    It is called banh khot and it’s made out of like rice flour, coconut milk, turmeric powder, and etc :) and then it’s fried in a pan(a special pan) with on stove, no steaming. I really love it :wub: people will generally put a piece on a piece of lettuce and wrap it and dip it in a sauce made of peppers, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, lemon juice, etc.
