According to Gangnam District Weibo, our Gangnam poster boy will be deployed to the Ministry of Health and Welfare. This is one of the 15 governmental organisations.

The Ministry will take care mainly of population census, public healthcare and also assistance to the less privileged of the society.

Looks like he is going to be an effective ambassador for the next 2 years....and doing lotsa of good work while being exposed to the different strata of life. This will definitely make him more reflective and mature as he faces these realities of life. I believe this will also grow him into an even more qualified actor.

In the meantime, not looking forward to Friday for once.

Lee Min Ho Completes Final Commercial Before Upcoming Military Enlistment

Earlier this month, it was confirmed that actor Lee Min Ho would begin his mandatory military service on May 12 as a public service worker at the Gangnam District Office in Seoul.

Today, with only four days left until his enlistment, photos from the set of his final commercial before beginning his military service have been released. In the photos, fans can admire Lee Min Ho’s impressive model-like stature and great fashion sense. The photos look they’re from an editorial photo shoot for a fashion magazine, not behind-the-scenes from a commercial shoot.

A source from the brand stated, “We anticipate that Lee Min Ho will demonstrate a luxurious image [for our brand] with his gentle but deep charisma.”

Meanwhile, Lee Min Ho recently shared his own feelings and thoughts about his impending enlistment in an interview with @star1 Magazine.

It's time to begin the letters to LMH!  We basically have the set up for transporting letters ready. Method 2-Those,who do not have gmail acct or know how to use google drive can email the letter to LMHolic, in Pdf/Ms-Word format to nfprincess5@gmail.com

Money matters

Money for the cost of the shipping and cost of flashdrive will be collected via Paypal so you will need to set up a Paypal account.  More about the cost will be mentioned once we know the number of people participating and where those letters are coming from.  I discovered there is a fee, at least from the US, to transfer money internationally, so in order to keep the cost down, the money will probably be collected by region, rather than each of us sending money to person X.

Lee Min Ho filmed one last commercial before he enlists in the military this week, and he looked more like a fashion model than ever before.

 

Lee Min Ho recently filmed a commercial for the coffee brand Georgia Gotica’s cold brew coffee. In the photos, Lee Min Ho was dressed stylishly in a dark blue flannel shirt and white jeans that somehow elongated his already long legs.

 

According to the staff who worked with him on set, Lee Min Ho looked like a true fashion model whenever he walked as his long legs and trendy clothing made it look like he was on a fashion show runway.

“We’re highly anticipating the smooth and deep charisma that Lee Min Ho has, and we believe he will portray that premium image well. Lee Min Ho will be showing his stylish charms through his tall and slender figure in this television commercial, which will be aired sometime this month.”

 

Lee Min Ho is scheduled to enlist in Korea’s mandatory military service on May 12 as a social service worker.

In Philippine showbiz, it's pretty common for on-screen love teams to eventually admit that they're dating IRL. Some celebrity couples even get film and TV projects based on the fact that they're together.

But in Korea (or in Hallyu, as they call it), entertainment agencies are pretty strict when it comes to their actors and K-Pop idols dating. That's probably why when two Korean stars get caught in dating rumors and confirm their relationship, everyone just FREAKS OUT. Here are some couples who truly made their fans ecstatic:

 

Lee Min Ho and Bae Suzy

Lee Min Ho previously dated his co-star in City Hunter Park Min Young, but that didn't last long. A couple of years after, his relationship with Bae Suzy got publicized (with alleged secret dates in London) and confirmed. A Korean celebrity news site also cited a netizen saying they met through a mutual friend and Lee Min Ho pursued the Miss A member. At one point, the Legend of the Blue Sea actor even said he'd marry Suzy. Awww! Like Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah (whom the pair goes on double dates with, a report says), they also haven't starred in a K-Drama together yet. Maybe once Lee Min Ho gets discharged from military duties.
