IMO...clearly here...show that she had feeling for So...the moment she think she see So, and she rub her eyes to make sure she isnt seeing thing...(I think she think that she missed him too much she is seeing So),the stun look she had when hearing So speaked...I think she did tear up abit when So say He missed her(isnt that what she had asked Wook...she need to tell Wook so many times that she missed her and asked him whether he missed her to get the answer), So just said it out effortlessly...like an arrow to her heart..and when she tried to escape..So pulled her back and checked on her..and yet..she is checking on him as well...and asked him why is he wearing mask? Her concern is clearly shown her...its mutual here to be frank, him checking on her...how thin she had grown..how ruin her finger is, and her checking him...why he is wearing mask...knowing that he hated it most...

This part wasnt shown in this clip, but I watched it in Sone, she even questioned So why? Have he forgotten how to make up? he hated wearing mask the most, isnt it so? This is the moment I felt that, Soo is alive somehow...all the while...her heart is dead....

The preview seemed like :

The king is ailing but his room is blocked from everybody, not allowing anyone to know his situation. Maybe at this time Wang Moo is not around in the palace and the King's condition must not make known to anyone until WM returns. Hae Soo attended to him and the only one knowing his condition.

WY realised this and sent minions to catch her. WW happened to be that minion and chase after HS which is when HS said "You have changed".

So HS asked WS "Do you want to be the King?"

Evil Queen visited the King and sad over his death (years of jealousy is an indication she loves him) but WS gets into the room to confront her or make a deal with her?

At this point I still don't know what can make HS love WS for who he is, instead of feeling grateful and like him as a friend. The "drinking the poison" and "standing in the rain" did not seem to work. I don't know what else he can do to make her love him.

I have replayed episode 11 ad nauseam and then of course it is back to reality. I was/am hoping that the Koreans would/will make a much better and more romantic drama than the Chinese version and so far it has made me a huge fan of LJK. His character so far has not disappointed with his unwavering love for HS. I watch both historic dramas which are shown at the same time, and today was definitely angst day for both! So darn frustrating! I know that there will be no changes to this drama since it has already been completed but I hope it turns out to be a much happier ending somehow than the C. version. Who has not fallen in love with WS's character, I totally have! I hope he will not let us down! The reason that so many people loved "Secret Garden" was that the leading man was in love with the leading woman from episode 1 through the end, that's why it was a such huge success! So I am hoping that WS will love HS till the very end even though right now she definitely does not deserve it!

Urgh...I don't want to think negatively and start bashing characters but...today I have to say that I'm disappointed in HaeSoo.

I get it if she doesn't want to be involved with any of the princes.I'm even okay in this episode (ONLY this episode.After this I want SoSoo ship to sail for real) if she still pushes WangSo away.Because I know how traumatising Lady SG's death was for her.And she remembers her advice.I'm alright with that reason for her to distance herself from the princes.

But SERIOUSLY?! "I missed you" to That guy? Has that incident in the rain and 1 year of distancing yourself from so many guys not given her enough time to reflect,get over it and move on?I know SoSoo is the endgame but I'm getting a bit frustrated now.

Omg it's moments like in this episode that makes me wish WangSo end up with YeonHwa and WangWook with HaeSoo.

WangSo,I guess you'll have to be patient like us shippers and keep pursuing her...So sorry you had to go through poison and near death experience only to be rejected by the one you tried to save.She's one girl who is hard to get.

Omg...the king knows.He has an inkling that HaeSoo is like JiMong.He isn't that bad after all...He considers HaeSoo's safety all this time.And did HaeSoo say the KING was Like HER GRANDFATHER?Can this mean something?Like maybe the king REINCARNATED into her grandfather in the future or Something...Omg here I go with my wild theories again.

Yeah, the same case with me. I also did not have any complaints about RX's character. Not even once. I just thought that the c-version was quite long and actually I could not watch long dramas. But I did not even blame RX's character, not even once. However, with Soo, I don't know how to describe my disappointment towards her character. I'm just very disappointed with the writer. This drama had so much potential. It's been fast pacing except for the romance part. I know that no drama is perfect, there will always be flaws, be it major flaws or the minors one. But, the title of this drama is Moon Lovers. The beginning of this drama showed how HS and WS were tied to each other even they were in the different era. Then, they should have just shown what it should have, which is, the passionate romance between them without dragging the 1st love story up to 3/4 of the story. We, the viewers, already got it that WW was HS's first love, so the writer didn't really have to show us this long. What we want to be shown is the battle of the throne and the romance between our OTP. I'm afraid that this development of the story will refrain Jun Ki to accept the awards that he deserves.

The writer can not be WookSoo shipper,  bcs his character is a real awful coward while So is an incredible man. She (I suppose it is she:) is just fond of the process "getting the girl "  especially by such a determine man)

I'm frustrated with Hae Soo so much especially with the Wook scene but when I think about it, I think she is heartbroken by his action but then she still cares for him cause he was the first one to reach out to care for her when she first appeared in a strange place. So he will always have a special place in her heart, when she questioned him if he miss her or not she probably wanted to figure out if all of it was real or not but I feel like she realized that the moment he turn his back on her when she was in the rain, she figured that he wasn't going to risk everything for her and she felt that part of her died. When she questioned him if he miss her, etc she probably want to know was it easy for him to live knowing what happen to her and yet he didn't bother doing anything beside Jung who gave her medication for her wound. I think the moment he turn his back after the conversation, she realized its time to let it go and that love is over

As for the rejections toward So true its harsh, but she didn't want to cause him anymore harm. After the poison incident, she felt responsible and was afraid that whoever comes near her or tries saving her ends up hurt or dead like So with the poison and Lady Oh trading her life for hers. She knows he doesn't like the life in the palace but stayed for her and she knows he's risking it wanting to be with her since she probably believe she's jinx. She knows he's hurt enough from the people treating him differently, she doesn't want him to suffer cause of her so she tries her best to push him away. its like in BBJX

RuoXi tries her best to avoid 4th all the time and reject his proposal when he ask but he still waits for her patiently knowing one day she will say yes. And when she "broke up" with 8th and stayed with 4th she knows the only way to survive is to side with one that will be king but little did she knows her she did loved him. 

 

What I believe the writers are trying to do is that she's doing this for So's benefit like the king, he wants So to endure the pain and the suffering in order to shape him to be a better king then he was. I believe when the king said Hae Soo was from a different place he figured she was like JM who knows about the future and he knows how it will end that is the reason why JM insist on So staying in the palace so things can fall into place like the history and the king figured that Hae Soo will be the trigger of it. I believe what Hae So saw in those visions is more really like if she didn't do this this would happen. I believe after the conversation with the king, Hae Soo figured that in order for So to be king, he needs somebody to pushed him and who else is good and manipulative? Yeonhwa of course. 

I know some of you really want So-Soo ship to start already but just please be patience I get there like 8 episodes left but let me remind you that in the cversion its over like 42 episodes and the romance of 4th and Ruoxi didn't start fully until like episode 30! 

I know Hae Soo is thinking of So already and her heart is wavering but she can't risk another person dying because of her and she knows he cares for her so she doesn't want him to risk everything for her. So now that she figure the king is shaping So for his future, she knows she is going to be a pawn in the game even though he said for her to watch it unravel, little did he knows for things to unravel and move according for future history Hae Soo is involved. 

As for JM I feel like he knows everything is going to happen and he help push it to happen so history can act according to what its suppose to and he is using Hae Soo to do it. But for it to happen, she has to endure the hardship and true its not fair for her but I cannot help but wonder, did he choose her out of the blue or like a time loop he knows Hae Soo is destined to return to the past in order for history to happen?

For me, I will continue watching it hoping the writers won't disappoint us and give us a true love between So and Soo soon. They want to probably get rid of the politics stuff so they can focus on the love story later but I'm waiting for Soo to return Wook the bracelet ending it between them

everytime she is with WS...i feel teary eyed...there is something deep in her eyes everytime she's with WS but she didnt voice it out...the goodbye scene before he went away, the laundry scene when he came back...the proposal scene..she had tears in her eyes...Like she is doing her damnest not to give in to WS...she is denying her own feelings for him...yes..she is being a noble idiot here...maybe she is afraid if she gives in, she will change the history...if she accepted him, WS will not become a king because WS will do what he said he'll do - abandon the palace for her and the king will punish  him...more over the king has warned her not to do anything...that brought us to the scene where she rejected again WSs proposal...WS is a man who is persistent and he would never back off from HS..thus she resort to saying nasty things to him to chase him away ( which we know will never succesful). WHAT IF, the reason HS was brought over from modern time is to be a driving force or a catalyst for WS to start wanting become a king ? His love for her is what changed him from 'i-dont-give-a-damn' view and motivate him to join the game of throne.

The staircase scene with WW...the time she looked at his back..i dont think it is love...more like sad and defeated..seemed that she realised they have no hope anymore..the night scene at the river a year after...a whole year when WW had not even once came to see her.. when she told him she missed him..her eyes seemed to tell something else..what she said sound like a sarcastic statement ' I missed you' but  in her head she continues : ''You said you missed me but you never once come to see me...you think i'll buy that?!!'

 

' I think she is over WW..i dont see anymore love in her eyes for him because at the moment she is having a hell of a time denying her growing love for WS.

Call me an optimistic or too biased for HS but it is interesting if we analysed all the look and expressions that she gave off.

BTW..i was literally screaming out NOOOOOO! when BA jumped in and that the stab from WH...never saw that twist coming...

IKR! I nearly jumped up from my seat at WH knocking into BA who appeared before her without warning. It was at a blink of an eye that he blocked her path... I was just wondering... how did BA move so fast! but he really looked like in pain at that moment of impact. Good expressions by Nam Joo Hyuk and Seohyun!

Another scene I loved was the teasing scene. BA was so funny! He misled her to think he is married but he was only talking about his mum! This guy is humourous! And the hug he gave her...

Well this is a confusing episode but I'm used to be confused when it comes about Hae Soo. So where shall we begin? The heroine? The hero? Or the big bad wolf who begin to crawled his path to the dark world? Let's just blend them together this time. I promise, I'll save the best for last. 

The episode begin with Wang So stubborness to save HS in front of his father. He defied once again to save the damsel in distress. If only HS would see what WS had done for her. He risked his neck time and again. The king sent WS away to the far land and sent HS away to a place where it is nearly (just nearly) impossible for the princes to see her. 

Before his journey, he went to see HS for the last time. HS wasn't saying anything about being kicked out of Damiwon but that uri HS. I'll keep a positive mind at that point. Maybe she didn't want him to be worry. She tries her best to shoo him away (why meeting him then, you say? Let's just say to say a proper goodbye. Whoo. Don't lose patience, me). He didn't back out, as always, to hear HS's words to not see her again. That I should be the last time they see each other. I guess he used to that by now. He stole a kiss and keep the hair pin she return as a talism. One thing to remember her by. So our pair begun their own journey, each was a struggle on their own. 

There's a scene in the middle which I don't quite get but I think it's a classic symbol of unrequited love. It was when Wook saw HS walking away but he turned his head just a moment before HS saw her, standing in the middle of the path with his head turned away. I can only imagine how HS's feeling at that time. The guy you love and promise to be forever with, turn his head yet again from you. But then as she started to walk away again, Wook's head facing her again, seeing the back of the girl he loves dearly hardly walking from her limping feet. 

Jung then come to tell Wook the news of HS when he writes her name out of longing (my fave scene becomes hollow. I literally curse). He ran to her room and saw an empty room and begin to cry and shouted her name. HS turned her back, as if she can hear his voice. Maybe she can. 

HS began her job as launder. Her feet still limped from the torture, her face was pale and tired but she did her job earnestly. Her friends try to open a conversation about the princes but she shut them down and bullied because of it. This girl sure know how to survive on her own (for those who didn't get it, I meant it sarcastically). Jung and Wook, I guess now they are a pair like WS and BA, witnessed this scene and Wook quickly turnes away, unable to see. His face was full of pain but he quickly washed that out when Jung confroted him. Jung said he knew Wook used to love her. That words kicked him hard, for a second he forget to hide his expression. Used to. Is it really the case? 

He came to see her that night. Maybe unsucced to press the urge not to. He askes how she was. She said she miss him. His face change slightly. But he went on. He honestly tell her now what he lacks, the reason why he couldn't save her and she must have hate him because of that. But she said again that she missed him and asked, 'Do you miss me too?'

You can see tears starts brimming in his eyes. 'Every day', he said. 'Every second'. He told her he can promise her anything this time, but he will do what ever he can to get her place back for her. HS told her not to conflict himself because of her. That she was ok and told him to take better care of himself first. What came from his mouth makes me ponder: "Stop it. Are you trying to make me feel more guilty?".

Guilty. That word seem to haunted him. That's why he tried extra best to be a king, even hinting of selling his sister to Yo, not only to get her back but also to pay for his mistakes to HS. He is a nasty debt collector and make YH nervous because of it (good). 

Do still remember about what I said that the prod team should make KHN and IU become their next project but not on this one? I still stand by this. They make Wook and HS had a heart wrenching relationship where the girl stay faithful even when so often threw under the bus and the guy seems can't let go eventhough he should. They make the meeting of Wook and HS more meaningful than WS and HS. You know now why my patience is thinning by each scene. 

It's a year after after and our hero came back. The first thing he did was to break all his promises to his father because his father didn't keep his. For WS, again HS comes first of anything. His father said as king he must be ready to ditched anyone and he did that, banishing HS, because he care for him. WS firmly said he will never be king nor that he wants to. In his heart and mind, it was as clear as crystal that all he wanted was to be with HS. So, he came and look for her. 

HS thought she was halucinating when she saw a glimpse of WS with a masked on. But then came his sexy voice, tell her she was more pretty as a launder than as a palace maid, scolding her for disobeying him to stay at Damiwon. He backed hug her and told her he missed her. She pushed him away but he insist, looking at her dry and hard hand and feel sorry about it. Then, she asked hastily and worried, why he wore his mask again. Did he forget how to apply his make up? Is his wound got worse? He simply took off his mask and said that he wore that to remember her. After that she pushed him away again, even when he cone running to catch her. This time it's a little too harsh. I couldn't forget the look of WS's face.

At this point I almost throw my remote to my tv. Seriously. Wtf is this? Even I can write ff better than this. This isn't how you write playing a sad push and pull. Ok, fine she wasn't trying to. She is trying her best to pushed him away because she didn't want to get tangled again. She only ask about the mask because her worries got the better of her. There. I've tried not to say I had enough of HS. 

Let's move on. 

Scenes later is not very clear to me. So I write what I can remember. 

It is clear that Yo and Wook plotting something when Wook wore his armour underneath his robe and they contradicted each other to make their father come to the party. But it work. The king came despite being ill.

YH come to WS and ask him to marry him but got turned down. His words indicate that he knew YH wants a man with the greed of power and she shouldn't pick him because he is none of that. But YH, who worry sick because his dear brother threatens her, push on and said she had love him for a long time, but still got turn down. Ouch. 

The King drank HS's tea, courtesy of JM, and summon her. He told her that he already investigate her roots and cone to the conclusion she is not from this world (he ven spot on about what HS knew about WS becoming a king)and warned her, as a father because Madam Oh thinks of her as her daughter, to not run away. He said this because HS asks to be sent as far as she can from the palace because she didn't want to interfere. But the king, on contrary, said she must witness everything. 

WS waited for her that night. He asked her hand in marriage and if she still didn't like him she can ask for a divorce but got turn down (aahh.. The look of pain in his face is making my heart ache). She said he was destined to be something and ask, "What if you can be king?"

WS didn't didn't get it but asked her, "Do you want me to be king? If I become a king can I have you?" For WS, it's not the tittle that matters. Being a king without his HS is an empty chair. He only wants to live with her and took care of her. 

Waaahhh. That was something, right? 

HS still turn down his offer. When she turned back, she saw Wook. Her face changed. Wook's face was hard and dark. She managed to get away because Wook stopped WS. Wook warned WS not to make empty promises to HS because they both know a prince can't marry a launder. WS and his stubbornness said, "If I say marriage, the I'll marry her". Wook seems forget about how little did WS care about anything or anyone other than HS and BA. Wook pressed on. He blamed WS about everything that happen to HS. But WS slapped him back beautifully. He even said, "Your incompetence makes my blood boils!"

They seems to continued their fight as their grabbing each other collar. In the other place, BA git stabbed by Woo Hee when he realized she was going to kill the king. And as the screen died down, WS glance to Wook's armour beneath his robe. His mind seems to realize something. 

I'm sorry if my recap is unreadable. Believe me, I am as confuse as you are about this episode. There are many things I don't get. And HS still can make me change my mind about her (sorry guys, she haven't change yet). WS still solid as a rock about his feeling. It is really admirable. They now gave us a reason of how and why he wanted to be king. HS plants that seed in his head. She indirectly and coincidently, makes him think (I think), that she wants him to be a king. 

Wook, in the other hand, tried his best to forget or at least hide his feeling about HS and persue his ambition but failed miserably. His love is so deep, I think there is no way to get out of it. He now wears his dark face casually. Jung told Wook he was worried about Yo greediness will swallow Yo himself. But that's nothing new to Wook. In fact he will try his best to make advantages of that. 

I come to like YH for a little bit. She stood up against Queen Yo and told her not to belittled her mother next time. It makes Yo fascination of her grow bigger. He again proposed her, give her a ring and told her he will divorce his other wife once he is a king. We can tell that YH reluctant to marry Yo what ever Yo's offer is. But then Wook come to hint of collecting her debt in the most obvious way, it is hard to missed out. Well, I guess the sheep finally has sharp teeth. 

We'll see if the next episode can make up for ep 12 and answer things that still hovering. Yes. It's about HS. What will she do? Will she stay by WS side to make him king? Will she told Wook about his premonition because of her lingering feeling for him? Will she change to become a heroine I could like and root for earnestly? 

We know whom she choose between the guy who take no for an answer and a prince charming who hide his darkness underneath his skin just like he hides his armour underneath his robe. The question is: when? 

We don't have much time. There is still 3 dead kings, conflicts and wars, and the race for the throne and the girl. Will we even have time to witness a convincing deep and undying love between WS and HS when it's already ep 12 and they still gave me an urge to throw things when our OTP came to the screen.

the first thing so did after arriving back, was offered her a way out, she can divorce him after, no worries. so only left and agreed to the task to get the king to pardon her. it was all for her. he openly said he missed her, with wook, she had to ask many times before he said it. arrggghhhhhhhhhhh i am so mad.

LJK/Wang So is the main LEAD seriouslyyyyyyyyyyy.

i am guessing in ep 13 soo broke it off with wook. then at least another ep before soo warm up to so, that's ep 15 we see so and soo together, then with all the political problems with baek ah, yo, wook, marying yeon hwa, other problems. they gonna crammed all that in the last 5 eps?

they were worried about low ratings in SK, they should worry more the international fans start abandoning the drama
