also be love by international viewer. 

 

3- Jung Hyun-Jung (Romance is a bonus book, Five Enough, Discovery of Love, I need romance 3)  

Mmmmmm...no.

 

4- Jo Gwang-Jin (itaewoon class)

I love IC, but the last 4 episode made me scratch my head and the love story was like on the last episode. Which was a shame since I love PSJ and He ruled Romance. So, i do like how IC class brought up sensitive topics, it has that edgy vibe and colorful. So, maybe yes if the script is solid and good.

 

5- Song Ji-Na  (Faith, Healer)

This is definitely a Yes for me, however... after reading a few post here, regarding their history, the reunion might not happen. although maybe if her script is strong this could be a redeeming/healing reunion for both of them. So..this is a Yes for me.

 

6- Yoo Hyun-Mi (SKY castle)

I think i might be down with this writer. Looking at her tracked record she seems to tried out different genre and wrote strong stories. There were couple of her drama that got ratings over 20% on Public channel but it wasn't a hallyu success, however she seems to know how to write good stories.

 

7- Jang Young-Cheol (Vagabond, empress Ki, History of salary man)

Nope!

 

8- Song Jae-Jung (W, Memories of Alahmbra, Nine: 9 Times Time Travel)

Nope!

 

9- Jin Soo-Wan (Chicago typewriter, Kill me Heal Me)

Probably not.

 

10- Park Hae-Young (My Mister, another Miss oh)

haven't seen My Mister, but people speak highly of this drama and it took IU status from idol/actress to Real Actress. So yes to this.

 

11 Kim Eun Hee (Signal, Kingdom) 

Yes yes yes yes yes. She is not overly focus on romance and have one 100% netflix original series. so yes!

 

12- No Hee-Kyung  (Here (new), Live, Dear my friends, that winter the wind blows, It's Ok, That's love)

Absolutely yes!! i am In Love with It's ok that's love because how both ML and FL was written. The ML character arc was written beautifully and she handled the mental health topic really well and very realistic and... the kisses are real kisses plus she is not shy on writing bed scene, hehehehe. I am now currently resuming watching TWTWB and i'm falling in love with Jo iIn Sung again. So yes.

 

13- Kim Eun (Something in the rain)

Yes. I love something in the rain. Although the half of the drama became a bit angsty, but she tackles on Taboo subject in SK.  I love how the relationship between OTP is real and is so relatable and the writer isn't shy in writing real relationship stuff like "at home date" "sleeping at Boyfriends house". So anything that involve bed and LMH, yes!.

 

14- JOO Hyun (The world of the married, Revolutionary Love)

No. His/her 2 dramas before TWOM weren't successful and TWOM is adaptation work based on Dr. Foster and i heard from people who seen both version said it's very similar to the original work, aside from they changed the ending. but the first 8 episode is almost to a T. So this writer only had 2 other Drama before TWOM and the ratings sucks! they were below 3% on cable channel and her high rating drama was not an original script.

oh... thanks for letting me know!! I didn't know!! So both SHK and MCW are strongly shipped with SJK! 

But it has been a while since her drama with SJK? maybe we can survive the hate? 

 

Guyss!! We keep saying dark character... It is possible in movies... but another friend mentioned here that it depends on what IMAGE MYM want to keep. Remember SK is ALL ABOUT IMAGE!!  so we never know!!

I hope LMH next drama wont be air in SBS. It can be 100% netflix original, tvn, jtbc but hope it wont be on public broadcast. We know TKEM was supposed to be aired in tvn but SBS bought the right and its all history. Im afraid SBS will meddle again in LMH next project. They didnt want to let go of him 

 

I notice drama tht get air on cable network didnt get scrutinized so much if the rating fall below expectation

From all LMH dramas/movies that I have watched , I admired his eyes. Which ever rolls that he took up, his eyes does all the work.

I would very much LMH to take up the role as a doctor or life guard

2) Accidentally murdering someone and trying to cover up his tracks? Yes! 
3) A struggling father/husband who ends up on the wrong path to give his family a better life? Yes! 
4) A son walking the wrong path to help his struggling single mother? Yes! 
5) Struggling man who starts off by robbing an underground casino and becomes rich but his life starts to fall apart from there and he ends up realizing money isn’t everything? Yes!

Narine Joa,  very much agree with you - there will always be something that needs improving. In K-entertainment they regularly review and re-evaluate the script and make changes where necessary. The script should be a work-in-progress, always adapting to meet the changing needs of actors in the production.
