Among the Royal County brand villas, the Royal County VI was built more recently in 2005. It is smaller in area size with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, but boasts a superb location with a beautiful view of the Hangang River. It is also close to some of the nation’s top- ranked schools.

Actor Song Seung-heon is also said to have a home here. The 166.3-square-meter house, which Song bought in 2011, was previously owned by the younger sister of LG Group chairman Koo Bon-moo, according to a certified copy of the register. The current market price is 1.82 billion won, but industry watchers expect it to go over 1.7 billion won if sold.

In the October 30 episode of KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly Live”, the program revealed the top 10 Korean stars with the most valuable real estate holdings.

 

The list was topped by superstar duo Ren and Kim Tae, who together held real estate worth 81.4 billion (approximately $ 71.6 million).

 

Second place went to another power couple: actors Kwon Song Woo and Son Tae Young, whose current real estate is valued at 78.2 billion (approximately $ 68.8 million).

 

Jun Ji Hyun came third in real estate with a fortune of 75.5 billion won (about $ 66.4 million), while Song Seung Hyun came in fourth with 69.2 billion won (about $ 60.9 million) real estate.

 

Jung Geun Suk claimed fifth position with real estate holdings of 55 billion (about $ 48.4 million), while former basketball player and current variety star Seo Jung Hoon with holding of $ 46.5 billion (about $ 40.9 million) Gained sixth place.

I saw a video of SJH intently praying in Sagrada de Familia when she went to Spain so I think she is Catholic. 

And yeah she does resembles SSH's Mom a lot. No wonder SSH was mesmerized with her

SJH seems to live a pretty simple life which is impressive.  Although she has been busy, DM was one of her first leads so she probably does not have as much equity built and her payout less.  As she is becoming more popular I  would have to believe she is becoming more comfortable and has the freedom to do the things she wants to do.  Her clothing wardrobe must be a large portion of her budget.  She looks amazing when she is out at events and is a trend setter in my opinion.  I wonder if she is tied in with clothing, shoes, make-up, jewelry companies as to receive comps for wearing their lines.  Would make sense.  

 

Previously noted that SSH has also played golf in the past, does not talk about it much so not sure of his current level of play, and or even if he wants to go there, so might be an area to start looking at with memberships at a private club.  Lot’s of privacy at a club and does not mean you have to play golf all the time.  Many members are members for the other benefits (social, privacy, dinning (don’t kid yourself many are top notch restaurants with high end food choices).

I read an article before that celebrities (Hollywood or Korean) don’t pay for their wardrobes. 

i.e. the Golden Goose sneakers and jackets used by SJH and SSH were most likely given to them as a gift or coutures such as Valentino, Tods, Alexander McQueen which SJH used in cloy will lend it to the celebrities just for the drama since wearing their brand is a big advertisement for these designers. They want to entice viewers watching their drama to buy their products. Sunglasses brand Gentle Monster became hugely popular especially in Asia after Cloy and Itaewon Class since most of the celebrities in that drama like SJH were using them. 

Currently SJH is the brand ambassador for Paul & Joe and Missha for make up/cosmetics

So SJH does not really have to spend much on her wardrobes maybe some for her personal use.

Was looking at you tube on SSH and noted he plays golf.  Handicap is between 14 to 18 based on what I have seen in videos.  Seems to have a good short game were this is were you want to be.  You can tell he has taken lessens.  Biggest opportunity appears to be with driving consistency.  

One of the videos is in Japan and another is a really nice course not sure were but probably SK.  Probably top 20 in SK.  Good starting point.

 

My take on this is he plays maybe  four or fives times a month and is a member of a private club.    He absolutely won’t talk about this because private club is all about privacy.

Yes of course  our drama is great and DINNER MATE has one of the best OST , the leading actors are top stars ssh is the pioneer of korean wave hallyu and sjh is one of most sought after in CLOY, which is popular worldwide , so even if its not too popular in south Korea, OVERSEA its a success just like CLOY its more populat overseas

Just a few days after the main cast was announced, lead actress Seo Ji-hye has dropped out of the golfing drama Birdie Buddy [버디버디] (which I had mistaken for Buddy Buddy; the series is based on the manhwa Buddy). 

According to production company Group Eight, Seo had agreed to play the role of talented golfer Min Hae-ryung and they proceeded to the final negotiation stages, but differences arose on both sides and she decided against the role after all. After the rest of the cast — led by Lee Yong-woo, UEE — participate in the drama’s production press conference on the 10th, the production will begin looking for a replacement.

 

So based on this article there is a possibility that she may play or at least she was opened to it when she initially accepted the role and then dropped it.

Becoming the boss of a restaurant is one of his dreams. One day, when he was little, he went to a hotel to celebrate his father’s birthday with buffet dinner. [Seoul, Korea] Foodhunt: Black' Smith Sinsa by Song Seung Heon [Closed]

 

 

 

If you think that Korean food is all the Koreans love, you are in for a big surprise.  Western food is a big influence in Korea, especially Italian food.  Many chefs, native Koreans, obtain their professional culinary trainings abroad.  Look at the recipes they had created, the food is totally enticing!  These yummy Italian dishes are from Black' Smith located at Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

 

Spoon pizza is one which I personally like very much.  Key ingredients include roasted bacon and potato, sweet potato and cheese!  Baked to perfect golden brown.  Why is it called spoon pizza?  Because it is to be eaten by scooping using a spoon.
 

Gorgonzola Pizza is a basic (yet delicious) pizza.  It is gorgonzola cheese served with honey ... simple is good.  You get to focus on the fragrance of the gorgonzola cheese which has a nice buttery taste.
 

 

This pasta is Black'Smith's signature dish - Black Smith's Cream Pasta cooked using mushrooms, green peas, bacon, onion and deep flavoured cream sauce.  If you are not a fan of cream pasta, you may find this a little too rich.

If you prefer tomato-based pasta, then try Promodoro.  It is a basic pasta with basil, delicious cheese, extra virgin olive oil and of course, tomatoes.  

Warm bread rolls are served as appetisers, with olive oil dip.  The bread comes with variety so you don't always get the same type of bread when you dine there.

Now, to locate the restaurant is really very easy if you take the subway.  It is a simple 1 minute walk from Exit 8, Sinsa Station.  Look out for the directional details at the end of this post.  This is the building and the restaurant occupies 2 storey.
 

You will be greeted by Song Seong Heon life-size standy, posters and his interview video clips.  He is in fact the owner of this outlet!
 

 

The interior decoration is contemporary and cosy.  Each table comes with a bag holder and this is so useful for female diners.

 



 

Did you know that some of the scenes from Korean Drama, When A Man Loves, was filmed in this restaurant too?  The drama poster is up there and I was lucky enough to receive a postcard from the staff when I last visited in April =D

Looking at the pictures of the food made me hungry. It looks delicious. No wonder SSH does not cook much. He has chefs to cook for him. But now he has SJH   

I would really like to think he brings SJH there on late nights for a private date or maybe with their group of friends. 
 

Speaking of friends. SSH’s close friends from the industry are mostly married from Shin Dong Yup, SJS, KSW, Rain. 

 

Same with SJH. Most of her close friends from the industry are married.
