Story:

 

A man has the intelligence of a 7-year-old due to an accident. The love and desires of two women surrounding him, and those facing dreamlike miracles on the thresholds of death.

Uhm Hyun Kyun as Han Yoo Jung (26 years old)

 

She is a person with a happy personality that dreams of becoming an announcer. But because her is family is poor she has to let go of her dream and start working to provide for her family. She is Yoo Ra's fraternal twin sister. As the head of the family, she gave up a lot of life (including her first love) because of Yoo Ra, who knows only herself.

 

Kang Eun Tak as Lee Tae Poon (28 years old)

 

He is a pure young man with a beautiful smile, who gained intelligence at the age of seven through an accident as a child.
He loves Yoo Jung, but is married to Yoo Ra due to Yoo Ra's scheme. People around him smile because it is flawless and pure.But because of his mother's accusation, Yoo Ra's betrayal, and the conspiracy surrounding him, after being driven to death and barely alive, after facing a miracle, he lived a tumultuous life and becomes a cold man who lives only to reveal the truth.

 

Lee Chae Young as Han Yoo Ra

 

She is Han Yoo Jun's fraternal twin sister, the incarnation of desire and evil deeds completely different from her younger sister. She has excellent beauty and body, but she is greedy and full of vanity. Dreaming of an escape from the ditch-like bottom and rising status, she conceives a child of a rich man, but later discovers that he was an empty shell. Later, as a person who used a first love's Yoo Jun, the person who turned him into a tragedy. 
 

Lee Si Kang as Chae Seo Joon (26 years old)

 

He approaches to Yoo Jung for curiosity, but later he will go increasingly in love with Yoo Jung. 
 He is the only child of Cha Woo Seok and Joo Hwa Yeon but he is DL group successor. He has all the bad conditions as the third generation of chaebols. He antagonizes with his father, who doesn't recognize him. While struggling with a father who doesn't acknowledge himself, he has a great thirst for his father's love and sincerity.

 Yang Mi Kyung as Lee Kyeong Hye (Tae Poong's mother) - 50 years old

 

She is President of Chuncheon food distribution company. She has the warmth of thinking of neighbors first with hardworking, sincere character. Her wish is to die one day later than the handicapped son Tae Poon. However, she suffers from blood cancer and is sentenced to three years with a deadline. After learning about this, she somehow finds a guardian and daughter-in-law who will protect her son on his behalf. At that time, Yoo Ra conceives a child of a Tae Poon and accepts her as her daughter-in-law. After a while, the moment she learns the secret of his daughter-in-law Yoo Ra and tries to throw her out, but she becomes a hit-and-run killer and is locked in prison.

 

Lee Il Hwa as Yoon Soo Hee (50 years old)

 

Sang Hyun's wife. Woosuk's first love. She looks good, has good food, is friendly, and is warm.
Twenty-five years ago, Sang-hyun found her fallen on the side of the road with her body covered in dirt, and she was able to save her life by taking care of her with extreme sincerity. He loses his memory in the accident and lives without even knowing who she is. But, Sang Hyun, her sweet and warm husband, returns as a carcass overnight. He finds Tae Poong that has been pushed by the waves on the beach, after her husband's funeral, and cares for him with extreme sincerity, just as he did to him in the past. After that, they accept Tae Poong as a family and live together.

 

Lee Jin Woo as Kang Sang Hyun (50 years old)

 

Soo Hee's husband. He is a good, reliable appearance and a friendly personality. It looks crude and rough, but is infinitely soft to his wife. The foolish wife and daughter who loves the most family in the world. He will try to bring back his lost wife's memories.
However, it leads him to death.

 

Chae Bin as Kang Ye Jin (20 yeears old)

 

The daughter of Soo Hee and Sang Hyun. She has good looks and fashion sense, but grows up receiving plenty of love from her parents, cheerful, infinitely positive, happy girl. However, after knowing that the love of a famous person wasn't sincere, it hurts a lot. After his father's death, he leaves Korea with Soo Hee and returns, and reunites with famous.

 

Lee Myung Ho as Sang Tae (40 years old)

 

Sang Hyun's half-brother. He became a detective with a bronze medalist in judo Asian Games and special martial arts.
A style popular with men. He is still single because he's not good at love. Despite being half brothers, he has a deep affection for his older brother, Sang Hyun. After Sang Hyun's death, he takes care of the two by guarding his sister-in-law Soo Hee and her nephew Ye Jin.

He is the youngest son of Sook Ja. He is popular with women because of her handsome appearance, tall height, and sense.

Actress Yang Mi-kyung is starring in the new KBS 2TV daily evening drama "A Secret Man", a story of a man with seven-year-old intelligence after an accident, the love and desires of two women surrounding him, and those facing dreamlike miracles on the thresholds of death.

Yang Mi-kyung takes on the role of Lee Kyeong-hye, the mother of Lee Tae-poong (Kang Eun-tak) and CEO of a food product company. She's a loving mother who cares for her hurt son with all her heart.

 

Yang Mi-kyung debuted in 1983 and has been in several dramas that prove her value as a veteran actress, She is currently a professor of broadcasting and entertainment at Induk University and is also working hard to train students in various fields. Yang Mi-kyung, in particular, joined the Seoul Regional Veterans Affairs Office in June to mark the 70th anniversary of the Korean War.

Meanwhile, other than Yang Mi-kyung, the cast for "A Secret Man" include Kang Eun-tak, Uhm Hyun-kyung and Lee Chae-young. "A Secret Man" premieres at the end of August.

Yes, and all that comes from a daily drama. Kang Eun Tak is good in this type of genre. Plus him playing a character as  adult man but with mental age of 7. Roles like that  is alway challenging. Viki's gonna sub right?  Yey.

The mother is Lady Han in Dae Jang Geum. She hasn't aged. Have not watch Kang Eun Tak.

You should watch it! It’s exactly 100 episodes with nice settings and a good plot. Hyun-Kyung was also in First Wives Club, a weekend drama. (I think. I honestly haven’t found it anywhere)

I mixed them up. Lol! She looks a little similar to Oh in her picture but she was definitely in “Hide and Seek” with Lee Yoo-ri. She was also in “All Is Well” and “House of Bluebird”, I looked up the actress.
