So.. the one with glasses was with BH staff. Another one with the fans’ birthday cake was either taken at her family home or office (some food wrapped up in the background).

 

Does it mean that the third picture (possibly taken in the salon) was with her loved one?

Agree - I certainly wasn't expecting her to celebrate out in the open with him!!

 

Think about it this way, 2 out of 3 of those photos were in public places. I think we can all agree that we would like for them to be low-key and not get caught. That is probably what they would like for themselves. In that case, I don't think it makes sense for LMH to be attending a celebration with friends & BH staff members out in the open. It is probably also too early for him to be attending family events, lol.

I believe he met KGE, maybe hes there when celebrating with staff? Or maybe they spent time together with no one else at midnight? Or maybe when LMH post dancing universe? I dont know but im sure they celebrated KGE birthday together

Rode bicycle to her home and spent the morning and night together

 

Or

 

GoEun went out during daytime to socialise with people in workplace

 

 

There is one thing I am personally sure and it’s hard to waver - 

 

They are dating and celebrated the birthday in their own way. 
 

And that’s enough.  I am satisfied with the video LMH posted, its so romantic.

And I believe both of them won't upload those celebration in their SNS. Can you imagine the effect if one of them upload the celebration on their own account.
